We haved stayed in a lot of hotels in Las Vegas Utah Los Angeles this one has been one of the cleanest ones I haved stayed in the sheets looked clean that’s the most important for me the sheets. It doesn’t look nice from outside but when you go in the room it looks really nice. The guy that cleans was really nice and helpful they do a really good job cleaning. I would definitely stay here again I recommend it. There was no noise from other rooms or outside very peaceful. thanks for the service.Rooms: Very nice , clean , quiet .

These guys do the best they can with what they have, I guess. If you don't have too high of standards, the rooms are passable. "Free Breakfast" is a bowl of fruit loops with warm milk, bad coffee and white bread for toast. Location is about the only thing that saves this place, the prices are okay too. Meh. You could do a whole lot better and you could do a lot worse.

Very dirty! This is the most dirty hotel I have ever been to. Matresses are yellow, rooms are old and smell, my family's room next door had blood in the bathroom sink.I would not stay here for free. We got a refund and went to another hotel.Staff was very nice and friendly.

Very dirty, dusty, smelly, moldy and no appropriate handicap parking. Only saw two handicap spots and they were positioned the farthest from entrance of building. A certain number of handicap-accessible stalls are required based on the number of available parking slots in a facility or site. Not to mention, you don’t even have hot water. This place needs to be shut down until brought back up to code.I’ll be reporting this matter to the ADA. And the uncleanlinesses will be reported to the health department. Don’t waste your money here as you won’t receive basic necessities and it’s extremely unsanitary. If you’re disabled, don’t even try it as it’s not ADA friendly at all.

*Travelers beware* One of the worst places we’ve stayed - less than one star. We are shocked that this is a Wyndham property! Every day got worse, and we have included photos of these glaring issues:1- Unsecured entry door. It doesn’t latch and there isn’t a keyed/card entry.2- Odd smell the moment we entered the room.3- Light switches dirty, mismatched, missing screws.4- Large paint stains and splatter on carpet.5- Stained bedsheets and cigarette burned blankets.6- Toothpaste on mirror.7- Rust in bottom of toilet bowl (looks like it wasn’t flushed).8- Stained shower curtain.9- Cheap shower conversion (from shower with glass doors to just shower curtain), which left stains, dirt, sealant and wear marks).10- Broken tile that’s missing grout.11- Paint splattered on bathroom tile and door frame.12- Badly stained bath towels.13- Mattress springs pop and creak.Noteworthy details: We don’t stay at 4 and 5 star hotels often, we usually stay at budget hotels. However, it was the basics that were just unreal. Less than one star. The ONLY positive thing I have to say about this property is that the staff were kind and friendly.

Lights don’t work. Door looks like dog was stuck in there. Paint peeled and chipped. Shower fully stained. Plugs falling out of the socket. Location was terrible. Breakfast wasn’t great either. I know it’s a motel but we spent less for a way better motel in Moab. Felt grimy and dirty. DO NOT STAY HERE0 start

Worst hotel out of about 20 during a road trip!I booked two nights but left after one as it was too disgusting. I would not have stayed even one night but it already was late when I arrived.I did not accept the offer for another room the next day as when one room has not been cleaned properly for obviously that long by presumably many different people, then the other rooms will not be clean either. All my requests (5 mails) for a refund of one prepaid night have been ignored or answered with standard text.Bad in particular:- many objects have not been dusted off since a very long time (thick dust already stuck to the object)- under the bed there are pills, coins, key card, band-aid, dirt, litter- carpet has not been vacuumed properly- moldy smell- mold in shower- dirty in shower- dirty and damaged toilet- dirty bathroom door- door does not close properly and you can see through the gaps around it into the hall and vice versaRooms: Most dirty rooms during entire road trip with about 20 hotels!

Black mold, lots of stains, smelled horrible, and we got bit by bed bugs. Plus they directly ask for tips despite how nasty it was. We left feeling absolutely disgusted.Rooms: Bed bugs, visibly dirty, sewage and bathroom stenchNoteworthy details: Black mold and bed bugs!

Your place is well priced but please be ready .facility is under & under renovation construction. Management does their best to take care of you. Thank you for your hospitality Hotel Zion inn. A little bit more cleanup in the breakfast area. The smell in the common area next to the breakfast area is not to pleasant esp first thing when you're going in for a nice waffle and coffee. Get rid of cats OMG get rid of the cats. And I strongly believe you all should enforce handicap for handicapped people. I noticed after 3 weeks stay that yuppies with all this awesome gear think it's alright park in handicap zone. So they can keep an eye on their gear and and ready for hiking the next day.Rooms: Very nice place but the outside of the windows need to be cleaned OMG I try cleaning them myself to no avail. You have some nice views. I bet if you can the windows it'll so much shinier and beautiful.

You get what you pay for. The rooms are clean-ish. My bed mattress cover had some kind of stains on it, it looked like bugs at first...but after zooming in with my phone camera, I saw that it was possibly mold stains or some other kind of stain. The wall in the bathroom that the light switch is on, needed wiped down, but the rest of the room seemed as though it had been cleaned. The windows do not have screens and the windows are dirty looking. The sink in our room was a pedestal sink, which was not ideal for 4 people since there was nowhere else to set our bathroom things. The room did have a large dresser, 2 beds, a mini fridge, coffee maker (that we didn't use) and microwave. They offer a free breakfast which consists of all high carb, starch products...so if you are on any kind of health journey, I recommend you bring breakfast to reheat in your room. Their coffee was out too and nobody was at the front desk to tell. Someone did refill it later. We were only staying long enough to sleep and did not want to spend a small fortune on a room, so this worked for our needs. If you're wanting something higher end, this is not it.Food & drinks: There is an Indian restaurant that is on the same property as the hotel. We dis not eat there, but it had good reviews online.

DISGUSTING- RUN AWAY!!!Does not deserve even 1 star. White stains on the furniture, disgusting stained carpets, holes in the windows patches with card board, rotting food in the microwave, massive amount of bugs and spider webs throughout room. Sheets were stained. They clearly have ZERO Covid protocols because NOTHING was clean. Do not waste your money. Told the front desk we wanted a refund because the room was so dirty and they stated “this isn’t a fancy hotel”So apparently it doesn’t require cleaning?!We booked through Priceline who has been trying to contact this hotel and they refuse to answer stating request must go through email- but then never respond to emails. DO NOT STAY HERE.Poor customer service.Terrible hotel.

My sister and I really enjoyed staying here during our recent trip to Zion. It's the best rate I've found in the area, and the rooms are spacious. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. I appreciated the close proximity to the delicious Indian restaurant after a long day of hiking. I'll happily stay here again next time I come to this area.

Sigh, where to begin.Let's start with property condition: chunks out of the trim, scrapes on the wall, tv not working, could use the light coming from the hall through the door as a night light, drawer held in place with a folded up napkin...Look, I'm not high society and am pretty humble but this is only the beginning. We were given a room right next to the exterior door THAT DID NOT LOCK (in fact could not be closed). Any person could waltz right in that had no business being there and our room had an extra non-operational door right next to it.The whole reason we got this hotel was because it was pet friendly. Well, with the walls and ceilings being paper thin, our pup was as restless as we were. After realizing what we were dealing with, we packed our things and asked for a refund for the other two nights (we weren't even asking for that night) and they refused (tried saying we'd have to take it up with Expedia, which confirmed it was the hotel that should have refunded).ON TOP OF ALL THIS:They asked for a pet deposit for each night you stay IN CASH (assuming to avoid having to pay taxes on this).I know the price for this hotel can be tempting but please take it from us that it is NOT WORTH IT. Absolutely worst hotel experience I have ever had. Save yourself the trouble, and money, and get a real place to stay.

Excellent value for couple here for Zion National park hiking! The room was very clean and comfortable. 2 queens beds bouncy not at all sagging. Bunch of memory foam pillows. New soft rug. AC worked great for over 100 degree summer day. Quiet and peaceful area. Plenty of parking. Free breakfast. Bathroom was spacious. No weird smells. The hair dryer wasn't working however and I notified management.Famous Stage Coach Grille restaurant is just across the street. We had an amazing steak and Prosecco from Italy. Great location 45 min from Zion and 20 min from Sand Hollow Lake.

Disgusting disaster. It is totally a run down ex treatment torture facility. Thank god there was a friendly stray parking lot cat to keep the ghouls away. There is a reason the facility was shut down and sold to the owners. This place should be burned to the ground. Tvs don’t work they don’t fix them or switch out the rooms. So if this happens to you it is false online advertising and you will get a full refund from credit card company or third party booking site. Please let your local homeless person know so they can stay for free here

Great value for a trip to Zion. The room was nice with newer carpet and flooring. The beds/ pillows were comfy. There was ac, free WiFi, cable tv, fridge and microwave. I felt safe staying here, which I was concerned about due to the low price. I would definitely stay here again for another tip to zion! They also have a super friendly kitty in their parking lot who loved to greet guests which was a plus for me!Rooms: New carpet and flooring in bathroom. Beds and pillows were comfy. No weird smells. Fridge and microwave provided. Everything worked well.Safety: Well lit parking lot. Property felt safe.Food & drinks: Indian restaurant on site that was fast and easy for takeout.

Was a bit worried going into the Inn given older reviews but the experience turned out to be great! Spent a couple nights here and the room & bathroom were clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and even accommodated us for the free breakfast despite arriving after the breakfast was closed. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Zion National Park.

It used to be a teen "treatment" center so it looks like a jail. I worked at the facility about 20 years ago and I'm surprised they were able to get rid of the smell of mildew. The vibe is super weird there. They said the place had been renovated, but I honestly have NO idea why I stayed there knowing what was behind the gates that used to lock in children. 🤡The person at the front desk seemed annoyed when we checked in. The room was filthy and the carpet was so dirty the bottom of my toddler's socks turned black after a few minutes. I have some pictures of the chunks of dried food, dust, and the socks, but they're buried in my phone. I'll update this if I find them.-10/10 would not recommend.

Made reservations 2 months ago when I arrived they had found out about the Senior games in ST GEORGE and instead of $595.00 for 10 days they wanted to charge me $105.00 dollars a day or $1050.00. I told her to Stick it in her ear. and found another motel it was $105.00 a day. Same price just different motel. But I didn't and wouldn't stay at ZION MOTEL

This family owned hotel is a great location to zion national park at a very reasonable price. The management is courteous and polite.Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable even though it maynot be luxurious.I would definitely recommend this hotel to people who don't want to pay tourist level hotel prices near a tourist destination.Nearby activities: 20 miles to Zion National Park!!

I honestly think the bad reviews have exaggerated. I was so so anxious because I don’t usually stay in cheap hotels but I had to make the sacrifice because we wanted a closer location to Zion national parks. The costumer service IS AMAZING. They are very very kind. The room was clean. Very budget friendly. Very good location. Super quiet. We had a good stay

It's perfectly alright. It's not the most beautiful, or cleanest hotel you'll ever stay in, but it gets the job done. Our room could've been cleaner in places, but was ok overall. Breakfast is very plain (Bagels, bread and waffles), but not worse than in many other (much more expensive) hotels I've stayed in. After reading many of the reviews on here I expected the worst, but was surprised very positively. If you factor in the very cheap price, the good location for Zion National Park and the included breakfast, it's actually great value for money. If you've stayed in hostels before and were happy with that, you'll be happy with Zion Inn too - but with your own room and bathroom instead of a big dorm room.
