This Walgreens is our goto store. The store manager Amy is awesome, always willing to help and always excellent customer service. The employees here are incredible, always happy and service with a smile. The Photo Department here at Walgreens always gets our order ready fast and correct. We love how clean and organized the store always is. This Walgreens is excellent & will always be our goto store! I give them a 5 🌟 review!

I have never had a problem with Walgreens pharmacy no matter which one I went to until this One in Layton On antelope drive.First I had my prescriptions called in from my Doctor and it was about 4 days prior to me going in when he called him in I get there and they can't find any prescriptions in my name, and then come to find out they put it on someone else's account , had them filled waiting for that person, That could be deadly to somebody if the wrong person got the wrong medication. not only that but when I went back the second time to try to get my prescriptions because they had to refill them with My name on them, I was told that my insurance didn't cover the one prescription that they had nothing about the second prescription, and instead of offering to re-send it through my insurance she just told me that we can give you a discount card and that was it. The customer service was really not very good not to mention somebody could get the wrong medication and it Could kill them. After transferring my prescriptions to a different pharmacy I had absolutely no problems they to said my insurance didnt cover one of them, but then said "i will re try to run them" without me asking and my insurance did cover it and I did get both of them I'll never go back to this pharmacy as long as I live it's scary.

Pick up orders are incorrect or half way cancelled so if you’re a person who wants to utilize Walgreens digital coupons, don’t select this location.Many times I have picked up my order and looked on the self to find the item that was supposed to be out of stock.Asking anyone about digital coupons or store promotions and I have yet to interact with someone who knows.Please select a different store.

I had a fantastic experience at Walgreens thanks to Ethan Hall. He went above and beyond to assist me in finding exactly what I needed. Ethan's professional appearance caught my attention, and his kind and courteous demeanor made my shopping trip enjoyable. I was especially impressed when he fluently spoke Spanish to help a non-English speaker in line. It's remarkable that Ethan is just a senior in high school, and his exceptional service sets a high standard. Walgreens should strive to have more remarkable employees like Ethan!

In the past I went to the pharmacy and requested the (pneumococcal) vaccine to reduce the likelihood of getting pneumonia due to having asthma. I signed up online for the vaccine but once I got there I was told I was not the proper age group to get it. On there website it lists, "Recommended forChildren, adults 19 – 64 with certain health conditions, and adults 65+" asthma was one of the health conditions. I now have pneumonia in both of my lungs currently and I'm really ill. Should really listen to the customers needs especially preventative.

1. It is always empty, probably because of all the bad reviews. But they might get customers if their shelves weren't ALWAYS half empty.2. Change your hours online so that people don't come at 11:30 PM only to find out that you close at 10 PM and not 12 AM like you advertise online.Total waste of my time. Thanks.

The manager of the photo prints department jumped in and helped us out, but before that we got the run around with an order we had sent in. The printing machine was down, which is fine. But instead of telling us this, the employees just cancelled all of the orders that had been put in and didn't say anything to anyone. I'm glad that the manager was able to see the cancelled order and figure it out for us.

My child’s doctor would send an order for us to pick up at this Walgreens. FOR SOME REASON THEY ARE ALWAYS OUT OF EVERY SPECIFIC MEDICATION. I just made a pick up order for cough medicine so I can pick up at the drive thru, & I get a text stating they “unable to complete the order”. This has to be by far THE WORST WALGREENS. The lady at the pharmacy is THE WORST & I just don’t get how every time I go, they’re always out of medicine. Shortage? Hmm y’all should shutdown this location if that’s the case. Embarrassing

I've been coming to this pharmacy for over 10 years. In that time the it has gone from being a really good pharmacy to sub par at best.It used to be 24 hours, then started closing at midnight, now it is 10 pm.There pharmacy now closes for lunch. Wait times have gotten worse and worse. Getting someone on the phone is difficult. Getting them to work with your doctor's office is painful.Now they aren't even running the drive through.I came by two different times in today to pick up a prescription and the line for the pharmacy was half way acoss the store right through the cold and flue isle.I will be searching for a new pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy ever, the people that work hear are not nice and the other lady that was helping other customers was yelling at them all and the guy who helped me said he won’t fill my daughters prescription because it came in too late after we sat in line for 15 minutes he claimed the prescription came in after the dead line, my daughter is crying with a damn ear infection and this guy had no sympathy at all.I do not recommend this pharmacy and highly suggest that you go to a different one, unless of course you like being treated like garbage.

I went into Urgent Care at 10:45 because of a cough not going away or beginning stages of bronchitis. I had them send my prescription to them. All it was, was an inhaler. It is currently 2:45 and they have yet to fill it. Come on Walgreens get with it. When a prescription comes in fill it.

I attempted to gain entry to this location with multiple other patrons at 11:45 p.m and the doors were locked. I did notice an employee still inside the store with the days trash sitting by the front doors. It was a little disappointing, 0 out of 10 would not try again!

The worst pharmacy ever. We were told 20 minutes. An hour and a have later we went in to use the restroom. Not only was the bathroom filthy but so was the rest of the store. Still waited another half hour after going into the store. I will not be going back.

Don’t get your prescriptions here. I will be moving somewhere else here on out. They wouldn’t fill a new antibiotic prescription because it was too close to closing time. Went back the next day, waited for an hour and then got grief about filling it again.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY! AND OR DONT WASTE YOUR TIME USING SAME-DAY DELIVERY FOR YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS. SUNDAY I WENT ON WALGREENS APP AND DID SAME-DAY DELIVERY. IT SAID FOR IT TO BE DELIVERED NO LATER THAN 4PM. AFTER 4PM, I CALLED AND SPOKE TO CHI. SHE SAID SHE KNEW NOTHING AND FOR ME TO CALL FED-EX? WELL ITS SUNDAY AND FEDEX IS CLOSED? I ASKED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE WHO KNEW OF THE SAME DAY DELIVERY SERVICE. SHE GETS ON THE PHONE AND SAYS THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO. SO I OFFER TOCOME PICK UP THE PRESCRIPTIONS SINCE I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR THEM AND SHE SAYS NO WE WONT ALLOW YOU TO DO THAT. SO SHE CANCELED IT ON WALGREENS SIDE AND SHE SAID IN ORDER FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY PRESCRIPTIONS I WOULD NEED TO CANCEL IT ON THE APP AND THEN REPURCHASE? EVEN THOUGH I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR THEM. SO NOW I WAS GOING TO BE OUT THE MONEY TWICE? I SAID THIS DOESNT SOUND RIGHT, MAYBE YOU AS EMPLOYEES SHOULD BE TRAINED ON THE APP. SHE RESPONDED WITH WELL THAT WOULD BE IMPOSSIBLE. IT’S REALLY SAD AS CONSUMERS TO BE TREATED THIS WAY. CLEARLY THIS STORE HAS ISSUES, THE RATINGS ARE NOT GOOD. ABOUT 4 MONTHS AGO I WAS THERE ONE NIGHT TO PICK UP MY PRESCRIPTIONS AND OF COURSE THE DRIVE THRU WAS CLOSED “DUE TO LACK OF STAFF”. I WAS WAITING AND I WITNESSED A TECH YELLING AT AN OLDER MAN BECAUSE THE MAN WAS JUST ASKING WHY THE PHARMACY CLOSED AT 10PM, WHEN IT IS ADVERTISED TO BE A 24 HOUR. I ACTUALLY CALLED THE NEXT DAY AND SPOKE WITH A MANAGER ABOUT HOW BADLY THAT OLDER MAN HAD BEEN TREATED. SO I ACTUALLY ENDED UP HAVING MY PRESCRIPTIONS TRANSFERRED TO WALMART AND I HAD A PLEASANT EXPERIENCED AND WAS TREATED LIKE A HUMAN BEING.

I went in to the pharmacy last night to have my prescription filled. An epipen for life or death situations. This was right after I was emergency rushed to the hospital for going anaphylactic shock which almost killed. The lady entering my prescription entered it in at a higher mg then what it was and my insurance denied it. After speaking to the insurance company the confirmed that I am covered for this and that the pharmacy entered in to high of mg which then sent up a red flag and denied it.Just cause she was ranting and raving about having a bad day she missed up thank good they denied it because if it was more then what I need could have cause serious damage or death. Make sure if you go there that you dosages are correct I would hate to see someone suffer because of that women

Come on..get it together. It is always something with this pharmacy.Their message says closed for a lunch break from 1:30-2:00. So I go at 1:15 and find a sign saying they're closed for lunch from 1-2! Really!My time is valuable too, yet it's always a guaranteed delay or a wait. They hire people that lack any positive personality traits. It's difficult for them to crack a smile and they never provide even a quick apology when you’ve been waiting in a ridiculously long line.Time to find another pharmacy because enough is enough.

I bought a pre-paid debit card from them and had put $130 on it at the register and the card would not activate, the online customer service is non existent, and when I try to call the number it has a spam warning. I would understand their no returns policy for the card, which was under $3, but they will not even give me my $130 back. The so called manager Angie didn't even try to resolve the issue and just said her manager was out of town and I could come back Monday for actual help.

I’ve used this pharmacy for 10 years, I love the late closing time so that I am still able to get my meds when I forget to pick them up after work. I don’t know what the obsession is with needing every person you interact with to be serving you with a smile and an enthusiastic attitude. I’ve never had an issue with my prescriptions being wrong or filled incorrectly, the staff has helped me multiple occasions get the best price that I can, and it’s very obvious that this location is serving a lot of people. Avoid peak times such as 5pm-8pm, and you’ll have better luck getting a fast checkout. Only 4 stars because the wait can be long when you’re in a rush.

The absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever been too!!! DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANNA WAIT 3 HOURS. I’ve been to this pharmacy a couple times and the first time the girl told me it’d be 20 min I ended up waiting and hour. I thought maybe it was a busy day went back a different day the guy told me it’d be 30 minutes I ended up waiting almost 2 hours, and that was with me checking on it multiple times. So un professional every time they just told me we got busy even tho both times when I got there I was the only person waiting. Ignorant people that can’t do there jobs!!!! If you value your time don’t bother with this pharmacy! JOKE… If I could give them less than 1 star I would

Oh man! This one goes out to Lily, the pharmacy tech.On Monday night, I went to Walgreens to pick up my prescription. Lily rang it in and told me my total ($31.99), which was not what my copay usually is for my medication ($10). I asked her why it was that much and asked about my insurance. She was very rude and stated my insurance was not covering it. Girl, that’s fine, but she didn’t have to say it with an attitude like that when I simply asked a question. So I get back to my car (my mother drove me because I have had the flu so I was also picking up some flu medicine while there), and I explain what happened because I was frustrated. We went to GoodRX to see how much my medication would be at Walgreens ($10.60). So went back in and asked Lily to refund it, as I am in nursing school and every penny counts. Lily was very rude and abrasive and kept saying she “explained it to me.” She explained nothing. All she said was that the slip said it was not covered by insurance. My mother simply asked her “Wouldn’t you prefer to get your medication cheaper than what it would be originally?” And Lily ignored the question (as is her right), but turned to me and said once again she had already explained it to me.Now don’t get me wrong, I am an adult and do not need my mother to stand up for me, but it just happened that I was sick and did not have the spoons to deal with her.So I spoke with my insurance on Tuesday, and they said not only is my medication covered, but that once I posed the question about whether the insurance covered it, she should have ran it again in case an error happened. My insurance apologized on their behalf, when it was never their fault to begin with. All Lily had to do was simply run the insurance again instead of being rude and unprofessional.I totally get that healthcare workers are understaffed and everyone is stressed right now, but there is absolutely no excuse for being rude when it is uncalled for.

Al the reviews about this pharmacy and their lack of knowledge and helpfulness are completely true. It’s amazing that this place is even in business and that corporate Walgreens has not stepped in to fix this place. First let’s address the tech Steven, what an apathetic and unhelpful jerk. When challenged with the fact I didn’t have other health insurance even though their system said I did, he offered no help other than some weird excuse that because I go to the VA that was other insurance, I informed him the VA is not other insurance and he didn’t seem to get it, maybe he’s too arrogant to be wrong or he’s just dumb? I come back with Tricare-ExpressScripts on the phone to explain that I don’t have other insurance and Lily gets in the phone with the rep and confuses the situation even more, saying VA is my other insurance. The VA is not insurance I try explaining to them again. Finally I came to the conclusion they have zero intelligence and no desire to help, I pay retail and leave. After I call Tricare-ExpressScripts to figure out what happened and wouldn’t you know they said all the pharmacy had to do was call their helpline and explain the patient doesn’t have other insurance and the problem would have been resolved and I would have $0 due after insurance. So Steven and Lily refused to do the right thing and call the helpline to get this fixed. It’s a shame this is the only pharmacy open for later hours in the area, I certainly hope a competitor steps in and takes their business away and Steven and Lily get the karma they deserve for their apathy to their customers.

I was quite surprised to see the poor reviews of this place. But after coming here for my third time, I could see why. A guy from the VA was in front of me needing a prescription. The guy attending him was not patient and looked upset to be there. It makes sense, it's a job. But I'd rather him be snobby at me than someone from the VA. But then someone else took his spot after a few people and he seemed in a great mood.

Their pharmacy is a joke, they take 6 hours to fill a prescription, then lose it, try and not admit to losing it, and then you’ll be back to square one waiting for them to fill it again. Do yourself a favor and use a different pharmacy. We only over use this place when our regular pharmacy is closed.

Give them plenty of time to fill it and it still want filled. I waited a while for the prescription and while I waited I noticed that there wasn’t a person that came in that had a prescription that was ready. We all had to wait. When I finally got to talk to someone, they didn’t even know if they had the medication in stock let alone have it filled. Then they said it would take a min once they found it and I still waited a forever. The employees seemed to be doing their own thing and not working together. It was frustrating at the least the hours were nice. But frustrating how long it took and how they seemed to not be able to get anything ready in a decent amount of time

I have insurance that if I use Walgreens I get a discount. I will never use this Walgreens again. They don't hire enough people and it isn't because of covid. They are rude and don't explain anything. I am use to being asked do you have any questions there they give your medicine and say next. They drive through line is a joke. They get to the window when they feel like it. I have sat there 20 minutes before waiting for a prescription that was called in the day before. Now sorry or nothing just here you go next. Please can't someone go into this store and make the changes needed. The other one in Layton closed up and this is the only one available.
