I absolutely love The Paw Spa! They are beyond wonderful! They take such great care of my dog Atlas! They are extremely patient with him as he has a lot of anxiety going to the groomers. They don’t give up on him! They offer support and encouragement! Reasonable prices! Phenomenal customer service!

Absolutely love the paw spa!!! They give Mies (my dog is a female mini German schnauzer 9lbs) the cutest cuts every time. Have been coming here for a while now. They are thoughtful and listen to cut preferences, as long as it’s reasonable depends on how matted she is but even when she is very matted they are pretty good at not shaving her down to her skin.

Erin is the BEST groomer! We drive nearly an hour to come see her and she takes such good care of Harley and Cedar. They always come back so clean and fresh and never have any nicks or cuts. I highly recommend Erin and The Paw Spa!

As a former employee here for a short amount of time, i have never enjoyed a work place more than this place. Paw Spa is incredible place to put your dogs in boarding, day care & grooming. They treat the dogs with so much love, and take an amazing care of the animals that walk through those doors. This place I would trust with my dogs life, they always make sure every animal gets taken care of properly, and I’ve never seen a place like this that does. The owners of this place, are outstanding and amazing Business owners, and really care about every dog as if it was their own. Also to mention this place is always so clean and spotless , and all their cleaning products are safe for animals which is so amazing! If you’re looking for groom, boarding or even day care for your fur babies, I will recommend this place over any other place. You will not be disappointed.To the owners: please do not stop making this business great, you have a fantastic business going for you guys, if you guys ever need someone again, I am always happy to help and be there and be a reliable worker you need to have. ❤️

My dog Ginger loves this place. She’s home all day with my hubby and gets bored. Paw Spa is a great place to let her play. We often do a nail trim and bath too. Ginger loves coming here so much that she can’t hardly stay in the truck on the drive. The staff welcomes her by name and have fun games and activities for a very reasonable price. She comes home completely exhausted from playing all day. I love Paw Spa

The Paw Spa is awesome! Super friendly and my little Berkeley loves it there. I have my favorite groomer but when we have someone else from Berkeley it is just as good!Berkeley also loves the daycare. She gets sooo excited when we walk in the building. Plus they do fun parties for the pups!One of the fun pictures they took.Highly recommend!

The Owner of Paw Spa got heated towards me proving feedback for her or her staff to let me know a specific time to pick my dogs up when I drop them off for grooming. I brought this issue up because I received a text message from her stating my dogs are done and I need to pick them up within an hour or else they will charge kennel fees (they know we are 40 minutes away). Note: we have always taken our dogs here and picked them up soonest once they sent a text saying my dogs grooming were complete. I suggested in the future to provide me a pickup time when I drop my dogs off and I will make sure we pick them up at that time—she didn’t like that feedback and stated she will ban my dogs from her business. I told her she didn’t need to worry about that—we won’t be coming back to get our dogs groomed there based on her rude customer service behavior!

Negative environment. I understand dogs don’t love being groomed but the amount of whining and crying dogs was upsetting. Far more than other groomers I’ve visited. Very stressful for my dog. I don’t like that all grooming is done behind a wall so you aren’t able to see how dogs are being treated. Also if the customer service is any indication that doesn’t make me feel better. I find it telling how they respond to lower reviews on this page.

We love The Paw Spa! Every time I bring my two dogs in they’re super excited to have their spa day and play with the other dogs in the daycare area. They always come home looking and smelling fabulous!! All of the staff is super friendly and professional. I highly recommend you bring your pups here too.

The paw spa is great because you can just drop off your dog without an appointment! Their prices are comparable to other dog groomers around. I love that my dog always comes out happy, not scared like at other places. They treat my sweet dog like one of their own!

They are always careful with my 3 boys. They may not be the cheapest groomer but you def get what you pay for. I’m always impressed. I have a Bichon, labradoodle and golden doodle.
