So good!! I got the chocolate fudge mousse ice cream in a waffle cone. Very light and milk chocolate, not heavy or overly rich. It has small pieces of fudge throughout that are perfect sized to me. So every bite has fudge but it's not overpowering.I got one scoop, and it's a very big scoop! There’s plenty of seating in the front and a room in the back. Plus restrooms (if you want to know). Great place to get fresh made ice cream in a variety of flavors that aren't the same old. I would go back and get the child's size with 2 flavors next time.They sell small cheesecakes but I haven't tried them yet.I like that there are 2 benches out front and the fun decor in the back room. Right down from the Kaysville theater. I bet it gets busy after a show!

My dad and I drove past this place and immediately flipped around to try it out because he’s a die-hard ice cream fanatic. Suffice it to say, he was not disappointed! They’ve got selections from BYU creamery and Aggie ice cream (gwaggies) so we were thrilled. The huckleberry is some of the best I’ve had, and the smores was great as well. The staff were kind and helpful! Great pricing for the quality of ice cream! We’ll definitely be coming back.

This ice cream shop is AMAZING!! The customer service was quick and friendly and the ice cream itself is heavenly! We will be bringing our family here so they can experience the same great ice cream and service. They have plenty of seating in both the main area and back section. A great place to visit after a meal or a movie at the Kaysville Theathre. In my opinion, this is better than other ice shops located in the Layton/Kaysville area. Check out the photos to see the flavors. I highly recommend the Bishop's Bash!!

Was driving by and decided to try it out. Their ice cream is creamy and full of flavor. I got the caramel cashew and it was loaded with cashews. The portions are good, but be aware that they are large servings. I think the small had like 3 of 4 scoops!Parking: Limited street parking and is hard to find a spot when the area is busy.

Great ice cream, but tried to call to find out what flavors they had and I got a voice mail to leave a message or to text. Then someone will call or text for a follow up. WHAT? I left a message after trying both numbers and getting the same message. The reason behind the leave a message or text is cause the people working need to focus on who is there buying the ice cream and not spending time on the phone for people thinking about buying..... sorry but when you have an always changing supply people want to know what you have so they can come get it. Yes it's good ice cream but if you feel that having customer service by picking up a phone, and communicating your supplies, you have lost me. I know I'm just one person but not worth it to me if you don't value me as a customer.

First visit: Amazing ice cream, affordable prices, big portion sizes, great service! Loved it.Edit: Came back for a second time and got single scoops and they were the same size as kiddie cones, but cost twice as much. Disappointed that the serving sizes don't make sense.

Wow- such amazing ice cream! I am already excited to go back and try out all the other flavors. The customer service was great, the prices were very reasonable and the servings were large. We had the ROTC (raspberry & chocolate), Strawberry Sundae Crunch and the Space Debris (huckleberry). The ROTC and Strawberry Sundae Crunch were both amazing! I would 100% recommend them. The Huckleberry was very good. We will definitely be back and we will recommend the Kaysville Creamery to family and friends!

Best ice cream place in Kaysville!! We love BYU ice cream and feel like it’s such a treat that we can buy it five minutes from our house! The shop itself is darling and in such a fun part of town. The people working there are always so kind and cheerful. We will be back many many times in the future!!

Oh my, those scoops were huge! Very generous portions. Highly recommend getting a cup with the coffee to manage it.Accommodating and patient employees. Parking fills up fast due to movie theater next door, so we did have to walk for a bit, but worth it.

WE LOVE THIS PLACE!!! This is hands down the best spot in town for ice cream. The kiddie size is only $2 and honestly has plenty. You can even get 2 flavors with it. The cheesecake is also really good, but a little more expensive. They change the flavors all the time and they will let you sample a bunch of them as well! They have outdoor seating which is fun at night or in the evening when it’s a little cooler outside. The employees are always so nice and helpful!! Best place ever!

If you are seeking real ice cream in this area, this is your only option. The building is old and has the oder of such. The space is larger than you'd think, but its occupancy is like 20. It's awkward that they named flavors associated with "the church." I guess they are trying to cater to what they think is their largest market. That is a dissuading factor for me, personally. I view it as pandering.Updated to address businesses' response. Thank you for your response. I've refreshed my review and rating.I didn't mention the taste or the quality of service because my assessment was too poor. Which would have produced a far more negative and more subjective review. I try not to drag businesses based on a single experience.To meet your expectations of a customer review format: The variety of flavors could have been better. The tastes could have been better. We had three different flavors, but they tasted very similar. The service was along the same level. The employees weren't kind, nor rude. They seemed indifferent. They weren't informative. They were unsure of the specifics of the products. The pricing wasn't clear. To top off the akward experience, your POS asks for tipping while employees actively view what you submit. They made little attempt to conceal their visual disdain to a customer's tip. Creating a poor connotation of the experience in the middle of it.There is no way the backroom seats 50. That is where we sat. The space was incredibly crowded. There were only two other customers in that back area, and we were constantly having to move out of the way of each other.My origiin 3-star rating was more than fair for my experience. You essentially insulted me and discounted my opinion, even as I crafted it to be as kind as possible despite the experience.

There is a lot to like about The Kaysville Creamery. Situated right in the historic strip of town, it’s as if the place has been there for decades - it fits right in. Serving a large rotation of flavors courtesy of both, the legendary BYU Creamery and the famous Aggie Ice Cream, rest assured, you’ll want to keep coming back for this reason alone. In addition, the service we experienced was quite responsive, with multiple servers asking if I wanted to try samples of any flavor without pressure and there were no hiccups with our order - they even take mobile pay (still not a universal thing). I went with a scoop of Campfire Cookie and it did not disappoint, though I could have easily had the same satisfaction with the other flavors I sampled. Best of all, you would be hard pressed to find the scoop size they serve for the money you pay at another establishment, even at any of the national chains. One more thing, the exterior mural painting done by a local artist is simply the perfect touch! Very impressive! Welcome to your new home in KC, KC!

Great place to get ice cream. Location in downtown Kaysville adds to the charm. If we could figure out how to manage busy time and the getting in and out of the door that would make it easier and probably perceptually make it more inviting. With that said the creamery is great!
