This little dairy store is charming and inviting. We love to come here when in Midway/Heber. Their cheeses are just so darn good. They will often have samples to try which makes it hard to decide since they are all so good. You can also buy freshly made grilled cheese sandwiches with any cheese you like. So good! Additionally, they have chocolate milk (as well as regular) that is so much better than store bought. And best of all, they have ice cream that will rival any premium ice cream. They have outside seating with a coin operated carousel the little kiddos love. Their bathrooms are clean and there is plenty of parking. Well eating our ice cream outside, I noticed a sign advertising mozzarella cheese, making classes. How fun would that be? I think I’m gonna have to sign up.

A good spot to grab an ice cream cone on a warm summer day, and on the way back to Park City after hiking or a visit to Midway. Large variety of cheese, dairy, milk in a glass jug, and local wares. There was a cute, small farmers market outside to pick up some fruits and vegetables on the way out.

If you are in Midway---stop by. Fantastic made to order grilled cheese sandwiches, soups and ice cream. If it is available the peach cobbler ice cream is delicious. Cute little store and cheese tasting inside. Snake Creek 6yr Sharp and garlic cheese spread are great choices to buy, but you can't go wrong with any of the flavors. If you are able, take the daily tour at 11am to see the cows/dairy.

If you're in Heber, you have to stop here!! This is an adorable mom and pop shop that has kept to their roots and sells a wide selection of homemade goods to buy such as: cheeses, jams, ice cream, milk...etc. I love how they sell a variety of homemade goods that are from different parts of the valley. Really makes this store special because each item has a story of where it was locally made. ❤️The owner was so sweet and made us feel welcomed while we were picking out a few items to buy. She told us about the rich history of this place and where all the goods came from in the valley. A fun fact that she told us was a few of their cheeses have even won national awards! 🧀I also love the handmade charcuterie cheese boards they sell here. I had to buy two of these beautifully made boards and a few of their cheeses. Can't wait to start my charcuterie board! 💕Definitely a place I will be coming back to. I am happy we happened to stubble upon this store on our trip. A real gem in Heber.

Very interesting shop. We got Lemon Lavender and (I think) Smoked Bacon cheeses to try. Both very unique flavors. They also had interesting ice cream like "Space Debris", but our group did not try any.

Neat place to stop when traveling through. They have all kinds of stuff. Meats, cheeses, milk, sauces, jams, fudge, ice cream, and a cafe. You can even watch them make cheese in the back.

This place has a tour of their milk farm that we found really interesting. From the ride on a trailer with seats made of hay, to the way they explain the whole milking process. We got to hang out with the little calfs. It was amazing.

The BEST grilled cheese I've ever eaten in my entire life. When can I go back and get another one?! I asked the employee behind the counter for a recommendation and followed it exactly. I think I'll dream about grilled cheese tonight. Also, I'm thinking of naming my future child after the guy who told me about the jalapeno cheese on sourdough combination.

#HeberValleyArtisanCheese shop and snack bar. Yes an Artisan Cheese creator in Utah. They had several samples of what they produce including Ice Cream. We purchased a combo from the snack bar which included a drink #TomatoBasilSoup and #GrilledCheeseSandwich my husband got his sandwich with the #SnakeCreekCheddar which was flavorful and luscious. I got mine with #SmokedJalapenoBacon cheese both on #SourdoughBread so yummy. everyone who knows me knows I love cheese, and everything we tried was spectacular. We got some cheese to go including a #GarlicCheese spread that we loved.

I've been riding my bike over to the Cheese Factory since I was 8 years old; the ice cream is delicious, the samples are fun, the chocolate is yummy and I've often had friends working shifts here who are kind and competent. The Kohlers are a wonderful family and the events they hold here (e.g. Halloween maze, ice carving, fruit markets, etc.) are always a blast!

The cheese's here or were amazing. They won gold and bronze at a Germany competition and they were great. They also had a garlic cheese speed that way to die for very garlic! The person ringing us up was very helpful and made great suggestions to buy. We would definitely come here again!

Really great cheese, and specialty snacks. Their blackjack cheese is the best pepper jack I've ever had in my life. Their bratwursts are absolutely terrible though. Literally the worst bratwurst I've had in my entire life. They're so bad that me, one of the cheapest people alive force fed myself 1 and ended up throwing out the other 3. Still gets 5 stars though because their cheese was THAT GOOD. Their pickles were pretty good too.

This place is so delightful. My wife and i make many stops here over the years. They frisco verde grilled cheese sandwich is the best that i have had in utah!! Amazing. The ice cream has such a thick, creamy taste. It is almst like a custard. So good. They also have amazing cheese options. We have put many spectacular Charcuterie boards together using the cheese from this place!

Visiting the area? A MUST stop. Honestly some of the best cheese I’ve ever had. They offer tours in the morning. The cheese dip, amazing. The mustard and herb, amazing. The prices are cheap considering it’s artisan!

What a fun time! It was interactive and just a good time. I just thought it was going to be a basic train ride and It was much more than that. They did the western theme and we each got mustaches which was a nice little touch lol. Family activity for sure!

We stopped to check this place out while in the area. The cow pie fudge was our favorite buy. It was soft, creamy and delicious. We also really liked the natural cheese curds. The other cheeses we tried were also good but our favorites were the cheese curds and fudge. Staff was friendly and helpful.

They also offer ice cream but we did not get any this time. Cute little farm and store nestled in Midway with several things to buy including a large variety of cheeses.

We come here every time we're in Heber! We love the local ice cream and cheese curds- I highly recommend the ranch and dill pickle flavors. A single scoop of ice cream is huge and the price is great! They also offer fresh sandwiches using local ingredients, local meat, milk and many other goods. Worth checking out forsure!

Great family atmosphere, excellent cheese they make themselves with milk from their dairy farm. Flavored cheeses are excellent and they provide samples to try so you know if you're going to like it before you buy it! I also recommend the farm tour. Kids will go crazy over petting the calves and watching the personalities of the milking cows! Great up close experience in their methods. Loved getting to know the farmer in charge!

Great place to buy authentic non homogenized milk.Their taste is amazing since the cows eat the grass around this location and when they’re milked the milk goes straight to be sold , so it can’t be fresher than that.Also they have raw milk ice creams and gorgeous variety of cheeses as well as real raw milk.Prices are much better than Redmond farms for the raw milk (but is only sold by half a gallon) and the taste is superior since the cows are Swiss cows and , let me tell you , their milk is better taste than the Jersey cows.Totally recommended if you’re looking for higher quality milk , cheese and local honey.

Everything I have ever had from here is delicious. I work in the Midway area often. So I will stop in for a grilled cheese there which is fantastic with their cheese and breads. Have great cheese and crackers out for samples and fruit preserves.

Went to the cheese tasting last night. It was super fun and informative. Great date night or family outing. They showed us pairings for the cheese, both sweet and savory. It was a great time! Plan to be there for a while, we didn't know what to expect and ended up having to cancel our dinner plans.

Cheese glorious Cheese! This cute little store offers so many varieties of locally made Cheese. We tried 5 varieties all very very good! The prices were decent as well. They also offer grilled cheese and ice cream. We will definitely be back. My husbands favorites were the Vanilla Bean Cheddar and the Queso Fresco Verde. My favorites were the Lemon Sage and the Queso Fresco Verde. But I don't think you can go wrong with anything you choose there.

Such a great experience. The place is beautiful inside and out. All of the products looked fresh. I ended up getting some cheeses, milk, and jam. We brought our kids with us and they loved it as much as we did. The girl behind the counter at checkout is very kind.
