Took my 14 year old Westie to get shaved and her nails trimmed. Scheduled this appointment 2 weeks out and have taken this dog here many times. They did ok work in the past so I thought it would be similar. When I first got there the groomer asked me a million different questions and kept saying “if we can finish her today”. Right off the bat it seemed like she had no intention of finishing the job that day. Note that my dog had no matts, no anxiety issues (no biting), and no health issues. I barely get home when I get the call that she can’t finish the job because my dog keeps trying to “run away”. It’s a dog, it’s not going to sit still and be perfect for you that’s why I take it to someone who is trained. I told the groomer that I have cut my dogs hair before I know she can be squirmy, but she is manageable. The groomer told me she would wait for her to call down and try again. Not even 20 minutes later I get a call telling me that she absolutely cannot finish because my dog moves. I picked her up and she looked horrendous. Choppily shaved body and nothing was done to her face. No nail trimming and they didn’t give her a bath so loose fur was getting everywhere. I took her directly to petco where they luckily had an opening. The groomer there said “who did that to her!?”. Petco was able to give her a very nice shave and fix up the patchiness. They trimmed her nails and bathed her without the extra charge the petsmart has. Petco had no problem with her “moving”. PetSmart is terrible and I will never go back

The only petsmart nearby that carries my cat’s prescription Hill science diet. They always have cute kitties looking for a home too. Cashiers are friendly and helpful.

Manager who works this specific location avoid responsibilities. I've placed online order and cancelled. I've went to the store to pick up my pets food because they needed that day, and online delivery assigned me the next day delivery when it was a option for "same day delivery for door dash". She did not helped me whatsoever, I called customer service as what I was told and she did not do her job right to confirm the cancellation on her end in her store and end up having to charging me about $100 when I already spend what I need which is also $100. That is total $200 that It was charged. It could have void this problem with better understanding in her position. I would like to talk to her boss if I had a chance but her manager was "out of the store".

They didn't have very many animals there, which maybe that's a good thing because they probably got adopted, but if you want to adopt a pet this might not be the best place to go because of that.

My dogs have no problems eating and playing with discounted Christmas stuff so today was a steal for discounted chewies rawhide free goodies and Santa bears.. even pet food was on sale

Worst cut my golden has ever had. Paid $92 for barely a haircut and also a random shaved spot behind his ear that looks terrible. Also was told that I would have to pay extra next time if he pancakes while trying to get groomed. I’m sorry maybe he’s terrified since you nearly shaved him bare on his neck. Won’t be going here again.

This is one of the best pet store I ever went!! The staff are nice the cashier is a very good person!!! Better then petco in bountiful they have rude staff!! This place is my favorite place they don't even ask questions!!!

Went on New Years Eve. We got into the store about 5:30pm. Person working in pet care (I believe) was amazing and made good conversation. Unfortunately did not catch his name. There were no announcements over the PA system nor did any associates come up to us to let us know they were closing. At 6:07, the gentleman named Henry working the register came up to us and rudely told us the store was closed and asked if we were checking out. At the register, we apologized since we didn't know and thought they were open until 7pm. He told us, again in a rude tone of voice, that they were on holiday hours and had plans that he wanted to get home to. We felt very rushed and turned what started as a good experience into a sour one.

Very disappointed, to in to see how much longer getting his hair groomed,he's been there 2.5 hour's, the girl was having a great time talking to the other girls taking there time,telling me it will be another 30 mins. I have taking him to paw town oasis they always him down with in 2 hrs.

First time pet owner, so this was my first time salon experience. I was expecting a trim because my puppy is getting some long fur. I also was expecting to wait in the store while his grooming service was done. The website didn’t mention at all that it would take 2-3 hours.Next, I am very disappointed with the value of the service. It seems like they only gave him a bath and barely (and I mean they are still super long) trimmed his nails. I can do that at home. So the service was nothing that I expected. She said she trimmed around his face as well, and I can definitely tell she attempted but did not finish because half of his head has been trimmed, but not the other half. There was also NO hygienic trimming done, even though that was stated specifically for the service. I understand he is a puppy, but it seems like the job was half done.I don’t think I will use PetSmart again for a grooming service.

They sometimes have good clearance items I bought 500 mealworms and I did not get the full 500 so I had to go back and they were not nice about it so I would not get bugs from there I gave it a higher rating due to the clearance items not the bugs

Book with Liz for your grooming!!! She did a bath and puppy cut on my 4 month old and he is so so so fluffy and she got all the hair out of the way of his eyes. He had such a great time and we will definitely be back!! I wrote the appointment time down wrong and she was so understanding and helped us out even though we were late.

I've been in many different Petsmarts and Petcos but, this was one of the cleanest and most friendly I've ever been to. I went to see the bearded dragons they have. Within 30 seconds of entering, I received a welcome and assistance. The young lady who helped me was very polite and knowledgeable about all the reptiles that they offered. She answered all my questions with confidence and quickly. Even going above and beyond giving advice and tips for a healthy beardie. Let's just say I walked out with a new bearded dragon. His name is Dumbledore. Thank you, Petsmart and the young lady who helped me.

This store NO WHERE in there policy does it state you can’t bring your dog in for grooming with a muzzle and I showed up to get my dog a bath and was denied because I put a muzzle on from the car to the store cause he has anxiety and was told by my vet to use one when entering a store at any time for a short period. This place is trash and I’ll never use you guys for anything ever again!!! Wasted my damn time!

I always find all my animal needs at this location.. This location is always clean, put in order, n always stocked with all my animal needs which I have 2 cats, a betta n 2 pups.. Even when I had my 4 ferrets even though Petsmart no longer does ferret adoptions, I would still find supplies for my ferrets at the store..

We've been going to this location for 4 years but within the past year they've disappointed us on multiple occasions. We were told with a previous issue that we'd get a discount on our next visit but never received it. We were reluctant to return with our newest dog but decided to give them a second chance. We'd tried to remove recent tangles at home but had hoped they would have additional techniques to prevent cutting or shaving areas but they didn't have such knowledge. We complained and they seemed like they simply didn't care about our opinions or the outcome of our dog. This was our final straw and we will not be returning!

Groomers are 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩Price is 🤩🤩🤩 ($50-$60 for full cut /$20-$30 for puppy trims)We have two Shih Tzu puppies (Sofie is 9 months and Chopper is 9 weeks). I’ve take Sofie to PetSmart a few times and trusted them with Chopper’s first cut 7/19/2021.They do so well! Sara is great with Chopper and patient with Sofie (Sof is more active and nippy). They haven’t had any nicks or bleeding or issues after grooming.Price for a full trim is a little high for me, but worth it for the puppy trims!! It’s helpful to have the puppies get used to grooming when they’re small.

While shopping I was told by an employee I wasn’t allowed to let my puppy explore a flat bed shopping cart because it might get hurt and the store didn’t want to be responsible. She was simply jumping on and off the flat cart without any coaxing from me. Really odd experience to be told by an allegedly pet friendly store, that offers training classes, that I can’t let my dog work on her environmental confidence. I was sure to put my items back and then left. Will not be shopping here any more.

I went to PetSmart to get a new dog crate and before I got to the register the associate showed me that they had some that were on sale that was exactly what I needed and save me a lot of money they took a keen interest in my dog that is going to be using the crate and gave me a lot of great information they are my new pet store
