Convenient to ise organic grocer where i was buying coffee bean and grinding in-store but their grinder has been out of service for at least 2 months. No telling how much money in coffee sales this has cost them. How hard is it to repair or replace a coffee grinder. 🙄

Spoke to an associate over the phone to make sure a product was in stock before driving an hour with 3 kids. Only to get there and then to tell me they don’t carry it and look at me like what I needed was bizarre. Not professional and was nearly impossible for me to find any help. Order online what you need. This place is incompetent.

This is an awesome little store. They have all the specialized foods you can think of for those with dietary restrictions such as vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, etc...They also have a lot of the natural cleaning supplies and a robust supplement section.The store is always clean and the staff is always helpful.

Great customer service! I have only been here 1 other time and wasn't familiar with the store. I had my 2 kids with me and needed to find gum that wasn't at the checkout stand and he took me straight to it without my asking. They had a great selection too. Highly recommend.Update 8/22 Still great, there were a lot of people checking out and they brought several employees up and we're directing customers to the shortest line.

Great store. Over 120 items in the fresh produce section. I counted. They even tell you the country of origin of each item. Bathrooms are very clean, teach you to wash your hands correctly, have water efficient facets, and use scott toilet paper - a step up from average grocery stores. Customer service is very warm and welcoming. The cashiers were very attentive to my needs and answered all my questions.

Seems like your typical fru-fru natural food store. I went there to buy cheese making supplies. Some of their stores sell the supplies, but not the one in Logan, UT.

Great! And they have Wild Tonic back in stocks. Used to be 16oz now its 12oz and I believe it's the same price but I don't care. So happy they are carrying this product again

I want to shout out one of the employees here named Owen. I was checking out and asked a question about a brand of GF bread I couldn’t find (that they usually have out).Get this:He closed the register and went to their storage at the back of the store and checked to see if they had any of the bread stores in their freezers - and they did!Very impressed with Owen’s customer service. I’ll pay premium prices for quality food and quality service over the contrary any day.Well done Natural Grocers!🙌

I really like Natural Grocers! Only 4 stars because of how they handled COVID and the mask situation. I'm against the mandates, but they went through a period of time when they wouldn't let anyone in without one. Wonderful selection of high quality products, though, and very kind workers!

People should really watch out for produce here. Most stuff is from Mexico which is fine but they are still allowed to use DDT in their country. The US banned it long ago

Great place to find foods to fit different diets. My husband has celiac and I have had to eat corn free for a few months. We can find a lot of good options here.The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I have found items with mold growing inside them each visit I have made. (Not sure if restocking issue or bad shipments being put out). I just double check the expiration date and quality of what I'm buying.

We have many dietary restrictions in our house. Natural Grocers make it easy to find what we need so everyone gets fed. The customer service is great and I am glad that they are here in the valley to provide good food options.

Produce is old, bruised, and looks bad. Meat is expired and left on shelf. Ice cream is never fresh and always has frosted over ruining the ice cream. Ask for help and get an attitude from certain staff. Staff and manager do not call customers back. No follow up from certain staff regarding orders. Smiths and Lees have better looking organic produce than this store.

My go-to for many supplements and everything healthy/organic. Great quality produce! Some items they sell can be pricey but at least we can buy them in Cache Valley, not online or having to travel.Staff is always so friendly and helpful! Store is clean and organized.Give me a thumbs up if this review was helpful

Best place in Cache Valley for finding unique healthy, organic, vegan, and gluten free food options. It would be nice if they could expand their food selection even further (still wish I could find GF mozzarella sticks anywhere), but that might not be sustainable in this location. Regardless, very impressive selection of chocolate, and a whole extensive section of the store is full of every kind of supplement that you could ever want or need. I do literally all my vitamin and supplement shopping here, and I take A LOT of supplements.

I've been to this amazing store many times but today I had the opportunity to have Brooklyn as my cashier today! She had the best attitude and treated me amazing! Definitely a 10/10, she deserves a raise. My experience in the store was good, will be coming back again.

Prices are so high!! Staff is unfriendly, acts like your a bother to help. I would rather go to Smiths or Lee's for produce.

This is an excellent place to shop for healthy food or natural ingredients. Their staff is fantastic, and they are always willing to stop whatever they're doing to help answer questions. Thus why I continue to go there every time I get to Logan.
