On Saturday March 30th around 4 pm I was at the drive through. I ordered the number 14, turkey sandwich, for my Dad and another sandwich for myself. I got to the window and paid, no recipe handed to me. Gave the meal to my Dad and went about the rest of my evening. He told me this morning that his sandwich was missing something, the turkey. Basically what he ate was a BLT. I think the kids working there now need to pay a little more attention while they make sandwiches.

When I first got here, service was somewhat slow but everyone here has always been super friendly. Recently they have gotten much quicker at filling orders. The food was tasty and fresh.

You cannot go wrong with the classic beef and cheddar sandwich. The new Philly was pretty good- a complete tragedy that it doesn't come with mushrooms on it though. Get it with Aujus! The girl working at the drive thru window on Monday afternoon was soo polite, warm, and helpful.**If you liked this review or thought it was helpful, give it a thumbs up. 👍thanks!

If I could give 0 stars I would. SUPER UNSAFE location. Masks were worn around the chin only by EVERY employee.Small location, but staffed with plenty of kids (6) who moved like sloths, except the ones cooking were moving at normal speed. Super slow mo with the capability of getting food out fast. There were 5 people waiting for their food ahead of us and the line for the drive thru was around the building. We got our food when car # 4 got theirs 40 minutes later.Ordered the new sweet potato fries and they were extremely over fried. See pic

This Arby's in Nephi is a great stop. The food was fresh and fast, the place was clean, the gal I interacted with was pleasant. There's not a lot of choices in this little town, Arby's is good eats.

I done a call in order so I wouldn't have to wait in line. They told me 10 min. So I get there and there's about 12 highschool students in line so I walked up to the counter and told them I had a call in order. The worker didn't even reply back so I wait n I wait and nothing so I get in back of this long line . I get kids are kids but they we're so loud n so rude in general. After being there 25 min I get to the front n tell another worker I had a call in order n they ask what I got n was just putting in my order then, not when I called. So I asked the kid what was the point of doing a call in order if I have to wait 25 min n yr just putting in my order now!? Once again I got no answer. So I asked if my order was ready n he said no he just put in my order. I said there's no point in doing a call in order n now I'm late because of it. He said sorry n 10 minutes later I finally got my food. Probably the worst roast beef sandwiches I've ever had. Not just saying that cuz it took forever. My fries were cold n I was going to turn around n get hot fresh one's but I didn't have the time to wait anymore. If you want good food n I mean good food there's only 3 places in town and they are the Mexican restaurant on main Street, the rolling homes restaurant on the south end of town and the Chinese restaurant on main Street.

Terrible, just absolutely the worst service at 5:30 pm on September 22,2023! Cold curly fries, messed up our whole order, like we should recieve better! Had no choice but to eat out and it was awful! I hope never again !

Went for the Wagyu burger and they said they didn't have the meat☹Ordered something else it was decent but not great, wish it was fresh!!! fresh made to order is much better than something that has been serving in a heat drawer.**Additionally all the tables were dirty and needed attention. Several employees were available but they sure didn't want to clean, even after I mentioned it. I had to wet napkins to wipe my own table.And during my visit eating my meal, they still never came out to clean the tables.Over all it was ok if you just need a quick bite and aren't too picky.

The staff was friendly. The roast beef on my sandwich had green spots in the meat. I took it back, they said that's how the edges look when it's cooked. They replaced it. The second sandwich looked & tasted good. But, I've never heard that green meat is good!

Staff was very kind and full of energy! Even during the large lunch rush with the high school kids, they made sure to make us feel welcomed!! Our food was delicious and delivered promptly. We will be back!! 👍

I live in South Jordan in the Salt Lake Valley and I go to an Arby's at least once a month.This Arby's blew all the Arby's in the Salt Lake County out of the water.I have not had an Arby's meal that tasted this good in at least a decade. The fries were piping hot and the roast beef sandwich looked like it was ready to have pictures taken for the menu appearance.Everything tasted incredible. Exceeded all of my expectations.5/5

If you want raw chicken this is your restaurant!! The owner Justin (super guy) is very understanding lol. He will have the audacity to tell a customer that he is sure they have never made a mistake. Place needs shut down!!

Ordered our food, went to find a table to sit and eat our food. Out of the 9 tables that were open to sit at all were dirty. I requested to the girl at the counter for someone to wipe off a table so we could sit and eat our meal. She said they were too busy and couldn't accommodate our request for a clean table. I told her that was unacceptable. She shrugged her shoulders and said sorry they were just too busy. I would think especially when they are busy and during this time of Covid that cleanliness would be paramount!!! We are not happy with the service or attitude!

I was behind a car who ordered and received their food at 10:03pm, their schedule says they close at 11pm. I waited 5 minutes at the drive up while 5 cars pulled behind me waiting as well. A worker came out and said their head phones were off and they were closed. I asked why, because their schedule said they closed at 11pm, and she said they close early when they’re not busy. They looked plenty busy to me. Don’t put that you close at 11 and then close at 10 👍🏽

Food was good as always but the help I received was way above 10 star Jaiden Jerrett met me with a smile she was kind and Courteous kept that friendly smile the whole time and truly listened to my needs and wants and done just that. Thank you Jaiden Jerrett for making my Arby's day out awesome and putting a smile in my heart.and going through cancer that's hard to do. So bless you.. you need a raise.

I'm giving this five stars simply because there was nothing about this experience that was poor. The food was great, it wasn't overpriced, and the customer service was great. Not to mention, as far as fast food goes, I enjoy Arby's here and there. I'd say my only regret would be not getting curly fries.

As for an Arby’s, I felt like this was better than the average fast food location. The people are polite and get your order taken quickly. The food comes out very hot and tasty. They are a little slower, but that has always been the norm when visiting an Arby’s for me, so I’m not going to take a star for what I see as normal.

Solid fast food that is consistently well prepared. On our most recent visit, they got the order wrong but we're happy to quicky fix it at the window. I appreciate that they are most concerned with people having a good experience.

Wow, place was packed. Yet ordering went quickly. Food came as ordered. Hot curly fires were fantastic. Very good beef and cheddar also. Place is easy off the freeway and attached to a gas station and convenience store. Place seemed to be all clean.

The food was hot which was great! The service was good! Our order was wrong but they were willing to fix it without any problems or attitudes. The best part was the price! Arby’s tends to run a little pricey but their breakfast was affordable and you got a lot of food! If we come back to Nephi we will definitely be patrons at this Arby’s again.
