The store is a constant hit and miss! You want chicken tenders? You better time it right. Any good deal you see requires you to buy a 3 or 4 of the item. Many items not labeled or stuffed behind other items of a different brand! Save the frustration shop in Ogden.

This was definitely a small town market. Everyone wanted to chat with each other and be friendly. Not my cup of tea as an out of towner, but I'm sure it's very nice for the town. The produce wasn't very high quality but the rest of the store seemed stocked and had a good variety, so 4/5 seems fair.

It's a good little grocery store, although it could use some remodeling. It can be a bit dirty but it's not terrible by any means. Jace at the register always does great, I really enjoy coming in and being checked out at the counter by him. He's always super polite and friendly. If your in Morgan and need groceries, just go to Ridleys. It's convenient and still less busy than anything down the canyon.

I went to Ridley's in the afternoon on Friday. The perk item that was for Friday and Saturday was already gone from the shelf. You would think when they offer something they would have enough to cover the offer period.

I like shopping at Ridley's. They have a good selection of produce, a variety of meat, and good donuts! I like to use the app to save some extra money. The store is clean and the workers are friendly and helpful!

Amazing how expensive everything is, if they even have it. The coffee I like is $4 a bag more than at WinCo for a 12 oz. bag for example. Also, their restroom situation is deplorable, with no ADA access restrooms as they are upstairs.

Usually has what I need, too convenient to not use. New self checkout is a bit buggy. Marked prices are often inaccurate to what rings up. I'd say at least half of my trips have an item that is incorrect. Often out of stock of things I'm looking for, maybe 1 in 5 trips. Pricing is comparable to most grocery stores.

Love the store, and the workers, I wouldn't buy fruit or produce thier agin ever. After the 10th time I figured it's my own dumb fault buying it and getting home to prep just to be mad it's rotten

I am done with this place!! Produce is absolutely disgusting, I had to dig and find decent bell pepper/, ground sausage was still on the shelf that expired yesterday. I moved to Morgan the first of the year. I work in Salt Lake, and pass SEVERAL grocery stores. That do not require me to sign up for a savings card to get the savings ( I signed up for the card on my very first visit.) Now magically my phone number doesn’t work. Cashier was no help. “

They have a good selection of things but not everything. Not a good selection of makeup but a decent one on the hygiene products. They don't have a whole lot of organic fruits and vegetables and sometimes they will go bad kind of fast. They do have a good rewards program though and the employees are nice. They sometimes have people that bag your food for you along with the cashier which makes the line run a lit faster.

I'm glad this store is here for the necessities, but that is about all I use it for. There is always a line to checkout-seems to be a result of being constantly short staffed. The produce is usually not great, so I have learned to go elsewhere if I need anything along those lines.Update- they have hired more people, so the lines to check out have improved!

This place really went downhill. Hard to find produce that isn't rotten, or meat that isn't slimy and turning green. Also most things I go in to get is a gamble if it'll be in stock. If I do find anything worth buying there's usually only 1 register open and I have to stand in line for 20 minutes to buy 1 thing. Can't wait for the next place to buy them out.

My weekly visit Is always a positive experience. The produce is the top of the line and is always very fresh. Easy to get around and to finds things quickly. The employees are always very helpful and kind. Thank you Ridleys for all you do 🙂

Ridley's is bitter sweet for me half the time it's extremely clean and stoked up. Other times employees aren't very nice & the store is dirty. The new manager is absolutely.amazing she hasn't been their long and their has already been very good changes. They do also have BBQ's quiet often which is nice for the community !

None of the employees asked if we needed help, the store was kinda dirty. Almost got run over by the Pepsi develery guy with his flat cart.. and he didn't even apologize. The cashier acted like he had better things to do than check us out, had quite the line up in front qnd behind us and never called for a second cashier. I definitely would go somewhere else

Prices are good. Not as much of a selection as I would like but it is a small town. Most of the employees are friendly others are rude. Meat and produce are poor. Sometimes you can get a deal in their old meat section sometimes the meat is green. It's the only store I've been in where you can buy a 20 pound package of bacon, which is awesome.

I happened to be in the area and came in for some snacks. Prices a little higher than expected. Deli worker was rude to a couple of customers as she had trouble hearing them. Taking note. I yelled my order to her. Cashier was not friendly. Just matter of fact. Store was clean. One way signs were interesting. Always seemed the aisle I want to go down was the wrong direction.

Went to pick up a prescription yesterday. I was told that they hadn’t received an order for it. I called the Doctors office before I went to pick it up to confirm they had sent it over which they had done. Said they had talk to the pharmacist directly, when I told the pharmacist this he said it wasn’t him but he was the only pharmacist there. He said he found a note shortly after that for the prescription I needed and it was filled. He acted like it was such a chore to fill it for me, and was not very professional.I had a lot of groceries to get, went to the deli to get some lunch meat sliced. The lady at the counter was not friendly, in fact, she was very abrupt. I was the only person at the counter, so I don’t know why she was so short with me. The checker was also not friendly, and completely ignored a customer behind me a requestAnother checker as only two lanes were open. No more pharmacy or groceries at Ridley’s for me. I will go down the canyon before I go back again.

There was literally no meat available and quite a bit of the produce was rotting with mold on it.I've always loved Ridleys. The workers there are very helpful and hard working. But something needs to be done and quick.

If I could give no stars I would. Produce is always moldy, meat is always discolored or expired. And it always stinks. I always tell my family to never buy any of those things cause it's honestly disgusting. It's very disappointing that it has gone this way. It never used to be that way. I believe their needs to be a step up in management to provide this town with quality food.

It is a great store! Very clean and well organized!! Plenty of stock! The clerk who checked out my groceries was genuinely kind and friendly! I will be stopping in again on my way up to East Canyon Reservoir!

While they've been working on stocking requests from the community, the produce section is horrendous, if it's not almost completely empty then what is there is rotten or well on its way there. I'm far from pleased with the lack of quality fresh food the last few months

Terrible customer service. My wife went in for a sale and it said it was a 3 day sale. The item my wife bought was only a one day item. When she questioned the reason why she didn't get the sale price the store manager was very rude to her. We will never go back. This used to be wangsgards, a wonderful family store. Now it's a terrible national chain with rude workers.
