Besides the "cafe" there's no place to sit. There used to be sitting areas throughout the store. I asked the lady at the register if my wife could go behind the counter to decide which tarot cards she wanted to buy and she said - "no. But if she asks nicely, maybe I'll show her some." She was dead serious. Customer service is terrible here

Great Barnes & Noble location! I went a couple hours before closing and there were quite a few people there, but not too crowded. I wasn’t looking for anything specific, but it was easy to tell what genera I was browsing in as everything was clearly labeled. The associate that rang up my book was nice and friendly, answering a question that I had and commenting on the book I bought. Great service and nice, clean location!

Man. I always love a good Barnes and Noble. Clean store, tons of selections, found what we needed. Not the best price if you compare Amazon, but how could it compete? You can’t walk into Amazon to read and have some food🤷🏽‍♂️

I had a return and it was literally 5 minutes before closing time. There was a young man at the register and he was so professional, so helpful and still so nice at the end of a long day the week before Christmas. I wish I had gotten his name, but he was tall with a mask at closing on 12/18/23. Thanks for having great employees like him!

I went to this book store to get my first copy of Heaven Offical’s Blessing, (Tgcf), and the staff member was super helpful and friendly in helping me find the needed section. The store is also super neat to shop through, and also has a super nice coffee scent because of the Starbucks!

While Barnes & Noble has been evolving into a toy store more and more since Toys'r'Us's death, it is still an enjoyable place to go. The educational sections like coding, crafts, sciences, and skills books are getting smaller and smaller as toys and young adult manga is taking over. I hope the economy pushes for those interesting sections to come back... but I guess the world needs escapism more than they need to improve in hobbies.

All outlets in the cafe have been covered up. Not able to grab a coffee, get some work done, and enjoy the atmosphere of a bookstore. Very disappointed

Great little Barnes& Noble in Fort Union. Big store with tons of books, magazines, etc. Fun gift items, too, especially seasonal goodies. Friendly staff, and a Starbucks to boot!

I love getting a cold brew here with a shot of caramel... and the Sea Salt & Caramel cookies melt in the mouth!Also they have a great selection of inexpensive yet highly desirable books just as you enter the front doors.Additionally I appreciate the layout of the store have a nice white Isles so that I don't end up accidentally bumping into anything or other people.They have a wonderful selection of books on mindfulness, success, marketing, business, and management & leadership... you can tell what I like!And, I really enjoy the children's section! I have bought a number of books there, both for gifts and for myself!

Comfortable and friendly Barnes and Noble bookstore location with a great set of staff recommendations and a tidy kids' section. I enjoy this location because it is well-stocked, organized, and tidy, plus the staff is helpful and kind. It is generally quiet even when it is busy, and customers do a pretty good job of being nice to one another and the staff, which makes the experience of shopping here much better than at some other locations.I am always impressed that the kids' area is clean and well organized, even during the holiday rush.

Love going to B&N! It's my favorite bookstore! Took the granddaughter for some summer reading finds and enjoyed the Starbucks, too! There is nothing better than coffee or a pink drink and a good book!

After spending several months looking for a series, I was finally able to find it here! Not only was I able to find it, they had a deal for buy one get one 50% off. Can't beat that! I also enjoyed a delicious Starbucks.

Please visit the book store so they stay relevant. It’s one thing to order online but a whole different experience to see and peruse the pages of a book before buying. Printed media has to remain so go to Barnes and get some books.

It's a Barnes & Noble. You know what you're going to get at this point. Smells like books and coffee, brings back memories of being there as a kid. I wish they hadn't taken out the chairs where you used to be able to sit and read for a minute without going to the cafe, actually stops me from going in to purchase things when I remember it.

This is a hard review to leave, because I have loved Barnes & Noble since I was a kid. I’ve been thankful to have a place to go, peruse through books, and feel at ease.A big part of that experience has been the music playing in the store. I can only speak for myself, but calm music really enhances my experience at bookstores.The music that was playing when I went to B&N this evening wasn’t calming. It was basically club music. Pretty jarring when compared to previous visits.I asked the staff if it was possible to change the audio to something more calming. I was directed to a manager who didn’t seem interested in engaging in any sort of conversation, let alone about what was playing. I asked him if he’d be willing to change the music selection, and he said he’d “look into it.” I thanked him and left to glance through some of the books.Fifteen minutes later, nothing changed, and I wasn’t willing to spend more time in a place where the music was so distracting.This music would have been perfect for a shopping mall. A bookstore? Not so much.I wish the manager had been more present in the conversation and hadn’t appeared so disinterested.I hope there’s more care given to the music played here in the future. Perhaps it doesn’t bother other people, and that’s okay. For me, it doesn’t make me want to spend time in a store that I really, really want to succeed.

Great selection when it comes to art supplies and games. I felt like there were almost TOO MANY options!Chose the store to buy a coloring book for family in hospital, and to get them something to read while healing.Great staff attitude!This is a great store!!

I just love this place! The staff is so great. My daughter was looking for the next book in the series she's reading. This store didn't have it in stock,but the young man checked other stores,found it nearby,called them and asked them to hold it for her. It was a nice thing to do. Barnes and Nobel is the best!!

This has been my favorite place during the pandemic. I can easily browse online for the books, stationary, gifts I need then conveniently pick up once my order is filled.The staff are knowledgeable and helpful when I call and honestly, there is something magical about losing yourself in the pages of a story.

Best book store there is. The employees are great. Always so friendly and whiling to help. They have everything set up to where you can find things easily the aisle are spaced perfectly so you can browse around and not bump in to people. The kids section always helps with my daughter and makes shopping enjoyable.
