I have a chi chi that hates everyone! The ladies at Oh My Dog for some reason think she's adorable and they are excited to see her. I absolutely recommend them to everyone. My dogs always look and smell awesome when I pick them up. Seriously they are amazing.

I will never take my dog here again! Not only were they rude, short and totally put out about it. They are lazy! And They cut my dog on her face and didn’t even tell me about it when i picked her up. I noticed it after I got home. My dog has been acting all sorts of odd since I got her home a couple of days ago. And their prices are ridiculous.

If you love your dogs and they are part of your family, Oh My Dog! is the best place ever!!! I have my dogs bathed weekly and they love coming here. My poodle started with crusty sores on his body and Kristy found them before I did and knew exactly what to do. She managed to heal a large patch that my dog had pulled the fur away from his body.I have used other groomers and Petsmart. I have never been as satisfied as I am with Oh My Dog! Kristy and Sarah are "dog caring women" and have become our friends.

Kristy is the best Dog Groomer I've ever had. She is hands down the sis whisperer. She has been taking care of our Eamon forever. He was a rescue so it was hard to get Groomers to take him because we didn't know his situation. She is gentle and most important Eamon trusts her. I recommended over any groomers in town. Mind you I've tried Pet Co, Pet Smart even a mobile Service. Kristy and Sarah are the top of the line.

Worst dog grooming experience I've ever had! I had two dogs groomed today. When I dropped them off there was a baby in a swing in the grooming area and a small dog not being groomed that was aggressive. When I picked the dogs up two hours later the baby was still in the swing and one of my dogs was kenneled because of the little aggressive dog (put your dog in the kennel). My dogs smell horrible. I had to air my car for 40 minutes after the dogs arrived home. The whole family says the dogs stink. My dog has 2 nails still bleeding from being trimmed. I am taking then to a different groomer tomorrow to see if she can get the dirty dog water smell out of them. Don't go here. I wish someone would have warned me.EDITTED TO ADD: Owner called and said my dog was aggressive that's why they kenneled her. I wasn't there, but that would be a first. Owner was upset. She said the comment about the baby was a low blow, she brings baby to work. I agreed to disagree. She offered to rewash my dogs. I'm not taking them there again . I asked for my 100 bucks back. Owner became more irate. I hung up on her .

We wanted to find the best local place for our dog to be groomed so we took her to every place within a 20min radius. After trying them all the clear winner was Oh My Dog. They are friendly, fast, and do a great job. Our Daisy always smells nice for WEEKS and she gets super excited when we pull up. They were more expensive than some of the other places, but you get what you pay for, and that is a good thing with this place! The value is for sure worth every penny. We couldn’t recommend them more. (Daisy agrees!)

Our pet is always groomed well here. After our previous visit we noticed our dog had some skin irritation so I asked this time for them to use a sensitive skin shampoo on him. They were happy to help and said if there were any issues to call them back and they would re-shampoo him. They also notice he was slightly stressed as there were some bigger dogs waiting to be picked up and they kindly put him in a crate to make him more comfortable. He fell right to sleep, until I could arrive. Thanks for taking such good care our our dog!

I could not have been happier with this place. I had been taking my dog to the same place for 7 years because I was afraid of change. I am so glad that I found Oh My Dog! My dog was a little timid when we first showed up, but the employees were so understanding and patient with her. And when I went to pick her up, I could tell she was very comfortable. She was just walking around the office like family, not kenneled up in the back with a million barking dogs. Her haircut looks amazing and she is so soft and clean. I am most impressed by the way she doesn't smell like chemicals or flowers after being groomed like she did at our old place. Another bonus is how fast they were. It took them just over an hour to do what the old place took 3 hours to do. Huge time saver! They have made regular customers out of us!!!

I moved to Davis County Utah from out of state. I called several local pet groomers for pricing and information. Only Kristy took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. She was friendly and pleasant, earning my business easily over the others. I appreciate good service and am willing to reward those who show customers matter. My pup came home looking and smelling great! I will definitely be bringing my pup back!

No one else was willing to take my very senior standard poodle for grooming she had cancer and was 14.5 years old. I found oh my dog on a recommendation from another poodle owner. They took great care of my girl and groomed her privately at the end of the work day so she wouldn't be stressed. They gave her a comfort cut that made her look amazing. I am very thankful for them and the care they showed my girl .

I was looking for an experienced groomer for my dog due to a very poor experience. Unfortunately she reached out to “her pet grooming community”, the previous groomer gave me no information. She received the excuse or explanation I was never given and have never been told my dog has a challenge or issue. By doing this she has now placed my dog on a community list. My dog has never had a report of issues. That was unprofessional and unwarranted and she has no personal experience with my dog and took I believe, an inexperienced groomers excuse and explanation as knowledge.

I brought my shih tzu/malteese mix here for nearly a year. She loved going and the groomers always told me that she behaved really well for them. On my last visit, I received a call from the groomer telling me they wouldn't finish the service on my dog. They said she freaked out. I went to pick her up and she had half a haircut. They told me they wouldn't groom her again in the future. I felt this was a little extreme given her positive history with them. I ended up taking her somewhere else a week later. (A whole week with a half a hair cut, she looked horrible! I should have taken a picture to include in this review.) The new groomer had no problems with her! I will be continuing my business with the new groomer.

We love this place! We've been to many groomers, but this one is our favorite. She does a fantastic job on our Bichone, Charlie, every time! I love that they don't put her in a kennel for hours waiting for her to be groomed. The place is very clean and I feel my dog is safe in their care. I also love the discount she gives when you schedule your next appt, that has helped to stay on top of Charlie's grooming.

They got me in about an hour after I called! We only have 1 car and my husband works late so it's hard finding places that stay open late. Even though Lucky hates baths and was yipping like it was the end of the world, Sarah the groomer took it in stride and did a great job. Thank you!

The groomers here are not only talented, but fast. Other groomers would stress my Yorkie out, and he would be there for 2 or 3 hours. Oh My Dog has never taken more than 45 minutes. His hair and nails are always neat and clean now. The price is also fair. I'd definitely recommend.

I have been bringing my girls here for years. Kristy is an amazing groomer, and worth every penny. Even when I have been having a hard time, she worked with me. We get so many compliments on our girls tail. She is fast! And my dogs are happy going in, and coming out.

I have had three dogs, and I wouldn't take them anywhere but to oh my dog! My first dog was old, deaf, and blind (needless to say he was scared of everything and hadn't ever been professionally groomed before) we took him to kristy and he wasn't afraid at all! My boxer had never been groomed and hated water but took her to Kristy and she was fine! And my latest dog is a big German wirehaired pointer, who honestly hates almost everybody and everything. He gets SO excited Everytime he sees Kristy and he always comes back looking EXACTLY how I wanted his hair cut (even though to be honest I suck at explaining how I want his hair cut). Kristy and her staff are so amazing, it's worth every penny! Kristy and her staff have a happy client for life!

Kristy does a great job with my long haired chihuahua! I love that she takes him and starts once he gets there and then I can pick him up as soon as he's done. Which is usually about an hour which is super quick! I've had to wait for my dog several hours at other places. Most places your dog is stuck in a kennel while they do the other dogs before yours.

Oh My Dog is great and run by seriously wonderful people. My dog is so happy when she gets dropped off and happy when I pick her up. There was an instance where my dog was having some ear issues and they gave me their opinion on what was going on. When I took her into the vet, her diagnoses was what I was told by the groomers here. These people know dogs and I’m so thankful for them! We’ve had nothing but good experiences.

What a great gem in Kaysville. We have been taking our dog here since we moved from out of state. I am very picky about how my dog is groomed and stress over finding a new groomer whenever we have moved. Kristy does an amazing job with our Bichon. She initially contacted my old groomer to discuss my preferences for his groom. Bichon's can be difficult to get the cut right but Kristy knew how important it was that our dog look like his breed and not a poodle. She actually attended a workshop to perfect her technique and does an amazing job! I get compliments on my dog's groom from other Bichon owners all the time. I also love that my dog isn't kenneled and "worked on" for several hours off an on throughout the day. She can usually complete his groom within and hour or so and then he is back home on his couch snoozing. She has really stepped up the look of the shop as well with her coordinated smocks, tables, etc. Very professional looking without loosing the hometown, friendly feel. We love it!

I just had my dog there today! I love the staff and they take great care of my 2 dogs.In response to the review below...... I was walking in as the lady below was leaving. She was the rude one! I am so grateful for these ladies. No kennels and they only book a few dogs at a time so it’s not a mad house and the dogs get individual attention. My dog had a dramatic experience at Petco and refuses to this day to go in there. He has no problem walking in to Oh My Dog! He loves Sarah and I highly recommend them to anyone I can.

I love taking my dog (4 year old GSD/Lab mix female) to Kristy of Oh My Dog! Pet Grooming. Kristy seems to be the only one who can handle trimming my dog's toes- my dog has anxiety over it & she has always been very calm with her, whereas some other places their staff panic which makes my dog's anxiety even worse. Whenever she gets groomed, Kristy always does a fantastic job getting her squeaky clean again; when it's winter coat shedding time Kristy always seems to get more loose hair out than I ever could, which I greatly appreciate. I will continue to keep bringing my dog to this groomer!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this groomer. I have taken my dog to three other groomers/facilities and none of them compare to the quality and service provided by OMD. I'm skeptical to leave my dog with strangers and have heard horror stories about groomers but I trust OMD with my pup. He looked amazing, smelled great, and seemed excited/happy when I picked him up. It is a clean environment and the staff makes you feel like family. I would highly recommend OMD to anyone. I plan to use them for years to come.

Pretty good place. I would say my one concern is that you have to be very prompt in picking up your dog. ( like within 30 minutes) which is fine, but I wouldn't suggest them if you are trying to get errands done. They also completely surpassed my one request to have a matt removed on my dog. And suggest I " just pick at it for a while" I understand he is kinda hyper and can get nippy. But other groomers have dealt with him fine. But other than that I would suggest it.

The worst place for big dogs. I brought my 2 bernese mountain dogs there, went I pick them up, they were wet, one of them had a red bruise (in the white part )like someone hit him in the top part of the muzzle. I asked the lady in charge and her answer was "I don't know " . (The one that suffer was the Pappy ) She said "he did not want me to dry him out". My dogs wanted to go out of there, they were so scare of being there. IF YOU HAVE BIG DOGS, DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE THE WORST. I CAN NOT TALK ABOUT SMALL DOGS BUT MY EXPERIENCE WAS BAD. SORRY BUT I THINK they should have more training to have a place for all types of dogs. I love my dogs like my kids. It is not nice to pick up your dogs like that..... and pay for that kind of service. I did not want to be a drama queen, I did not said anything to her, that is why I did not insulted that lady that moment, there is not need to be aggressive, but is always a chance to speak up in another way, like making a service review of 1 star or less of service. I'm not going there any more

This is a good place to take you dog is they are a bit shy. They cost a little more but it is worth it if you care about your dog. They have a friendly staff that treats your pet great. Your pet won’t be caged when they are there. The only knock against them is that there is a small staff so they don’t answer the phone that often and do a lot of business through text. They are on top of it though but it may be a little impersonal until you get there. Also don’t be late or to early or you pay extra. Great service for your dog though

I used to take my dog to Pet Corral; every time I picked him up he was exhausted and it looked like he was crying. He would be super shaky and terrified to go. Frankly, I didn't really like his cut after. We came a crossed this place, and I absolutely love it here. I took him in with his fur all matted because at that other place they completely shaved him. Kristi fixed him all up! Every time I pick him up, he acts the exact opposite when I took him to Pet Corral. I love how its cage-free. After every cute he always looks super cute too! Kristi and Sarah are the greatest. I highly recommend them to anyone.

As soon as my husband and I walk in we say hello and smile and neither of the employees there said hello or acknowledged us. Both of them just looked at us as if we said something rude. But we brushed it off and continued to drop our dog off. When my husband and I arrive to pick up our dog the employee that groomed our dog looks frustrated and mad. We smile and say hello like we did before and they didn't say hello back like before. The employee explains how she had a little trouble with our dog which is expected because our dog is hyper and isn't used to going to a groomer but the way she explained it was rude and I could tell she had an attitude. As dog groomers I would think they would be used to all kinds of dogs by now and it wouldn't be a problem but I guess not, which is a shame. I definitely won't be taking my dog back there. Oh and my dog didn't smell fresh when we picked her up either.
