Some of the BEST customer service I have experienced in my entire life. Upon entering the store, I approached Shanae to inquire about the 4 step lawn care program. To my surprise, it was already conveniently placed on a cart near the entrance. Within a mere two minutes, I completed the purchase and was on my way out with the product. Shanae even assisted in loading it into my truck, showcasing her dedication and hard work. It's evident that this store is exceptionally well-managed.

My favorite farm store in the valley! Super helpful staff and had a great selection of chicks, along with a schedule of what breeds would arrive when. We get all of our "farm" stuff here.

Great place, awesome customer service, great quality. Carry lots of the lots of quality goods, with a variety products. Can find great work wear, and farming gear. They accept contactless payments they high quality leather goods. Like wallets, belts and smart watch bands. People may not know this but they are made from real leather. Places like Walmart the wallets and belts that say genuine leather is bonded leather, it's basically leather strips glued together. IFAs leather goods are full grain leather and top grain leather. The real leather stuff will last a long time.

The Logan location is awesome! Riley has been so helpful getting me set up with what I need for horse stalls which was a substantial cost and he made the process super easy and I felt reassured in the investment due to his help.Then Landon is such a hard worker and is always willing to help and get me loaded up. Every time I see him, he is running around to help people (literally running to try and help as many customers as possible). And the front end / cashier staff are always very kind and helpful. Thanks for always taking good care us! You just don't find this kind of service anymore so it is great to know it is still available at IFA :)

My friends dog puked in the car on the way to Idaho and we had to stop at IFA to clean it up and get some doggy supplies. The personnel was extremely helpful in getting us some paper towels to clean up the back seat and were extremely friendly! They helped us find exactly what we needed and we were on our way!

What GREAT service! Everyone I came in contact with was very helpful. I had called ahead to order fertilizer and the process was seamless. Once I reached the store, I walked right in, it was loaded up on a cart right by the checkout, and ready to go with the receipt attached. Colton helped me load it up in my car so I didn’t have to do any of the heavy lifting which was SO nice. Thank you for the great experience IFA!

I come here to buy bulk salt for a company I manage and the staff are always very friendly and super helpful! Shout out to the guy that always helps me load the salt into my vehicle. Not sure of his name but he makes things go twice as fast, give that guy a raise!

Came here for the food truck in the parking lot. It was the corn dog truck and I love them! We each got one, I loaded mine with mustard. It was so good! Thank you IFA for allowing me this awesome experience! Now off to watch top gun in the theatre, so excited.

Ifa is very helpful and friendly. I am in a wheelchair and have trouble reaching many things in this store. There is usually an employee that is nearby and offers to help. They have even carried things out to my car and help me secure it. Product is fairly priced as well.

I purchased a pair of work boots. They were exceptionally well made & comfortable. I was satisfied with my purchase. After my visit to IFA, I was on my way home & I noticed a new Cal Ranch location not too far from IFA. I decided to stop & take a look at their selection, & although it was very similar to IFA, I did try a few pairs of work boots on & happened to find a pair that IFA didn't carry which I had purchased in the past & was very satisfied, so of course, shopping for work boots, for me, is a serious endeavor & there isn't any reason to keep the work boots I just barelyPurchased from IFA. I now had 2 pair of boots around $200 apiece & was obviously going to take the pair purchased from IFA the following day after work. When I took them back in with the sales receipt, I was surprised at the way I was treated. The clerk handling the return mentioned the boots being scuffed, implying that I was trying to get over on IFA by wearing a pair of expensive boots for one day and then return them . This was ludicrous. Especially if she went back and looked at the rest of their selection, she would have quickly found other "brand new" merchandise w/much worse scuff marks. I'm guessing we're made from previous customers trying them on. Which I'm sure any reasonable person would expect in this particular situation.I really like IFA as well as Cal Ranch. I couldn't say which one I like more, honestly. This situation could have been handled much better.

I purchased an item via IFA where they are the dealer so it wasn't a typical in stock item. I worked with the manager Riley and his customer service was awesome! Answered all of my questions and was always quick to respond. I appreciate the help and the customer service!

Huge and varied product selection and all employees were cheerful and friendly!! I especially LOVED Landon's enthusiasm! I felt absolutely confident in asking for help to get items from a tall shelf and asking if I could special order an item. I could tell he would not feel put out by helping with any number of questions and that he truly enjoys his job!! That is a rare find in people of his generation and it gives me hope that others of his calibur do exist! His knowledge of show pigs was especially helpful as well. I will definitely be returning to this IFA when I need any additional supplies. I came in needing a $10 item and ended up spending $200 and am happy that I did! So many supplies that I always think I will get put on a shopping list and don't do it. Farmyard chores will be so much easier now!! Thanks IFA

This is a great store, decent prices, lots of selection. I especially love their garden and lawn care products. The fertilizer program is excellent. The kids love to look at the bunnies and chicks in the spring.

IFA has always been my favorite place to get supplies for chickens and yard work. The employees are nice and willing to help you find what you are looking for. Great place to buy chickens and ducks for a reasonable price. Good selection of feed as well.

The new store is awesome! It has lots of products ranging from clothing, outdoor furniture, lawn care, and during the spring time, baby chicks and baby bunnies.The staff has been pretty friendly, and knowledgable to what we've needed for lawn care. They've informed us of fertilizers, weed control, and had a few other tips to care for our lawn.
