I went into this 7-11 and was horrified by the scene in the men’s restroom. Each toilet had its own slew of surprises…. Unflushed toilets, fecal splatter, shreds of toilet paper everywhere… each urinal had a fine ring of yellow… the floors were filthy. The sinks were horrifying, with a reddish splatter everywhere. I refuse to believe this bathroom turned into an apocalypse zone in one day. This bathroom is not getting cleaned. If they don’t clean bathrooms image what else they aren’t cleaning. Let that sink in before you enjoy a slurpee or a $5 pizza from here.

This place is pretty common when it comes to 7 Elevens. Lots of selection for food, snacks, and drinks. The restrooms are clean. The isles of snacks are fairly compact. This facility is certainly a little older and could use some updates. Staff is nice and very helpful. Gas is always a decent price. Also, Wendy’s is right next door. You can get a Redbox, wood and ice quite easily.

I used to come to this store pretty much every day I loved the employees they always had happy faces and were so pleasant however the past few months the employees i loved are no longer there. And the new ones don't speak a lot of English and aren't very friendly I don't go there anymore. I went the other day and was reminded why I stopped spending my money there. Friendly employees makes a world of difference when it comes to me spending money

Air compressor in back of the store does not work. Attendant refused to refund my $2 because the air pump “is not part of 7-11”. The air pump clearly has a 7-11 logo on the front of it. Attendant knew the air pump was out of order but said he couldn’t put a sign indicating so because it’s “not part of 7-11.” What a crock. If you need air, go down the street to the Exxon. Air is free and the pump actually works!

This is the worst 7-11 I have ever been in. The bathrooms were filthy. There was black grime, water and toilet paper all over the floor. It didn't look like it had been cleaned in a very long time. The rest of the store wasn't much better. I wouldn't stop there again if you paid me.

It's under new management and the new staff are amazing kind and helpful and they take such good care of the store and bathrooms are nice clean and comfortable

One of the worst convenience stores that I have ever been to. The men's restroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in the past decade or so. 1/2 of the hand driers didn't work, broken soap dispensers, none of the 4 hand sanitizer stations worked, and they randomly shut off the water and had no way for people to wash their hands after using their restrooms. Gross. Do yourself a favor and keep driving.

This 7-Eleven's restroom is the most disgusting place I've been on this planet I think. I don't think they've cleaned it in years. You can't breathe in there and you want to burn your shoes after and shower your body.

The bathrooms at this gas station are possibly the most disgusting ever. Every time I am driving through on the highway and stop for a bathroom break I’m disgusted. Soap is always empty, toilet paper empty half the time, nasty in-flushed toilets, no paper towels, nasty stains everywhere.

Men’s restroom was out of soap, and had no paper towels amidst...a pandemic, so everyone’s touching the handle after toilet use then walking out the door to follow signs talking about “social distancing.” I politely told the “assistant manager” the problem at the register and instead of addressing the missing soap, she emphatically states that they will never have paper towels because they’re too messy. I guess it makes more sense to contribute to the spread of Covid and a potential second shut down, then clean up the few paper towels left by paying customers. Staff, store, and restroom all shared the same qualities.

So my high school son buys a bag of Doritos and we pay and he opens it and there is no flavor on the chips. Simple mistake and easily fixable with any common sense. However,the worker refuses to swap out the bag of chips for a good one. I’ve been coaching for 22 years and stopping here 15-20 times a year. You’d think customer service would be important at a place like this. We bought another bag of chips and went on our way. Paid for 2 bags and got 1 but they just lost a school bus with 25 kids stopping 15-20 times a year. Thanks a ton 3/9/21 at 7:30 PM.

So, a little bit of a mishap at this store on my part was turned into a great customer experience because of the owner's part. I was in there on Sunday 12/30/18. There was a HUGE line and the franchisee came up to the register and started ringing people up to move them through the checkout faster, providing better customer service. When I was walking out the door, the bag for my beverages tore and one of them broke open and spilled. They let me get another drink and were really kind about it. Thank you for turning something that could have been awkward into a great customer experience.

This place is absolutely filthy and disgusting. Can’t believe 7-11 franchise would allow this. The bathrooms especially are terrible. The soap dispenser in the mens bathrooms is a tub/bottle you get to pick up and pour sitting on the sink and has been that way for years.

The lady named Shelli that works graveyard, is rude she stares at me constantly like I’m stealing and has an attitude every single time I have been in there to purchase some thing, every other staff member is amazing and kind but for some reason I’ve heard from multiple people she is very ignorant. For an example I asked her how much a bag of Cheetos were with or without tax usually and she told me she doesn’t know I’ll have to buy some thing in the store before she can tell me how much anything is. Then I asked her for a bag for my items I just purchased and she rolled her eyes and had an attitude I will from now on only visit that store when she is not working. The managers really should consider her employment.

It never ceases to amaze me that when a 711 takes over an establishment, a once nice and clean business becomes dirty, smelly and unkempt. I've been stopping at this location for more than a decade. It's been owned by various companies and this is the worst I've ever seen it. It's sad.

Sign on the door requests customers to wear a mask, but the cashier inside was not wearing one when I went in on 9/26/2020. The resterons were dirty and the hand dryers didn't work.I left immediately. If you don't care about my health, I have no reason to do business with you.

One of the dirtiest public bathrooms I've encountered. My six-year-old child was scared to use the toilet, and we ended up going to another facility. I've been going to this gas station for several years...and it's persistently been like this.

The worst customer service ever!this is a small town and due to small town drama and gossip almost every clerk in this store is extremely rude to me. On top of that one of the clerks tried to steal a 20 dollar bill from me 3 nights ago. Only after insisting several times that I had given him two 20's folded up together did he say" fine" and proceed to "look" for it. At which time I watched him grab it off the shelf under the cash register. Then he said I must have dropped it. I asked him his name because he wasnt wearing a name because he wasnt wearing a name tag and he refused to give it to me.
