Subject: Outstanding Employee Experience with Some ConcernsI recently visited Zurchers Party Supply and had an exceptional experience thanks to one of your outstanding employees, Cam. I wanted to share my positive feedback about Cam's exceptional service, as he went above and beyond to exceed my expectations.Cam's dedication to customer service was evident throughout my visit. He demonstrated an impressive level of product knowledge and helped me navigate the store to find exactly what I needed for my event. His enthusiasm and willingness to assist made my shopping experience enjoyable, and I left the store feeling satisfied with my purchases.Despite the excellent service provided by Cam, I overheard an unsettling incident involving the manager, Liz. Unfortunately, it appeared that Liz was being unprofessional and raised her voice at Cam. It was disheartening to witness such behavior, especially from a managerial position.I believe that recognizing exceptional employees like Cam is crucial, and I hope that the management team acknowledges and appreciates his hard work. Additionally, I encourage a review of the managerial approach to ensure a positive and respectful work environment for all employees.Overall, my experience at Zurchers Party Supply was positive due to Cam's outstanding service. Sad to say that Zurchers is prejudice against Charter Schools, they will give teacher discounts to other schools in Cache Valley but not Charter Schools... So so wrong and not fair, we are a public school....Very very disappointed customer!!!Especially when teachers most of the time use their own money... every little bit would help, however l, not at Zurchers!!!

Very well kept store, best of all zurchers I've been too. Definitely way better than the one at Jordan landing. Jay is by far the best store manager I've had the pleasure in meeting. Morgan is a sweetheart as well. #loverslane

Great place to find knick knacks and decorations and supplies for any holiday, season, party, event. Love the great selection which sparks creative ideas to make things come to life. They always have PLENTY of costumes and accessories for any occasion. Prices are great and usually better than what I find online.

I went to that store for mmy sisters birthday and they have really cute stuff, balloons, decorations, they basically everything and anything. Their customer service is the best, the one person I remember thoroughly about is Lizbeth, she is in my opinion the best one their, she is very friendly and helped me with what I needed.

Jay and Morgan are amazing! This store is so much fun. Plus I love the jelly belly selection lol. I always recommend this store to people. Great selection of so many fun things. And Halloween in there is my favorite lol. I highly recommend this store for your party/holiday needs.

so not happy. bought a harry potter robe that was marked $24.73, and it rang up teo bucks more- THEN there was a sign for 20% off and cashier refused to honor it. poor customer service- poor ability- and i spent over $55 at checkout. what a let down.

I love this place! They have a huge selection of party decorations and costumes. Their balloons are awesome! One balloon style that I got in January lasted until the end of February. I go here for all my party needs.

Lots of things! So much to look through, wish they had people asking what the customer is looking for to direct them to said items. Some prices are a little higher.They have a wide variety of party supplies that you can't find at Wal Mart. Also wish they kept a better stock of their party items.

I came here to pick up my wife. She wasn't there, so basically they didn't have what I came for. A different store might have offered to find me a different wife--there was a nice option on Aisle 3--but no, they did not. Later I found my wife at another store. I compliment the staff for the foresight that only my current wife would do.

These guys totally came through in a pinch. My kiddo needed white temporary spray in hair color. Since it was January and not October, it was either out of stock or more than I wanted to pay everywhere else in town. I also picked up a pair of suspenders that I had been looking for. They’ve got their team spirit section decked out and all the colors are available for whatever your team needs are.
