We stayed in Grain Bin #3 (with a loft) and it was very nice. The beds, tables, colored lighting, and spiral stairs were amazing. Temperature was controlled by an in room unit like a regular hotel room. The bathrooms were in a nearby building and were shared with other campers. Unlocking the door gave access to a complete spacious room with a shower, toilet, sink and timer-controlled heating unit. The host was very accommodating with our travel plans and everything was spotlessly clean.

This appears to be an almost brand new facility, so much so that they haven't even gotten around to putting the "Office" sign on their check-in office (it's the addition on the right side of the house). My personal preference is a more natural setting with more space around the sites like you get in the state and national parks. But for the typical privately owned RV park everything was impeccable. 6 out of 5 stars for the bathrooms, which are brand new, heated (which we really appreciated during our March stay), and equipped with generously sized showers. And almost instant hot water!

The owner and family members of this campground are very friendly and helpful. The bathroom is by far the cleanest I have ever seen for an RV campground nationwide, totally luxury hotel-level hygiene. Great view around the ranch and mountain, you can see horses chilling here. Will definitely come here next time when visiting Utah!

Fantastic place to stay while exploring the many local attractions. Grounds are immaculately kept by owners that are involved in the daily operations. Bath houses are at resort level. Multiple food options in town. Gustavo's and Thatzaa Pizza were our favorites. If visiting the Canyonlands Natl Park, we recommend taking the mountain route vs 191. Happy trails!

We stayed here in our camper-van in a tent site for 1 night while on a camping trip in the area in Sept 2023.The staff was friendly and the check-in process was easy. The tent site flat and had some nice shade. The picnic table was in good shape. Wi-Fi worked well at our site. The shower/restrooms were up-to-date, well-stocked and clean with plenty of hot water for the shower. We took advantage of the clean laundry facility to wash some clothes. It is conveniently located along the highway, but there was not too much noise at night.

Needed a good RV Resort after spending several nights boondocking in the wilds before and after my stay at Mountain View. Sweet, cozy campground. Sites are not so close together that you feel claustrophobic. Trees all around and not far out of town. The bathrooms and showers were stunningly clean, the host very nice. Good Verizon cell and wifi. What more could a girl on her first solo RV trip ask for?

We camped for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay. Quiet despite being close to Hwy 191. Reasonably priced. Shower/bathrooms and laundry facilities very nice. Small dog park was useful. Good location between Moab and Blanding. Owners hospitable and friendly; obvious they care about their park and customers.Nearby activities: A good place to stay between Moab and Blanding Utah.

It was alright. It was more annoying to book than most places and you don't pay all at once. Seems over priced for what you get. Stalls were a bit confusing too.

This small, yet well-cared for rv park was such a pleasant surprise! I took a tent site for my camper van, which was not a problem because it wasn't crowded this time of year. It was next to a horse pasture which made for a nice view, too. There is a fenced in, clean dog area which was nice for me because I took my book and hung out while my guy sniffed around. Here's the BEST part: never have I seen such awesome bath/shower rooms!!! There are 4 or 5, you get total privacy, the bathroom has sink, toilet, shower...all just for you! What luxury, I think. I didn't have to hear or smell other people using the toilet while I took a shower. The decor is lovely as well. Whoever designed this place did well. I wish other small parks would take a clue from Mt. View RV Park in Monticello!

We camped here one night on our way from Phoenix, AZ to Laramie, WY. What a great campground! Very clean, wide spaces, easy in and out, great people, great location. We would highly recommend!Looks like they are building some cabins out of small grain bins…very nicely done. Can’t wait to come back.Thank you for a great stay!

Tent camping here was perfect! They have nice soft lawns for the tents and very comfortable area to call it home for the night. We only stayed one night but would definitely stay again! The super clean bathrooms were so nice after being out in the wilderness for a few days. The showers and bathroom were the cleanest I've ever seen for a campsite.I recommend walking over to Doug's BBQ also if you don't wanna cook!

Stayed 5 nights in a Class A MH. Plenty of space in gravel level lot. Great views of surrounding mountains. Good location to Hiking in Needles/Canyonland NP. Check in process was quick and pull thru site was easily manageable. Bathrooms were spotless and VERY nice. If you stay here go to Gristmill restaurant whereI had one of the best burger I have ever had.

This place is a gem. It is taken care of from the heart and it shows. Exceptionally clean, the owner is welcoming and friendly. The mature trees add the perfect shade. RV spaces have great space. I can’t say enough about what a gem it is.Noteworthy details: It is so clean, quiet and comfortable.

The office was closed but I called anyway, hoping and the owner, Joe, answered the phone!! We needed to get to a store first so he pointed us to Blue Mountain Foods grocery store, which is actually within walking distance from the campsite. I was amazed that they had my organic milk and other organic foods as well. Joe was very accommodating, waited for us and told us to take our time, back into spot 4 and come to the office when we got settled. This is a smaller campground than most we have stayed in but we love it!! Very quiet despite the fact that we were close to the road. We go back and forth to Oregon and we will definitely stay here again. There are horses next door ❤️, extra bonus if you're a horse lover! The site is very clean. The bathrooms are amazing! There is bath #1 that has a dual showerhead and is larger than the other 3 single showers. Good for couples showers or if you have children this would work out perfectly!! The other 3 single showers are VERY nice as well and super clean!! We're in an RV but I'd rather take a shower in that bath house over our RV!! We have a nice shower in our RV but you know how small they can be! TONS of space in the bath house showers even the smaller ones! The laundry room is also clean and has very nice washer/dryers. There is a dog run for your furry ones complete with fire hydrants! 😂🤣 I would definitely recommend this place especially if you're looking for peace and quiet. Mahalo Joe!!

I have been to quite a few campgrounds all over the country and this is by far one of the nicest. As noted in previous reviews, the bathrooms were the cleanest I have ever seen. I camp off my motorcycle and was very pleased with the tent site. The owner was very polite and accommodating which added to the stay. Over all this is now in the top 3 campgrounds I have stayed at and will definitely return in the future.

In 7 years of cannon in an RV, this was one of my favorite campgrounds. It is small, easy access and so incredibly clean. I usually avoid using campground restrooms, but these were amazing. There are 4 private restrooms, each with their own shower as well as toilet and sink. They are super clean. They are also in the process of re- purposing grain silos into yurts. They should be a nice addition for travelers who don't have an RV. Only negative is that there is some highway noise, but it wasn't too bad.

Owners are very nice, the nicest private bathrooms of all RV parks, almost level sites, a good number of pull-thru's, roads wide enough that one can actually back into a back-in site without having been a 40-year experienced truck driver, laundry, unusual but good cabins and even great tent camping sites (not my style at my age but great just the same). Love the neighbor's horses.Look at the size of the shower in the bathrooms. There are two shower heads in case you have someone to shower with.
