Taylor was prompt, professional and very thorough investigating a backed up shower drain. He managed to clear the drain as well as unearthed a break in the union in my sump pump. He was able to replace the union and also addressed a leak on the other pump in the sump pump. All in the same freaking day. Very impressed with Taylor, he represents Valley Plumbing and Drain Cleaning incredibly well. Can’t recommend enough

We are very happy and grateful for the work that Taylor and Tytan of Valley plumbing did to replace the sagging sewage pipe under our basement foundation yesterday and they did it for a fair price. Taylor used a camera with an inclination sensor and a cool red wand to identify the location of the belly or sag in our pipe and then fix it. Until Taylor met with us, we were terrified to have a hole dug into our finished basement. But Valley plumbing has advanced equipment and teams up with Utah disaster recovery, and practically all the dust was confined to the work area and didn’t affect the rest of our house. They even put a plastic sheet to protect our floor and carpet from work related traffic in our house. Well done Taylor and Tytan and well done valley plumbing!

We just called Valley Plumbing yesterday afternoon and a technician was able to come this morning. Justin came to our house to fix a leak. He was very friendly and polite. He completed the work very quickly! He also told us about the leak and what he did to fix the problem. He was very knowledgeable. And the cost was much less than anticipated. We have used them in the past and our experience has been great every time!

Our toilet handle wasn’t working and there was a part in the toilet where the tube kept popping out. They replaced the part in the toilet which cost over $300. Fine whatever I get it. But the handle still wasn’t working adequately (have to hold it down then push it back up) so we when called them to come back (even though we asked they fix the handle as well the first time) and they said it would be another $300 to fix the handle because of their “expertise”.Fast forward to now (about two months later) we’re having the same issue with the tube popping out in the toilet (on the part they just replaced for over $300) and it’s not flushing well. We will absolutely never use their services again and unless you want to pay absurd amounts for jobs done poorly/not done at all I suggest you don’t either.Picture is or the tube on the new part that is now popping out so it’s not filling

I hired Phalcon and Zac to do some long over due maintenance on a large industrialized sink at my work. These two were incredibly professional and with my inexperience, they were very thorough with ensuring that i understood every step of the process that they were performing. They even showed up 15 minutes early so i wasnt disrupted with any appointments i had scheduled.Phalcon asked lots of questions to make sure everything was taken care of while he was here and didnt make me feel like he was rushing to get to his next appointment. He took apart all the piping equipment, thoroughly cleaned it and reassembled it better than before. Phalcon also offered a high grade fluid to use for preventative blockages.Zac offered options for long term solutions that could be done and was very honest about what he personally uses in his own life to tackle blockages. He seemed very genuine and upfront. i didnt feel like he was trying to upscale products or parts.You want both Phalcon and Zac for your plumping issues! They are very trustworthy, pertinent and knowledgable!

Took advantage of the elderly widow on a fixed income by upselling her on $900 dollars worth unnecessary and already repaired work. Removed previous repaired parts and replaced them with there own and charged her for it. Admitted the took the parts by offering $100 dollar refund for the $900 repair. Shamefully!!!

Alex came out 3 years ago to the day and repaired a leak in our kitchen. He did not charge for the visit or the work.Pedro came with Andrey who is in training this morning, only a few hours after I called. They unstopped a drain line with a high-powered, 6,000 psi, machine and camera, stopping our basement from flooding. They cleaned up their work area after they finished.I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of a plumber.JL McAlpin

He was clean & courteous. He was very thorough. He thought it was something different than a sink clog, so changed out a vent but then had to snake it anyway. It was very nice that he didn’t charge for that. A $20 vent + labor was $300+. It’s pretty scary that all plumbing companies rip people off because they know each others’ rates for snaking a sink.Service: Drain cleaning
