1st time was awesome! Clean, nice ramp for my elderly dog to walk up. Adequate water pressure, aprons hanging up.2nd time was awful. I took my sister and her dog there. The water never above freezing (midday in February). No way to control temperature. My cousin went a week later and said the water was almost too hot.I don't know if I'll return unless they give their customers the ability to adjust the temperature of the water, for the comfort and safety of our pups.

They have 2 drive thru washes. One of them is usually down. The brushless wash doesn't get bugs off the car. The brush wash ripped the entire wiper housing off the rear window of my husband's car. They're cheap with free vacuums, so if you need a good basic rinse, great place to go.

It could be a great place the dog wash was clean & well kept but both times I went there the shampoo & other supplies were empty & the vacuum didn’t work so well but I always bring my own shampoo & conditioner as well as other supplies. The temperature of the water was warm throughout the duration of the bath & the dryer was excellent both temperature & air flow were great. The price was very reasonable & affordable Johnny’s Pet & Car Wash is my favorite place

Was stuck in this car wash because the doors shut and never came back open. Pressing the emergency release button had the doors come up then slam back down. Had to call 911 to get them to open the doors for me after their "Contact Us" number ignored me and the dude left my messages on read. Never called me back either.Would not recommend signing up for a membership. It took a lot of effort to get two cars signed up because the younger and low paid staff didn't have many options to help other then passing off paperwork to someone else who would ignore the notes given to them. The sticker they gave for the second car never worked and the staff I could find didn't really have a solution.The sensor is super picky and if it doesn't pick it up, good luck trying to get your car wash.Trying to cancel my membership has been impossible and they are not responsive.I'm done with Johnny's. So much unnecessary hassle for no reason.Edit: They will not answer phone, answer emails and no one is staffing this location anymore. I have had to file a chargeback to get them to stop charging me. Do not get a membership here.Edit 2: After emailing multiple times and calling multiple times to no response, I filed a chargeback with my credit card and a stop payment with my credit card company and only then did they stop charging me. This has been a nightmare to deal with.

I gotta be real, my response is UNBIASED and not a reflection of 1 visit going wrong. I've used this car wash for 2 years. I still do, simply because there are no touchless car washes in Kaysville by membership.IF you decide to get a membership here for the same reason or you're just trying them out... know that your car will get cleaned, 7/10 times you try. The wash is fine, the blowers are fine, the buckets up front are nice but don't do that to your car, people use those brushes for everything. The towels to dry your car are nice and rarely ever available. This is all good and fine, and would easily be a 4 or 5 star wash if not for the following...(This is just me being honest, I'm not mad, it's just reality and you WILL experience this I PROMISE YOU)-This car wash is a ghost town, always a new worker who is hardly there, but are usually very helpful if they are-if something goes wrong, you WILL NOT reach anybody at the 24/7 line, EVER, don't even rely on it, and you will need some sort of help at some point-the sticker they put on your car is semi-permanent I swear, it will not come off so make sure they put it in a easy area to clean and scrub with a brush-This car wash is so slow, a line of 4, is a line of 25-30 at any normal in line car wash, again not biased or exaggerating-stuff breaks on this carwash DAILY, you didn't hear me, DAAIILLLYY. ALWAYS, CONSTANTLY, EVERYTIME, there is always something broken, now on the flip side they are usually very quick to fix it.-the blowers in the car wash drip drop water on your freshly blown car, extremely annoying-when you first sign up for the membership (I bought a new car and this happened both times) you will wait probably 3 to 5 days before you can get anyone to give you your sticker on the windshield to activate automatically, and then it will be another 2-4 weeks before you can actually use it without flagging down a worker who's never there and get them to activate it for you while they and you both wait on your accounts activation by some imaginary woman who's never in town, seriously the run around is amazing. I got on a first name basis with a worker who I would text for the next 3 weeks to see if I had been activated yet to USE the carwash that i already PAID forI am a magnet that will instantly stick to ANY new touchless car wash with membership in kaysville. I have hope for the near future. These guys really need to address a lot because I know there are so many of their customers that feel the same, competition is coming soon. Not trying to bully, this has been my experience and frustration for 2 years.

I want to love this car wash but every time they "fix the touch free wash" it doesn't get fixed, the Ultimate wash leaves dirty bath water on my black vehicle regardless.

Terrible car wash. They Deserve no stars. Second time that the car wash wasn’t working properly , October 6 and today, had to take my car home to wash and rinse my car after I had paid . Also the blowers are not working and no attendant. What is going on ? Another woman was also upset at the bad quality and lack of customer service.When you text or call as suggested if you have a problem no one responds back . I left a message months back when I was charged twice and nothing. I guess all they want is your money. They Just ignore you. I won’t be back and waiting on the new car washes to open Kaysville.

Great place, the attendant check in on me regularly as I was washing my dog to make sure everything was okay. I took away 1 star because the chain to keep the dog on the wash table wasn't adjustable, and was just too long. My dog kept jumping off the side where he'd be hanging by his collar. Also the rubber aprons were not in great shape. One was missing the straps entirely. However, it's all at a great price, and provides a very valuable service.

JOHNNY HATES PETS! They can't be bothered to make sure the temp of the water is not too hot or cold, last week my dog froze, this week she yelped because it was too hot, could even use the full "9.2 minutes" allotted. It took them months to get the shampoos working. They can't be bothered to keep the area, the stations, or the parking lot clean.I will wash my pup at home from now on.

I am super unhappy with this car wash and their lack of customer service. I had two of my cars on unlimited car washes through them. I sold both cars and was trying to cancel one and switch the other one to my new car. I have called them multiple times and left multiple messages and had zero response. I went To their location and no one is on site. I had to dispute the charges. Because one card is a debit I have to cancel my card if I don’t want the recurring charge on it. This has been the biggest headache. I am so glad two other car washes are coming to kaysville.Service: Vacuuming

If I could, I would give their customer service a zero! My car wash pass has never worked. I have called and called and either there is no answer or their voicemail is full. I was able to leave one message about one month ago but still no answer. If I don’t get some help with this soon, I will take a legal stance to rectify this issue!

Half the time the “wash guarantee code” “does not print of… if there are towels, they are very small, but rarely available..The vacuum area is pretty much always dirty… quick quack, car wash is a much better value!!

Really good place to clean your animals only downside is is if you pick a busy day there is only two washing Bays so you would have to wait until somebody leaves for you to come in also I mentioned that the parking lot is a very hard when you get out of if you don't park just right the other downside is doesn't kill it but if a car is going through the car wash on the left side of the building the water will go cold for maybe a second and a half and then go back to being warm find little thing easy to use easy to understand if you ever wash the car that she's pretty much the same concept just for dogs.

I usually come here to just use the dog wash. But I would come more but I don’t because of two things.... the water for the pet wash is ALWAYS ice cold so I’m hesitant to visit for the sake of my dog so i end up driving to other locations. Also the price is a bit much for the amount of time they give you. Other than that it’s usually clean and the location is great. If the water gets warmer we’ll come back :)

⭐I'm extremely disappointed with the cancellation process for the monthly membership. Despite multiple attempts, and endless voicemails. I can find a straightforward way to cancel my monthly wash membership. This lack of transparency has left me frustrated and disappointed after having my membership for years but moved out of the area I finally had to open a fraud case with my bank and the car wash. I would suggest not signing up for a recurring membership as it's not as cost effective as other car washes in the area.

I purchased a monthly pass for $29 a month. It is September 9th and I have been calling and emailing since May 1st requesting to cancel my account. No one ever responds. They now have taken out $120. Why????? I followed the instructions on the contract.

We had to go through 2x to get the jeep clean from the Salt Flats, and it still wasn't 80% clean. Had to do the manual wash to finish it. That salt hangs on! Cool that there was a pet wash in the middle.

I was here for the dog wash station. I have a black lab, so he needed to use the ramp, and he always uses them but he couldn’t get up this one. We ended up not being able to use it (he’s too heavy to lift) because the ramp was too slippery for him. I think one of the wash stations needs to have stairs instead of the ramp, if possible. I would love to be able to use this service but it’s just not accessible enough because it’s so slippery. The shampoo options that come with the machine seemed pretty nice. They also had shampoo in bottles there. I planned on just using my own though. I think it would be a better service if there was a different way to help the dogs up.

November 2023; only the first vacuum closest to the street works the others don't have any suction. As I washed down areas on my car with the brush before putting money in machine on the middle bay, I then went to put my money in and the machine to pay had a message on the screen saying " LAST CAR WASH" there was 3 cars behind me and each car had to move for me to leave. My car had suds on windows and tires.... LAST STRAW NEVER GOING BACK!!!February 2023; the right cleaning bay doesn't have soap. I called to complain and the person first asked for my phone number and then ask for my name I said Jim he said what is your last name I said, what does that matter? I said I just wanted to complain about one of his bays. He said he needed it for them to call me back. So I gave him it. Then proceeded to tell them that the right Bay has no soap. He didn't ask do I want a refund, I said, no I've said I want it fixed. He said he will talk to one of his people and they will get back to me. I will not be coming back to use their wash base.January 2022; Other than getting Johnny tokens for change that I didn't like to do. It cleaned my car.

The car wash itself was good. I tried a few different vacuums and none of them had suction. One had a tiny bit of suction but wasn't really picking anything up.

I have used the dog wash many times. I love that there is a dog wash in Kaysville, but the water pressure is terrible... so low. They say it is because of the city and it wouldn't be bad if I went when the carwash isn't busy, but every time I have gone it is when there are no cars getting washed. I would give it 5 stars if the water pressure was better. I am sure they could get a plumber to fix the pressure and their business would triple.

Been here a few times for the touchless wash, but have just noticed the sprayer for the side doesnt get low enough. Kind of disappointed, but the rest of the car looks great.

This place is busy on Saturday. My first time trying it out. Read reviews where water temperature was cold. The water was warm, the staff even came in and asked us how the water temperature was. The shelf was a perfect height for me. Will definitely be coming back to wash my dogs.

The touchless wash makes terrible noises and sounds like it’s about to fall to pieces.. at first we were afraid it was hitting our car but it was just making weird noises. It also Barely put out any soap…. The provided wipe down rags are like as thin as toilet paper so bring your own. We have loved having Johnny’s here in kaysville but they seem to have gone downhill recently…Altho they did get free vacuums final so that’s a plus!

Seems like a brilliant idea! Wash your pup and your car!We really wanted this to workout!We came to use the dog wash, but the water was Extremely ICE COLD and when we selected any of the shampoo options… no shampoo came out. We basically wasted $10 waiting for the water to get to at least be a cold temp instead of ICE COLD. It never did get tolerable. We ran into an attendant who seemed lost and told her about it. She disappeared to somewhere. On a positive note- they have an automatic touchless car wash that we used to wash our truck, and that turned out well. We will come back for the car wash options but not the dog wash. Bummer!!
