Honestly, extremely unimpressed with our spa experience. Me and my husband decided to splurge and get pedicures while staying at the resort. They where well above the average price for a pedicure, and where expecting a nice relaxing spa experience. It ended up being everything but relaxing, and not worth our money. Everything was extremely unsanitary. One of our pedicurist even wiped their nose on the towel that was holding their tools, and did not change the towel out. The other pedicurist seemed to be very out of it which was due to her being on some medication. We knew she was on medication because they told us she was, not only did they tell us this, but for the entirety of our one hour visit to the spa they proceeded to tell us about this very personal procedure, and how they where preparing for it, (very unpleasant conversation). We both felt dirty once we where finished, and where both more than ready to get out of the spa area. To top all of this off we later saw on our bank records that the tip that we left with our card ended up being doubled. I decided to reach out to the management of the spa, and was told that they where out sick at the moment. so I left my name and contact information so I could resolve these issues with the spa management instead of going online and leaving a bad review. I never ended up hearing back from them.... So here we are now. Not worth the money.

The heated pool is an interesting experience with the cold outside stream.Some major issues everyone should know about:-NO INTERNET, 0 WiFi as the network and code HAVE NEVER WORKED for us in half a dozen visits over the years.-You only get minimum tv, with 20 basic cable channels.-There is a Starbucks they call a bakery, but DON’T get the $9 bagel with an overcook dry egg on it or the corn oil fried donuts, inedible.-There is no store or supply area besides a severely overpriced snow equipment shop if you want a $1000 pair of snow pants.-MOST amenities are out of season MOST of the time.-The location is far from anything to eat in town, so bring food.We ate at the (steak) chop haus after a 45 minute wait to get in, then another 56 minutes to get the wrong food, so they brought a severely undercooked pasta dish 4 min later. So we didn’t have a nice experience or meal that night, luckily they had a couple of 2-year expired candy bars in the 2-5$ vending machines strategically hidden 1 per building.

A welcoming, warm, good vibes spa! I was quite impressed by staff members, Chelsea and Heather! They are so friendly and kind. I'm definitely coming back!

On 8/27/2022, we stayed at your resort in a cottage. Upon arriving at 3:00pm, on our motorcycle, the valet was conducting a video chat on his phone. I went in to check in, the valet who was speaking Spanish, proceeded to take his phone over to my wife and bike. He videoed my wife, at one point putting the phone right in her face with a stranger on the other end. He videoed my bike then sat and talked in Spanish to the person on the phone. In the morning, we awoke to a housekeeper video chatting right outside our door, I opened the door and told her to be quiet. Upon checking out, I told this story to the front desk clerk who seemed very alarmed at the situation. I was still upset about the valet. She said the Manager would call me. I have waited patiently but have yet to hear from a Manager. When you spend the kind of money that your resort charges, you expect things to be conducted differently! The Manager never called so I emailed , no response to that either so I'm writing this review.

Spa- Facial Facial.. OMG Alexia was soo amazing. I felt so relaxed and the environment was serene. Alexia is very good at what she does. Sure you can get a facial anywhere but getting an esthetician that understands that her energy that she gives, transfers to you through Healing hands, that, is what puts her above everyone else. You can really feel this energy. Its not just a facial its healing. Healing is transformed through her hands and I really appreciate that she knows tgis and exudes this as well. Zermatt is lucky to have her. Thank you for a very relaxing experience. Please keep up the good work and May God continue to bless you in this work. Know that you are not just a worker but someone who actually really makes a difference in a person's life, with the experience and energy you give. Thank you very much!. Also, Nancy at the spa was so gracious and understanding of my needs and wants and really made this experience to start with amazing. She worked really hard to accommodate me and also did. Booked pedicures at the spa while on an overnight getaway, hoping for a more upscale experience than your average nail salon. While we certainly paid more than the average nail salon, the service was sub-par. Very basic pedicure consisting of nail cutting, shaping, and painting only. The workers were friendly enough, but spend your money elsewhere if you're looking for a decent pedicure.

I had a massage that did not go that well, but management was extremely responsive and made things more than right, and I am sure that the experience will not occur to another person. Hence only 4 stars due to the therapist. The manager, April, gets above 5 stars. She went above and beyond to ensure that the issues were heard and could and would be resolved responsibly. Great job. Really nice atmosphere and place.

We reserved a couples massage package for new year's day early in December. Three weeks later I got a text with a confirmation time two hours before the over we scheduled. When I called to tell them the time was wrong they said that they moved is because they didn't schedule anyone to come in at the original time. We had another obligation at the earlier time, and all she could say was, "well, one of you could come in. We are all booked because of the holiday"! Yes, I know that, that's why I booked way in advance. I feel like the treatment would have been just as unprofessional and cursory as their reception procedures. Glad we didn't spend a bunch on that level of incompetence!

Even if you arent staying at Zermatt you NEED to go to their spa for their couples massage. My husband and i had the BEST massages we've ever had. They hit every knot, every trouble spot, and we left feeling a little sore but amazing!

A Valentines celebration with my sweetheart & husband, Matt. Started with chocolate dipped strawberries, sparkling cider, & red rose petals. Had a wonderful, relaxing day with a foot scrub & massage and a full body massage. Awesome!!! Thank you Jamie & Cindy. Will definitely do this again.

Great place to feel like your visiting the Alps! We went to their Christmas market and bought tickets online. We couldn't tell if our whole family needed tickets or not so we bought a ticket for everyone (6). When we got there, only the kids needed tickets for the kiddie activities. We went to have our tickets refunded, but lady taking tickets told us that we should just enjoy the show and better luck next time. I was shocked! Not till after asking for a Manager, did they agree to refund our tickets. All said and done, all of our tickets were refunded, but we still were in awe that the situation happened. I've never had such a customer experience.
