I am adding to my review, because I talked to their headquarters customer service. They said the manager would call me within 48 hours. I never heard from anyone!!!!I’m very disappointed in TSC. I ordered a composter online and the Morgan store had it in stock. When they pulled it from the yard for the driver to pick up, it had a wasp nest in it. The person who picked it called me and said he sprayed it down. But, he won’t remove it. And I’ll have to remove the nest because he’s allergic to them. Well guess what TSC, so is my husband. I cannot believe you would have the audacity to deliver something that could possible harm, if not hurt your customer. That is very dangerous and possibly a deadly situation. Maybe you should check on your outdoor supplies once in a while. And I’m if you can’t risk putting yourself in danger, which I understand, ask someone else in the store to do it. Or, don’t sell it!!! New product, with added wasps!!! Not my idea of a good time.

We go to tractor supply often. Yesterday my husband purchased a snowblower which wasn't cheap nor brand new. They told us it had been used once. We purchased it but didn't pay the extra $$$ for warranty. Took it home used it for less then 30 minutes the belt broke and needed an oil change. Went in to talk to manager and he said sorry about the bad luck. We weren't looking for a refund just maybe a small credit or a new belt $140 later. I refuse to shop there now.

Was a bad idea walking into this store. Only because I could spend a LOT of money here. The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to help me find everything I needed. Prices seemed fair for what they had to offer and a larger selection than,I expected.

I was given a14 lb bag of bird seed by mistake and called the store.I spoke to Dennis.. thank you Dennis you're amazing!He offered to just give me a25 lb bag.. and i ordered to pay for the 14 lb bag but he refused and said just come by today and ill give it to you. WOW. WHO DOES THIS ANYMORE? THANK YOU SO SO SO MUCH

Good but I tried to buy dog food here a few times and constantly had a problem where the food was either all sold out or not available in stock. For a professional store this shouldn't be a problem let alone for how established it is and its location.

Had most of what I needed. Their computer automated ordering system needs a reboot though. Some of the things I needed have been out of stock for months... Yet available at other places. Friendly staff.

The employees I encountered during my visit here were very helpful and polite. I needed help locating am item and I had two employees who helped me from start to finish and made sure that all of my needs were met before I was at the register.

Good place. Staff know what they are doing, where they're going, but it's very cramp here. Kind of confusing to go around in. Baby chicks are less than a dollar though.

Total entertainment. If they could teach their help to lighten up and be friendly, cheerful, etc..they could steal a TON of business from others in Cache Valley. They are MUCH more than a farm supply. But they dont know it.
