Rooms are clean and seemed newly renovated. Very comfortable and nice stay! I love their toiletries quality. Similar to the one I had at Hyatt Regency so for the price it’s great. They also provide breakfast 6-9am, which i think should extend to 10am. The coffee machine is amazing with coffee beans and decaf options. But breakfast quality could be improved.Nearby activities: Zion National Park

We were charged top shelf prices for low quality accommodations. The drapes didn't close properly and were too short for the window. The security deadbolt didn't work at all.Drywall patches were plainly seen. The lack of maintenance has got to be the worst I've ever seen.To me drywall patches mean the occupants that stay in this place are sometimes rowdy. Which would explain the rumbling and banging I heard at night. The drapes were addressed by management as best as possible considering the late hour we arrived. (Hangers with clips to hold the drapes together. Smart and quick.)The deadbolt was fixed by maintenance because I insisted.I was informed that all these problems were the result of the previous guy. That excuse is so old it's ridiculous. Why not just have your maintenance man go through each unit and critique, fix and/or replace whatever the issues before the customer gets there?First time.Last time.

Everywhere is very clean and the breakfast is decent. Given the cheaper rate compare to other hotels 10-20 minutes closer to the park, we have 2 rooms internally connected and that makes all the difference(family of 5). Rooms are not very large but are equipped with microwave and mini fridge. I would not mind to stay longer next time and highly recommend this hotel.Nearby activities: Close to Zion duh.

Mixed experiences... Stayed there two times. Everything perfect on the first stay, great breakfast, nice pool an jets hot-tub - excelent for an evening dip, open in the winter as well. Excellent value for money. 20 min drive to Zion national park - both entrances. On the second stay the breakfast was miserable... both coffee machines broken, out of almost everything... Hardly found what to eat... Something went terribly wrong there...Nearby activities: Zion national park

Very clean hotel. The bed is one the most comfortable I have been in and appreciate the choice of pillows.Breakfast was good - we are hikers so appreciated the option of packing a breakfast to go since we left at 6:15am.Staff were friendly, accommodating, and gave us fabulous "local" advice. Would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are connected, so, if you are not sharing with other people then it can get a but noisy. The manager and the front desk people were nice enough to ensure that it was under check soon the internet were a bit off.The breakfast had lot many options but they ran out of food and it took time for replenishing the items.Other than that service and quality was great.

It was a decent and clean hotel within a short distance from Zion, reasonably priced for that area. The people at the reception were really friendly and special shoutout to them for making us feel welcome!

The staff were horrible. I would leave zero or even negative stars if possible! My sister was here for our BROTHER'S FUNERAL. My sister has stayed here in years past with no issues. However, she had recently fallen and broken her teeth out, broke her jaw, nose and cheek, requiring surgeries. She had not gotten to the phase of having her teeth (dentures) done. She was here for my brothers funeral, and she came in late the one night to get let into her room as she had forgotten her room key. She had obviously been crying-as stated, our brother had just died. The front desk attendant T.D. was incredibly rude, told her they were overbooked (quite laughable-they were nearly vacant!) and that she would have to vacate the premises the next morning well before her reserved stay was booked for. They refused to listen to her at all.I went in the next day to book a room....shockingly enough, they had PLENTY of rooms available. When I asked if I looked presentable enough for them to rent a room too, they froze. I pulled out the program for my brothers funeral, and asked them if they recognized the woman in the pictures with him-my sister they had kicked out for no reason. I asked them why they had judged her based on her appearance, when they knew nothing. That she had endured an accident, resulting in her physical appearance now, and that she had been crying because our brother had JUST DIED. They apologized very minimally/stiffly, and asked what I wanted them to do about it! How about APOLOGIZE! You did not receive one single complaint against her! Not ONE! They kicked her out simply because she didn't meet their ideal of acceptable appearances. He tried to use the excuse that she didn't have her ID-which she did not. When she checked in she had explained that she had lost her phone and her id in the airport. (However, they had NO issues checking her into the room several days prior with no id! T.D. tried to tell me it was because he wasn't aware of no id beforehand, as if he had carte blanche on who could stay or not) I explained this as well the first time I called to be transferred to her room-and the fact that she was here for our brothers funeral services and that we would be calling her room frequently to arrange transportation and many other things for his services. That she had no phone, we would call often. They refused to transfer our calls to her room after the first day!!!! WHAT motel wont transfer calls to a guest room?!?!? Especially after we explained WHY we needed to call her room so often.Simply put, some of the worst, most judgmental staff I have ever come across. My sister had to deal with harsh judgement that was uncalled for during one of the worst trips of her life while trying to say goodbye to her brother and dealing with her grief. And their general manager? A complete coward who refused to speak to my sister, or to us, after making his day staff kick her out. In fact, he left the premises and refused to return after doing so!AVOID STAYING HERE AT ALL COSTS

Was going to Zion NP and stayed here for 2 nights. It was about 30 minutes to the park. The bed & pillows were really comfortable which was great after all day hiking. The room & bathroom was spacious. Enjoyed the citrus soap , lotion, shampoo, & conditioner. Had little make up removing kit & a sewing / mending kit which was a nice touch. Had a variety of breakfast foods (eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal , pastries, fruit, pancakes etc) with lots of seating. Wasn’t a fan of the color of the walls/ browns but that wasn’t a big deal. They do have a laundry room just make sure to get quarters from the store. There is a grocery store as well as restaurants & gas station close by.

The bed was really squeaky, you would shift in your sleep and it would squeak. The bathroom shower wall had hair on it. We were told that they have never received a complaint before. I feel like everyone knows that mistakes happen and there's a first time for anything. The shower walls are like a marble black white and grey. I can understand why it would be accidentally missed. It was just inconvenient and kind of unpleasantly disgusting. Also the water from the shower never got hot, it stayed lukewarm. Not even warm. The food snack bar up at the front near the hotel host was half empty, with no variety. Some cheese crackers, sanitary pads, toothbrushes and popcorn. There was a variety in drinks. A unicorn bag was available as well for $2. Breakfast was what is excepted with a complimentary breakfast bar. Fruit, bread, waffle/pancake, watery eggs, hard stringy bacon and slightly burnt potatoes. Juice/Milk/Coffee are also availableNearby activities: Zion National Park, about 35mins away

Room first assigned in an area with a plumbing / bad smell problem. It could happen, what is inadequate is to assign it to guest knowing about the problemand only solving it when we complained.Walkability: Stores close.Food & drinks: Good coffee and drinks during breakfast.Noteworthy details: Great breakfast!

Overall a very pleasant stay for the five days we were here! All staff (front desk, kitchen, housekeeping) were friendly, welcoming, helpful, and very attentive. The BED is very comfortable…especially after a long day of hiking and going into the hot tub is also a bonus. Free breakfast was offered and was one of the things we looked forward to especially with a day full of hiking ahead of us. The fancy Keurig machine made delicious coffee from cappuccinos to help vanilla lattes. The hotel was also pretty clean and well kept. Would definitely recommend staying here! Was about a 20min drive to Zion which helped us get there early and beat Lira of traffic.

Pet friendly hotel. They do charge a $20 fee per night (as of July 2023). The rooms were clean, a lot of good breakfast options which change by the day and they kept clean as alot of people went to get food. Complimentary items in the rooms and pools were clean. Plenty of parking and there is a grass area too in case your dog only prefers grass. Staff was friendly and good place to stay if you’re wanting to venture towards Zion

Location wise, it's wonderful. The room is tiny, some of the furniture was dirty and fingerprints everywhere and our shower curtain rod was barely hanging on. Huge safety concern especially if our kid is showering and that comes right down. The tub/shower never drained so you had to do it yourself during your showers and after which took forever. So you pretty much bathe in your dirt. Spent over $200/night for this place and I definitely don't think it's worth that at all.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Room was spacious, clean and everything functioned well. The shower was the best hotel shower ever. Front Desk service was delightful. Breakfast was what I expected and included a nice variety of foods. This hotel is a great value for what you get. If you are planning a trip to Zion National Park, this is the hotel to stay at.
