Its perfect place if you have delivery here ..Shipping is slow .. Receiving is in the back side of warehouse..however narrow street .. u gotta adjust when its busy .. They only have 1 dock ..But trust me it’s worth to wait .They unload you within 30-40 minutes..

They don’t care about truck drivers! You can’t show up early then your appointment time ! You need to be exactly on your time , or they will charge you 500$ ! After that will take a wild for them to load you ! No restrooms, no nothing for truck drivers!!!! Hello guys wake up ! We are truck drivers we haul loads to help you to have business! Respect us !!!!! If you don’t respect us, people will stop take a loads from you and you will be bankrupt…….

It's too bad the truckers have such a difficult time picking up their loads but the store is fine and the turkey products are superb. I especially love their sweetheart turkey roasts, with light and dark meat (not processed meat like sold in grocery stores) and you can cook it from frozen. Makes wonderful turkey sandwiches!

They have a great product, the biggest problem is. Whenever you call for availability. No one anywhere on plant site will answer the phone. If you need to get a hold of them, good luck. Even if you leave a message they won’t call you back

Came in 3 hours early this morning for my appt and I was put right in a door and they started loading me immediately. Not sure about the other reviews, but this is a great place to load out of and the people are very polite and professional.

Unprofessional and disorganized idts.. wasted whole day to pickup. Avoid them , read instructions before given by broker on rate con. It’s not worth it. No idea, why they don’t feel ashamed..🧐 on their servcs.

Stayed the night out on the street with no issues. Three docks. I unloaded and was reloaded in a few hours. Scale down the road and it's free. Nice friendly people.

Checked website this morning. Said open until 1 pm. Drove an hour to get there to buy our Thanksgiving turkey and to stock our freezer. Not open. Grrr.....three other people were there too. Update the info people!!!

This guys are amazing. Had delivery at 9am.Came 12 hours earlier and got unloaded in a hour. We’re good communication with staff.

For shipping call ahead of time and make sure that your load is ready on time (i sat 5 hrs) but other than that they are verry friendly and quick to load when the product is ready

I love this place every time I come to pickup a load I buy turkeys at gift shop but last time they made a mistake on my order and that guy didn’t understand that I just wanted. Him to understand and say sorry for overcharging me $77 dollars but still 1 person doesn’t make the bunch bad
