Preston arrived on time, helped me understand the services he was performing and answered all questions I had. He conducted the service quickly and made sure I was happy with the service. He explained all pricing and any adjustments that were made. I will continue to use Zerorez for any service in the future!

It felt like they just ran over the carpet without trying to get spots out. They charged us $500. When we asked them to come back and get the spots out, they said there was nothing they could do. We got our little green upholstery cleaner out and cleaned them ourselves, quite easily. I can’t believe I paid that much money on something I can do a better job of with my $100 at home carpet cleaner.

I have so much respect for Zerorez Cache Valley. They recently did all my flooring and my ducting. A few week after I noticed my air ducts were still dirty. I wasn’t sure what to do and contacted another company to do them again. I reached out to Zerorez about the issue and they immediately had someone out to inspect the work. They acknowledged that the job was not done properly and completely fixed the issue and redid my entire duct cleaning. I was so impressed with their integrity to own when things didn’t go right and fix it!! I will definitely use them again!!

So we've been renting 4 years. It wasnt cleaned all too well when we came here to begin with, but it's gotten worse. We knew we needed to clean it but had put it off since we figured, "ah it's a rental, we'll be done soon."This year, we had enough. Started to come home to musky and greasy oder. It's 10+ year old carpet. No pets.Some before and after pics. The Tech really worked it too. Took an hour for only 325 sqft to be cleaned, tells you how nasty it was.Also, no chemicals. Carpet smells great and is drying quickly with the whole house fan running 90F through. (Yes I'm dying over here, refreshments welcome since I can't get into kitchen lol).Services: Carpet steam cleaning, General carpet cleaning

This is the second time I've used Zerorez - the first time they changed my ducts, this time they cleaned my carpets. Taylor did an incredible job today - he was drive in an hour, and pointed out a few details about my carpets that I had never noticed. He is clearly experienced and very professional. The first time I talked to the scheduler she wasn't so sure if I was going to be able to get the service done on the day I needed it done. The second scheduler seemed more knowledgeable about how I could get the service done on the day I needed it done.I really appreciated the text messages reminding me of the appointment. The second one was to inform me as the time the person who was going to be at my house on the day of service.I was very impressed with the young man who provided me the service. He kept me informed about what he was doing. He was very nice and pleasant. I can't say enough good about his work and his attitude. Thanks for the wonderful service and experience!

The carpets look amazing! Taylor was very personable and thorough. Customer service was exceptional when I scheduled and in helping me through the estimate process and getting my discount applied. My only concern is that one corner/edge of the area rug I had cleaned looks worse than before it was cleaned. I plan to follow up with Zerorez on Monday.

Today we were scheduled to have our carpets cleaned due to a homeowners inspection tomorrow. The first carpet cleaner refused to do our home and canceled because he said our carpets were too soiled. ZeroRez told us they would come out and help us out and seemed surprised that the first carpet cleaner would not help us. When ZeroRez showed up they also refused to clean our carpet because they also said they were too soiled. We finally found a carpet cleaner to come take care of us and they did an excellent job. I would suggest that anyone wanting to get their carpets cleaned to search around for the best Service available. We certainly didn’t get it from the first two carpet cleaners we contacted.

They showed up, turned on the furnace, and while it was running used an air hose to "blow out the debris". Needless to say, there was no cleaning that took place, except the entire house because there was a thick layer of crap all over everything and every surface in the house. They were in, out and done in two hours and left the home in far worse condition than when they began.We originally scheduled this appointment to clean the rather copious amounts of dirt, cement (old plaster walls), wood particles and other various debris since the air ducts were installed (house was built in 1919). Originally I was satisfied that they had probably cleared most of the debris out and that it would likely help with our constant runny noses, sneezing and general discomfort while living in the home.Here I am months later changing my original review. Why? Because after having a mouse find its way into one of our ducts and leaving a rather foul odor on the main floor... we have spent a lot of time crawling around the crawlspace trying to find the source of the smell, only to have agreed that it must be in a return air duct. While trying to determine the location of this issue, we have found that no cleaning of any kind actually took place, and that every bit of debris and material we hoped would be removed was rather instead pushed into hard to see corners and down into other duct holes where it's virtually impossible to remove without paying someone to come and disassemble the air ducts to perform the correct cleaning.So now, after paying to have them come clean this, I am paying to have someone come out and actually clean this the way it should have happened the first time. The guy who came here literally didn't even check the furnace filter after he left. He just bowed out leaving our house completely covered from god knows what came out of the vents while it was running. Furnace filter was absolutely caked in debris (shocker). I didn't check this immediately after the appointment as I figured it was SOP to swap the filter out (we had spare filters sitting two feet away from the furnace).We originally booked this appointment making it known that we knew the supply and return ducts had a LOT of debris in them. We literally remodeled the upstairs last year and we knew there was debris that fell into the ducts while work was being performed during the remodel process. Unfortunately, I really don't think the technician assigned to clean the ducts for us was correctly trained to do so, and/or properly equipped.Do I believe they should have backed out of a job they were not prepared to handle? Yes. Should I have made a bigger issue about this during, and immediately after this appointment? Absolutely.Unfortunately I cannot take back the time that has since passed or change the fact I did pay them for... "services rendered".

We've done our own carpet cleaning with a residential unit since we moved into our house (carpet was new). After having Zerorez come clean, the carpet doesn't necessarily look any better than when we use our own unit (we don't have any stains or discoloration), but I did do a sniff test in the high traffic areas (musty pet/carpet smell) and it did smell cleaner after our appointment. We had the protectant sprayed as well, but it will take some time to know if that was worth the extra $$$ or not. I liked that the carpets were less damp than when we clean it. The real test will be if the house still smells musty when we come back from being gone for several days.

This is my first time using this company. I was disappointed in what I got. The other company’s I’ve used moved my furniture around to clean everything. The gentleman that cleaned my carpet didn’t move anything. I feel like my floors are still dirty. There were clumps of hair left all over my carpet.Service: General carpet cleaning

Just finished the Zerorez carpet cleaning. It has always been a very positive experience. The equipment is modern and does not invade your. Corner protectors etc kept things clean and free from damage. The young man who did the work was so good. Friendly, helpful moving a the heavy pieces. I was impressed by his work ethic and desire to do a good job. The technician always goes beyond what is expected and in a friendly manner. Carpets and rugs look and feel clean. After what seems like a short time the carpet is dry.
