One star is to high for them. Customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. They are dishonest, they told me they would replacing a part and than never heard back from them in three weeks. Contacted them and than they changed their story and claimed they fixed my problem.Service: HVAC system repair

We've used these guys multiple times for all of our rental properties and our personal home. They have always been our go to. Usually we are pretty happy with them. We called today because an A/C unit stopped working. They charged us $85 to flip the breaker. The gentleman spent more time filling out our invoice! I understand they charge $85 for the service call but that's just insane. Now I'm not saying we shouldn't have had to pay anything but come on guys. Where's your customer service? To add insult to injury the home we had serviced is 1.8 miles from their location. A stupid and expensive oversight on our part with a very unforgiving company.

This company isn't even worth 1 star! So dishonest and doesn't know how to install correctly! Do not hire Jerry. He cost us double what it should have cost. He installed a brand new furnace. Every year it has broke down. We religiously did the yearly maintenance on it but have had continued problems. It never fully heated the house and only heated up one room in the basement so warm you couldn't stand being in there and left all other rooms cooler than what would be comfortable. This year when it broke down yet again we decided to call another company and they quickly said the furnace was installed all wrong and we needed a new one. Not wanting to take his word we hired a second company who said the same thing within 5 minutes and showed us how the poor installation has caused the heating element to fully rust and many cracks all over which meant the furnace was unusable. We were forced to get another new furnace. We then called a third company remembering an old friend would give a deal and within 5 minutes he also said we need a new furnace. There were many problems in installation he found and lo and behold after a proper installation our house now heats evenly throughout and we are finally comfortable in our own home. Take our advice and do not let Jerry Weeks or Four Seasons Heating and Air in your home. NOT worth the headache and dishonesty we received from this company every year and every time we called.

Fantastic company. Hired them to install a gas line into the backyard. Trenched it myself to save money, but they were there just as soon as I was ready. Very responsive. The dude who answers the phone isn't a people person per se, but the service techs that come out make up for that with excellent people skills. They also installed the connectors for my fire-pit on a separate occasion and where here the next day. Pricing was reasonable.

These guys are great! My fiancee and I woke up to a dead furnace and frozen pipes in negative degree weather. Four Seasons had a technician out to my house within an hour. Unfortunately, they had to come back the next day to completely replace our 15 year old furnace. However, the next day they were a half an hour earlier than I expected them (first thing in the morning) and they worked through lunch to make sure that I had heat. They are clean and polite also. They are fantastic! Highly recommended.

This is a GREAT company. I am a business owner and was having several problems with my AC units. They spent many hours at my facility problem-solving with me until everything was fixed. I worked with the owner and many technicians; every single one of them was great. I have worked with other HVAC companies in the past and did not have the same success. I highly recommend this company for any residential or commercial HVAC needs.

I usually don't write reviews, but I just had to in this occasion. Unfortunately I had to give a star in order to leave a review. But they deserve 0!!!! The worst company you could ever go to. How do they even have a company??? The Owner Jerry Weeks the most rude person you could ever meet. This company was the one that came down to install a central air in my home 2 years ago well this summer my a.c. stopped working. I called him to come down look at it. He sounded so mad, but he came the next morning. He "supposedly fixed" he said it was a leak. A bolt that needed to be tighten. While fixing it, he was with his wife Brandi talking about how he had wasted half of his day fixing my a.c. that all it needed was a bolt to be tighten(what kind of a company does this?) . Well in less than 2 hours the a.c. was blowing hot air. I called him again, came down to look at it. Said it had ZERO refrigerant. So it sure was NOT A bolt that need to be tightened. I asked a simple question when he yelled at me. He was so angry. And walked off on the job. Why?? Because he didn't even know what was wrong with it, he was just guessing. Luckily I found the best company(local company) that fixed my a.c. now I have a fresh cold air. Please go to someone else. This company is the worst!!!

Brandon and Brady went over and above to make sure I was satisfied with my furnace install. They were polite and careful to wipe their feet as they came in and out. They even made extra effort to make friends with my dog. Good job guys. I will make sure to recommend them to all my friends

We have a rental property in Garden City and the air conditioner wasn't working. We had renters in the house when it failed and we needed to get the issue fixed ASAP. Four Seasons had a repair person there the next morning and was able to get the parts and repair it the same day. They were awesome to work with and I would highly recommend them.

Well where to start. I am not a customer of these guys I am a victim. I live in a quadruplex house with each "unit" owned separately . One of my fellow owners call these guys to work on ONLY her swamp cooler and when the tech showed he started to work on mine as well. I stopped him and told him I did not want work done on mine and to put it back the way it was. I have ac units and was keeping it buttoned up tight so that noise though it was minimal till I can afford to remove it. I then went back inside and assumed that he would fix his mistake. Not only did he not but when he finished the other cooler he took my cover and theres and placed them in my neighbors outside storage. He did not inform me or even say anything but went on his merry way. I contacted the owner of the other unit thinking he had stolen my cover and got Four Seasons contact and when I called to complain was told they would contact the tech and get my cover back........ they called later to tell me where it was and that I should "just go get it out of there storage". Nice of them to tell me to go into my neighbors storage right. They could have handled this with some humility since they technically stole the cover and gave it to someone else. Now I know this is not a terrible thing "just go talk with the neighbor get the cover and put it back on" is what your thinking but I have an extreme fear of heights and I should not even have to worry about this because once again I stopped the tech and he should have put everything back the way it was when he got on site. no harm to foul. I have given them a full day to make things right and am now posting this before I call them and give them a piece of my mind!

NEVER AGAIN! My bill was $140 over what I was quoted, however, nobody bothered to tell me, I just got the bill in the mail. They had to come back because the TAPE they used didn't work. Oh, and don't forget the 'service charge' for using a CC to pay. I should have been patient and just used Western Mechanical, they are much better. Live and learn.

Had a technician at my house before the estimated time. Gave me several options & prices about repairing vs replacing my water heater. Chose to replace it, old one removed new one in within an hour! Awesome!

I had a service tech come out on short notice and fix all my air conditioning issues and he did a wonderful job.He changed out a motor on top of everything else he did and when finished he said it probably needed a bigger motor so instead of just saying "ok, you're all good!" Hey took the time and changed it out and fixed everything properly which I appreciate more than he knew.I wish I could remember his name but he drove all the way from Logan to Roy, fixed my problem and was very professional!I would recommend four seasons to anyone that needs heating and air fixed right in a timely manner and with a professional!Thanks again Four Seasons! :)

I called Four Seasons before 8:00 am. They had Jesse out to my house within 30 minutes and luckily it was a quick fix. It was all done before I had to take my kids to school. I’ve used Four Seasons in the past and they have always been prompt and professional.

Awesome service! He was the only business in town that could come on a Friday afternoon. He was friendly and very efficient. Reasonable prices and great work.
