The store is no longer Ridley's Marketplace it is now under new ownership they have stripped out certain parts of what used to be ridley's. There is no more ice cream parlor or Pizza Bakery the area is under construction at the moment this was written not sure if they plan to re-add the Pizza Bakery or ice cream. Despite it being under new ownership though you can still go to the deli and Order the same menu of food. It may have just been the day that I went there but what was in the hot case to choose from was not as good of quality as it used to be.

They have what you need - maybe - but probably no what you want. It's a small town market with the prices reflecting that. We got toothbrushes, tooth paste and fruit snacks.

Very pricey, decent selection. More like a grocery store, if you are on vacation or camping .I bought some store made ceviche. It was made with fake crab meat and a couple of shrimp. Very disappointing. The flavor was not bad though.

I love the convenience of this Ridley’s but we’ve had multiple experiences with getting home and realizing our food was expired. Yesterday we bought their cheese and cracker snack packs and I realized halfway through that the cheese was all moldy ☹️

This is a cute little grocery store located in the middle of town. It is convenient so you don't have to go all the way into Heber city. It has a small variety of groceries but they are a little pricey. We stopped in for a few items and it was very clean and nice.

Hi there! I live just around the corner, but I now find myself avoiding the store and opting to go the extra distance into heber due to the consistency with which I am spoken down to in regards to the newer self check out systems. Two different employees on three separate occasions now have meandered over during the checkout process, clearly waiting for a mistake or confusion. I understand it must be frustrating to have a self check out system that is not very user friendly and is difficult for your patrons to use. Sighing, hovering and reaching across me at the slightest mistake, and exclaiming "no one EVER reads" when I tried to enter my rewards number into the wrong screen, is pretty insane. I feel like I learn a new Ridley's self checkout trick or nuance to try my best to not screw up the next time I come in, or just go through the regular check stand (at which point, why do you even offer self checkout?) which doesn't necessarily make me feel like coming in at all. I work in the service industry and am patient and understanding but I must draw the line at blatant condescension. I don't deserve your impatience for a day full of helping people who don't get paid to understand your point of sale system.

Go get some AWESOME BBQ from Goochy Goo a local genius named Steve Stanley . Amazing sauces and the meat was steller. Portions were fantastic.

Nice small store. Has some items I can't find at other stores around here. The last three times I was in the store I've had the same cashier. He is incredibly rude, there was no line at all each visit, so its not like he is super busy. He could use a little customer service training. It's disappointing because I'm always very kind to him and get nothing in return.

I was in town for a business conference at Zermatt. Stopped by Ridley's to get some treats for my stay. It was late at night and I appreciated the store being open until 11pm. The cashier was friendly and helpful. The selection is great for a small town store.

I like the look and feel of the store. It has most of what you would find at a major supermarket. The deli counter is nice and the selection is decent. I wish they were a little more hospitable during Swiss days. There are two bathrooms and this year they blocked one of them off just for employees. It made waiting in line twice as long as it needed to be.

First and last time I come into this store, checkout lady Wouldn’t give me the discount for the items that had savings with the value card, everywhere else just scans one for you anyway, so I had to pay full price, thanks for ripping me off. I can’t believe a store would do that. Pretty low guys. Never coming here again

This store is VERY poorly managed. The manager is rude and disregards customers concerns. The girls working in the yogart shop were sitting on the counters in the yogart shop. While the manager stood and talked to them. 🤢🤮 in addition to that the prices on many food items are really high. Don't shop Here!!!!

Comparatively small selection compared to a larger place like Smith's, but that's to be expected. They do very well for a smaller store. I've never been disappointed when I need something quick and don't want to run in to Heber, as long as it's not something more obscure. Highly recommend. Also, the pizza is great.

Okay, so it went something like this: We ran in for some donuts and drinks since our trip to ‘Judy’s Donuts’ was a bust (you can read that review if you want). Anyway, we go to check out and everything is almost double because we don’t have one of their store cards. For the things that were the most marked up we said we wanted to return them. The kid at the register said he couldn’t because he already put it into the register. So we said we would sign up for a store card for the discount and he said ‘we don’t have any more cards’. Really?? So then I said ‘well I’ll just cancel my transaction’ and he said we’d have to have a store manager come over to do that. It went on like this for a while… Kind of like I was in an episode of the Twilight Zone. The manager who came to help was friendly, so I’ll give them that. But I don’t think I’ll be re-entering the overpriced Twilight Zone anytime soon.

For years I have unknowingly purchased spoiled meat, wilted lettuce, moldy bread.I did not want to say negative things, but today was ridiculous when the clerk was biting his finger nails and I picking his teeth.I asked him politely to sanitize and ended up having him ram my cart into the back of me as I walked away.He should be let go or if nothing else made to take a course in hygiene and grocery cart rage!!! Strongly recommend to not shop here!

I live nearby and I have had so many bad experiences with this place that when I need to go to the grocery store, I keep driving past it and go to the grocery store in Heber which is a 15 minute drive rather than a 5 min drive. On a number of occasions I’ve found mold on their produce and bread.

Easy & convenient for a few things, but some things have been outdated, expired and bad. It's been a couple years now, so I still shop here for certain items. It's small and they don't have tons of cashiers, as long as your patient, you'll be fine here 🙂

The demographic of where this store is could drive the prices up a bit to pay for better staff and to not have any expired poultry, meat or bad produce. The health department needs to be informed. I’m not the best at shopping, so when I got home, my wife had to throw away all the produce and the poultry I bought. It was clearly expired.Go to Smith’s down the road until they do a complete overhaul

Worst customer service ever. The staff are so rude and act annoyed any time you ask for something. There’s one in particular that just throws your stuff around like you just ruined his whole day by coming through his line.I’ve asked to have my phone number added to the store card several times and every one of them say they don’t know how. I have yet to see a single manager or anyone who appears to be over 20 working there. The standard response to any complaint is “do you want the number to corporate?”I live super close to this store, but I avoid it like the plague. You know it’s bad when you’d rather brave the horde at Walmart than go to this store.

This place is pretty great. Prices are reasonable for being in Midway too. My problem is the people in bakery department and the parking lot. On multiple occasions not only does EVERYONE in the department look really depressed and miserable but the younger kids get snappy and make it obvious you are wasting their time. This place is in desperate need of parking enforcement. Countless times I have seen people double/triple parking or just not parking in slots at all. The amount of garbage that is littered throughout the year is disgusting and can't all be blamed on the store, but it's all the more reason to have someone out here watching people.Reply to Owner: Cookie cutter copy and paste responses are not appreciated.

This little grocery store is OK prices are a little high I used to go to the pharmacy cuz their meds were cheaper there than anywhere in heber and they closed it down. I quess its nice for people who live in Midway so they don't have to go into heber to get groceries

Why is the parking lot and the entire store so dark? I felt like I was shopping in a cave. I've never been in a grocery store so dark in my entire life. Prices were high. Selection was low. I will not be returning.
