I currently work here, I am leaving for college on the 9th but I have loved my time working here. Great boss, co-workers, and environment. We also keep the store looking clean and are always restocking shelves, pulling things forward, and keeping it organized.

Super helpful. They have staff that want to help you and they are easy to locate when you need them, unlike big box stores. I prefer to buy Quickcrete, rock salt, softener salt, etc here because they help me load it and there is no loading it on a cart, wheeling it across the store to later transfer it from the cart to my truck. I just back my truck up to the pallet and one of the kids helps me load it. I wish they sold lumber for this very reason.

Will sell you bad products and yell at you aggressively when you bring it to their attention.They miss mixed the colors we bought and when bringing it to their attention they refused to correct it and yelled to leave the store! What the heck?!!! The associate even agreed that it clearly was incorrect colors on the sample on the lid, but the franchise owner became aggressive and started yelling inches from my elderly father's face!!! And this even during corona times.

Went over at 7pm today because a toilet went out at my grandma Tucker's house across the street. Turns out they were closed. The only strange thing was that two cars we're still in the parking lot. Didn't realize until I looked out the window and they drove away at 7:15 that they probably closed early and were just sitting around waiting to leave. A little disappointed and missing the old reliable managment of Ace Hardware.

Im betting I was the top buying customer but no more! Today I was the only customer in the store near the pluming section when a one of the employees aka “Travis”comes to the end of aisle and just stares at me. After the uncomfortable stair rather than offer to help me he looks at me and says are you going to pick that up? I replied with a huh? He then says I don’t have time to pick up behind anyone today!!!I guess there was a small pluming connection that had fell to the ground below the lip of isle. Well after many unkind words I left store and will me taking my business elsewhere !!! TRAVIS IS A DICk HEAD!!

Owner is extremely unpleasant and aggressive, instead of replacing the faulty merchandise, he yelled at my 65+ year old father-in-law inches from his face during the corona times and yelled at him to never show his face there again.
