Had problems with my car speakers. Dude there was super helpful and diagnosed my problem for me. Quickly threw in new speakers for me and they sound great.

My hubby surprised me with a new stereo and back up camera for my H3. I went in to purchase an amp since it was what went bad! Super impressed with the customer service!! Called and asked what the shop rate is to install the amp and run the wires, decided to just have them do the entire install because of the excellent shop rate!! Very reasonable! Very friendly, helpful and excited to see the finished results!! Will post pics of before and after of dash! Highly recommend so far based on customer service and prices! Update.... Super happy with results!!! Brayden from beginning to end could not have provided better service! Stereo looks great, fits dash perfectly! Camera and speaker fits perfectly so it doesn't look added in as an after thought. Every person there was super helpful, but Brayden was beyond excellent with the install. Ten stars for customer service, prices and labor!

I'd like to recommend Lynn's Car Audio to Everyone in the area. Exactly one year ago, they made accommodations so that we could have two monitors, DVD players, headphones, etc set up in our van before a trip to the east coast. It has been a full year and their system has worked perfectly fine.Today I dropped by their store again and their Customer Service is Outstanding. Please consider them while shopping for your Car audio needs. They are GREAT!!!From a Very Happy Customer

Went there to have a old system that I had tested out to install in my car. Was not sure what was still Good and what was bad. Apparently right when I got there eveything on the test bench broke. Sales girl tried her best. I asked if I could talk to the tech that was there and he was too busy to answer a few questions. Wouldn't help me. I asked the sales girl a ton of questions and she had to go back and talk to the tech. He still would not come out. After I guess pestering too much they took my car around back and did a test on it. I had to pay for that, they made me feel guilty because he was going to stop working on another car just to get me off their back. not sure what speakers he tested, because my 6x9's we're bad. Told me I needed a ridiculous sized amp for my subs, 4000 watt. I ended up buying 2 6x9's and 2 6.5's and left. Sales girl said tech would call me later about why my amp would not work for the subs. Still waiting for that. I got angry and went to Car Tunes in Ogden. Great choice. Will not ever go back to Lynn's.UpdateThe owner called me to see about what happened, after a friendly conversation we were able to come to the understanding that they were trying to do their best. Their tech was on a time crunch and was unable to assist me without affecting prior commitments to other customers. My one star rating is probably unfair, so i am changing it. The sales girl did a great job in recommending the JL audio speakers that I purchased. Thank you for reaching out to me.

In light of the owner changing his comment, I am changing my review back to the original. After this review was first posted the owner called me and harassed me and threatened me to change my review or pay for their mistake, or they will put a lien on my car. After talking with the owner for so long I gave up and just changed my review. My original review is below.I called and asked how much for a remote start install because I have my own and they quoted me $60/hr of labor and it takes about 3 hours plus tax. I dropped my car and remote install kit off and 4 hours later went to pick up my car they tried to charge me over $425 and say they’re giving me a deal. I also only got one clicker when my remote start came with two. I asked and they said no, you only get one. I realized the clicker is a different brand than the one I dropped off and asked about it. They said it’s the same company and not to worry about it. I paid my labor fees and left. I went home and checked my order from amazon of the remote start I originally had and realized this is definitely not the right one. I went back the next day and the manager started off really nice and admitted he put the wrong one in but said I don’t want to replace it so I’ll take yours you take mine. He kept trying to convince me that his was better when I had proof mine was more expensive. I gave up and just asked for the second remote and he said no problem and then decided to try and charge me an extra $150 because they quoted and billed me wrong. So get this, I took my car back in for their mistake and almost had to pay for it and I still didn’t get MY original system. I argued for some time with the manager because I refused to pay when they quoted me wrong, billed me wrong, and installed the wrong system. I simply was not my fault they kept messing up. I never would have had to pay another $150 if I didn’t bring it back for THEIR mistake. The employee admitted to their mistake in front of the manager and only then the manager decided to forget the charge. The manager finally gave me a second clicker and tossed met he keys and stormed off as I thanked him. Stay away from this place unless you want to be charged like crazy and taken advantage of.

I have been working with Lynn's Car Audio for years on several different vehicles and projects. They have always treated me great and fair every time I have gone in. They always try to make sure that the jobs they do are professional and taken care of in a timely manner. Thanks Doug!

I’ve been around to every car audio install place in northern utah and these guys are by far the best and easiest to work with. Every encounter I had with Lynn’s was very professional. There warranty policy’s are awesome and make me as a customer feel more comfortable spending money here. Very happy with these guys!

These guys installed a stereo in my 10 year old Lexus. When I brought it back because it wasn't working properly, the owner not only spent his personal time researching the problem, but offered me a solution that required quite a few extra hours of work on their end - all at zero additional cost. I would honestly have been fine with a refund but these guys really went above and beyond to make me happy and give me a working stereo. Would definitely do business again!

Lynn's is the best car audio place in the Valley!! I have had them install overhead screens, full sound systems, LED lights, heated seats, remote starters in over 8 different vehicles including my rzr. I trust these guys to do an excellent job every time no matter the service, and I send all my friends to them!! These Guys are hands down the best!! They are professional, honest, and take pride in what they do. I recommend them to everyone. My First review was over 5 years ago, and I keep going back! (That has to say something about these guys.) Check them out!!!

I had Lynn’s Car Audio install a pioneer radio, all new speakers, and backup camera In January 2016. They did an excellent job! I haven’t had any problems with it. They are the ones I trust with my vehicle and would recommend to anybody that needs a new install or diagnostic.Good friendly service every time!Very impressed with their quality of work and product.

Owner was very accommodating and helped me with concerns about my car audio. Gave me precise sizing for my front and rear speakers. Very friendly atmosphere. The pricing for install is great if you purchase there! Reasonably priced and they can order whatever parts you need. Highly recommended.

I went to Lynn’s car audio to have a head unit installed for my 4runner. cause it had good reviews. They installed it but they said the sound to my speakers don’t work. They said the manufacture forgot a wire. So it wouldn’t work. I was told my choices were to contact the manufactur about a missing wire or spend more money on a amplifier. Come to find out after I contacted the manufacture, Lynn’s car audio didn’t install it right. The wire was there the whole time. They just didn’t plug it in the right place. They also forgot to take off the yellow tabs from the old head unit to the new one. To hold it in places. I will never use them again. It was $130 to have them do to the job and they didn’t even do it right. I ended up fixing it on my own.

The mechanic was reluctant to offer any advice or look at my problem until I had committed to pay the $100 installation fee or started an hourly service fee. I know they only make money by working on cars, not by giving their suggestions but I just wanted some advice and they would help me. I went to Best Buy and they were way more personable and helpful.

Best Shop hands down, and being from Las Vegas I have had to deal with a lot of shops but i have to say these guys are great at what they do. had a small issue, called talk to Kurt, went down showed him the issue, got an appointment set up and was out with in 30 mins and they got a rep on the phone explained the issue. this shop is all about respect. you give it, they will give it back. thanks to Kurt you are the MAN....Jeffrey

They always go above and beyond to make sure we are happy with the quality of work and products they offer. When the radio in our van stopped working a couple months before driving for 12 hours with our 4 kids, we knew we needed to get it fixed. We took it too Lynn's Car Audio in Logan, UT. They were very friendly and when I explained what was going on they told me that if they couldn't fix it, they wouldn't charge me anything. It wasn't good news when they told me they couldn't fix it, but days after setting my appointment they stood by their word. They saw it as a "learning experience" for them since this was the first time they had taken apart a Nissan Quest. I will definitely visit Lynn's Car Audio in the future.

Called and talk to someone about getting a radio installed into my 1987 Chevy. They said they had the kit and could do it. I brought the truck in and left. 15 mins later got a call saying they didn’t have the tools to work on it. Why wouldn’t you plan ahead for something like this if you knew that you were going to be working on it far in advance. Told me to reschedule again for another time when they can bring the tools in needed to work on it. I don’t time to leave my truck with them to do it anytime soon should have thought ahead instead of wasting my time! POOR SERVICE!

This is the first negative review I have ever written. As others have mentioned I was there for 15 minutes and had to make the front door alarm go off multiple times to get any attention. The guy who finally helped me did not know much. He keep having to go ask someone else and said that guy was too busy. I purchased a system from Lynn's many years ago when I was in college. This is not the same Lynn's.

Live in Logan on cliffside and I would recommend this store for anyone looking to have a audio system installed or alarm system or anything car accessories related. They were super fast, extremely professional and very affordable. Ive searched around northern Utah and these guys have the best prices. I was most impressed with how professional my sub, amp and head unit install was done....seriously so fast and cheap. Highly recommend.
