I have loved going to this bakery for years, to get the big, amazing cinnamon rolls. Over the last year or so the rolls have gotten smaller and smaller. Now, they’re the size of a baseball and hard. I asked the bakery employee what’s happened over the years to the size and quality of the rolls and she said it was to cut costs. I told her I won’t be coming back. I hate when “business people” think cutting corners actually increases profits.

Such a perfect way to start the day. The pastry was light, flakey, and oh so delicious. The selection of baked goods was wonderful. I cannot wait to go back.

Cute little place that was decked out in Harry Potter for Halloween. The bakery has a lot of variety including warm breakfast options. Ended up trying a chocolate croissant, blueberry muffin and a raspberry roll. It was all delicious. Definitely will be back again.

Nice bakery with lots of decadent pastries, croissants, danish, and excellent cinnamon rolls. Once inside, hard to choose but no bad choices. Nice staff. Go early to get the best choices for breakfast.

The eclairs and apple strudel are the best I have ever had! Seriously. I could eat them every day if I lived close and had the metabolism of a teenager. We stopped in twice in 2 days they are that good.These are a must have from now on for our trips to Midway.

I got the chocolate chip pecan scone. It was delicious! The resort has a Harry Potter theme for Halloween which is really fun.

The carrot cupcake was awful! The cupcake outer layer was burnt but the inner layer was wet and soggy. The frosting was like fo don’t consistency you could literally shape it. It was in edible. Also the young man and woman worker discussing “f*%*ing pedophiles” (their exact wording) should really have better conversations while on the clock with families present. The whole experience was very disappointing.

Their pastries are incredible, high quality, and made in house. It is one of the things we most look forward to when staying here. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.

We are regulars at the Zermatt and love popping into the bakery for a sweet snack. I’m thrilled they’re offering more gluten free options like this poppyseed muffin. Yummy! 😋 ❤️

Cute bakery inside the resort with specialty pastries, drinks, and gelato. Such cute decorations throughout the whole resort with a Harry Potter theme for Halloween too! The bakery is “Ollivanders”

Over-priced for what you get. Staff was irritated to have customers come in an interrupt their iPhone surfing. Asked for ice water and got, maybe, 3 ice cubes. Pastry was about what you might get at Walmart, except it was in a glass case so it was high priced. Won't be back. If you stay at Zermatt, take your own pastry from Walmart or Smith's. Side note: Avoid Zermatt.

We have been to this location many times and have never had a disappointing experience! The pastries and cakes are Devine. Just yesterday I had an eclair and it was huge and delicious. The pricing is very reasonable and I don’t know how they can offer so much size and quality for the price charged!Also ask for the Chocolate Covered Strawberries to be delivered to your room, your partner will be pleasantly delighted!5 STARS!!!

Stopped in for breakfast on our trip. There was a variety of breakfast items. Both bagels we ordered were a little overly cooked but the scones were good. The Starbucks lattes were horrible and tasted so bad I didn’t even finish my drink.

Excellent little bakery with very competent staff and cute atmosphere. I had the chai latte with a fruit Danish and both were delectable, my daughter had the ham and swiss croissant which was excellent as well, and she had some espresso or coffee double shot something, I'm not well versed in that world, but she enjoyed that very much as well.

I ate a pretty good carrot cupcake! When we went, the selection was pretty darn slim. This either means they sold a bunch already, or they didn’t make much. I think it’s the first! Really flavorful and the frosting was creamy.

Having vacationed in Heber City, we drove to Midway a number of times before we visited the bakery there. By far, the best pastries in town, and extremely good baguettes in particular. Their prices are fantastic and the ambience of sitting outside enjoying your coffee drink and treat of choice is really beyond any other comparable place in the area. Spectacular views. Also dog-friendly, as is all resort grounds (outside) to well-behaved, leashed dogs.

The bakery is really good, I especially like the strawberry eclairs which are flavorful with a fluffy pastry dough. I always park in front of the bakery and run in, sometimes it’s no problem and sometimes you get attitude from the porters. The parking area to the bakery can be very icy hence I park in front of the bakery in the winter.

This place was just about out of everything when we arrived (a bit before close) so it is obviously very popular! We ended up getting the carrot cupcake and sugar cookie, and they were incredible. Great service, and beautiful location!

This bakery is amazing and more than half the reason we keep returning to the Zermatt. The pastries, donuts, and breakfast sandwiches are fresh and delicious. All day long they are baking new and yummy items - including baguettes. The staff is also friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Zermatt bakery is honestly the best bakery in Utah. Their croissants are too die for! It's so hard to pick a treat because everything looks delicious, but you can't go wrong with anything.
