We saw all of the positive reviews and had high hopes for this repair shop. we took our Toyota Tundra in to have our muffler replaced because it had a hole in it. We knew that and told them up front but they charged us $85.00 dollars to diagnose the hole. The truck had been running rough so they suggested that we needed a major tune up and that it would cost around $800.00. we agreed to that but later we discovered that the only thing they did was replace the spark plugs and one of them was cracked from either being tightened to tight or pulled on by the coil. We asked if they took credit cards and they said yes. later we saw that they charged us an extra $45.00 service charge even though they never mentioned that. I believe their goal is to tack on as many extra charges as they can for little or no work. Since our experience with them the truck has been worse than it ever has been. I would love to see an adjustment to our bill since they did not do the work they promised and charged for unnecessary work. My husband went in to talk to them in person but they were not responsive to our concerns.

I had an emergency and needed a new radiator for my 2010 Ford Fusion. Adam at the front desk was incredible. Kind, empathetic of my situation, helped me get a tow from a different local company, was able to find a replacement radiator within like 5 minutes, I swear, and got it swapped out same day! I highly recommend this place for all of your mechanical needs! If there was an option for 6 stars, that's what I would leave.

Aaron's is a great place to take your vehicle in for a tune-up or regular maintenance. I was concerned my car needed new brake pads, but it actually needed new rotors and pads. They make sure your car gets the care it needs and their transparent messaging system helps everyone understand what is going on with your car during service.

I was having trouble with my vehicle not starting intermittently and the check-engine light coming on, I brought it to the dealership and left it all day on two separate occasions with no helpful results. We lived in Logan for six years from 2016-2022. Shortly after moving there I did a search for mechanics in the area and found out about Aaron's Elite Auto Services. I started going to them for various auto services for two family cars. From the beginning, they struck me as honest, and helpful in resolving basic issues from reasonably priced oil changes to other more complex mechanical problems. They were willing to honor competitors' coupons and always went out of the way to provide good service at reasonable prices, especially compared to dealership service pricing. Before moving to Florida last year, we purchased a six-year old Toyota Sienna that we discovered had an oil leak. I felt confident bringing the car to Aaron's. After a thorough evaluation by them to discover the source of the leak, I was prepared to pay for the service, but Aaron said he would not charge us. I highly recommend Aaron's Elite Auto Service.

This is the first time we've used Aaron's Elite Auto Service, at the recommendation of a friend. They got my car in the day after I dropped it off, had the alternator replaced, Turbo worked on, a total tune-up all done within half a day. I am SO impressed!

Dissappinted and this is a warning to others. Nothing elite about it but premium costs. Every interaction from calls to in person was unfriendly and felt like I was inconveniencing them. No trust.A pre purchase check which was supposed to be a periodic inspection resulted in no useful information like brake life for example. I was instead given a $1600 estimate of line items that any higher mileage vehicle could need like headlight restoration, battery terminal clean off, all the fluids flushed and refilled, etc. I am insulted that they would think this was worth $60 on top of a $85 diagnostic fee for a fuel injection issue or that their customer is that naive. I can pull a list like that from anywhere and do most my own auto work. Not a confidence inspiring experience on top of already poor customer service.Sadly, they didn’t check most these items either because I already know the oil was changed recently, spark plugs were replaced, and battery terminals are just fine! Furthermore, they didn’t bother to explain any of it and I was not feeling comfortable talking to them about it. I had to call back to get more useful information.I know everyone fears being taken advantage of by auto shops. Thankfully, I rarely ever have that experience and believe most shops try to be honest about what needs to be done but buyer beware with Aaron’s Elite in Logan.

They are willing to work with you and talk with you about your car. I'm learning to repair my own car and they have been helpful and friendly when asked questions. Their work is excellent ,when I need them for repairs outside of my league. They won't scam you out of your money with unreasonable repairs. Also their estimates are fair unlike other businesses in the valley where I have felt I was getting completely ripped off when shopping around for quotes on repairs. More importantly, they will make you feel taken care of and answer any concerns you might have about a repair they are recommending; if it might be something you can do yourself, if it's still safe to drive in the mean time, a quote upfront. When money is tight, this is valuable. Other mechanics here don't provide this service, requiring you to bring in your vehicle, not answering questions directly until they look at your vehicle, refusing to give an estimate until they've completed the repair. I understand sometimes more repairs are needed once you actually get into a car, but tell me what it would be upfront for the required repair. Then let me know things may change as a disclaimer. Communication is key.

I have had problems with my evap system since I got my car. I have taken it to other shops and they couldn’t find the problem for some reason. Aarons was able to find the problem quickly, give me a reasonable quote and when the parts weren’t as expensive as the initial quote, they were honest with me and billed me a fair price.
