Embarrassing! Not a fence on our street is linear. Additionally, when asking the salesman for help, Kell, we were received with no response. We were willing to pay for the fixing of our gate. However, the fact that it isn’t aligned, nor done correctly is extremely disappointing from a company with such a superior rating.

Great company to work with. Called them to see if they could build an RV gate for me to install myself. I was kind of a pain and changed the size on them a few times, but they never gave me grief about it. A couple weeks later I had my gate at no additional cost from my changes and at an overall fair price I felt. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I had a fence that was falling apart and needed help with it before I deployed. It was a total install. Called many companies to get quotes and Custom Fence had the best quote out of 4 companies. I got an estimate very quick and they listened to what I wanted and did not push anything I did not want. Every time I had a question, they were very quick in responding. David Collins was the installer and he was very patient when I had questions and worked around my schedule. When I wanted changes, he was accommodating in doing it. Great company, very prompt, great price and extremely easy to work with. I will come back for the next fence job. Thank you.

Custom fence was awesome to work with. Austin gave us a great bid. He came in less than the other 3 bids and worked us in quickly into the Schedule. The install was fast and clean. David and his crew were friendly and professional. David even did the install 3 days before we were told it would be done. I highly recommend this company.

Custom Fence was great to work with. Austin came out and gave us a bid and was awesome. He explained everything in detail and showed us all our options. He answered every question we had and the bid was very fair. Eddie came out and installed the fence. He was great to work with and went above and beyond we could not be happier that we chose them to do our fence. Our Neighbors were so impressed with what they did for us that they had them do their fence as well. Also had a small issue with one top rail and spoke with Austin and they came out promptly and fixed the issue. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great company with fair prices that honor their work.

I worked with Austin C. from the Kaysville office. He was GREAT! I never write reviews but I had to this time because I felt like he went above and beyond for us. This was the first time I have ever had to install a fence for a home and I felt like he made the process easy and smooth. I would refer (and have referred) Custom Fence because of my great experience. They provide a great price (I shopped around a lot and they gave us a great deal) and installed exactly what we wanted. Overall, the response time was great and my expectations were exceeded with the customer service that Austin provided.

They are 2 weeks past the completion date and still not done. Excuse after excuse on why. Workers left garbage all over the yards. Temporary fence that was discussed wasn't installed. Took out a Comcast line, power line, water line.The response to my review gave me the feeling that the almost $2200 we are paying for our portion of the 102 linear fence doesn't matter. I signed paperwork with your company as well as my neighbor. I am also a proprty owner and feel that my concerns are not taken into account. All I can say is WOW.Service: Custom fence construction

I recently became a dog owner again for the first time in nearly twenty years. Accordingly, it became necessary to put in a drive-thru gate on the west side of my property. I called Custom Fence to verify that they sold fencing materials in addition to providing installed sales. They offer both. I went in later that same day and Dee’s customer service was great. He got me set up with the posts I needed and a quote for the gates and hardware I’d need to install them. After I got the posts set, I called him back with the inside-to-inside measurement to get the gates ordered and into production. Dee confirmed the measurement, confirmed the price he had quoted me, and quoted me a realistic production lead-time considering the magnitude of orders their production staff currently had scheduled. At the need of the production time I had been quoted, I called to see where things sat to find out my gates were done. When I arrived to picked them up, Dee was out on a sales call but another gentlemen, whose name regrettably I failed to remember, was also extremely customer oriented. He finalized my transaction, helped me load up my gates, and even took the time to give me some pointers on installing the latch mechanism correctly. If ever my future involves the need for chain link supplies or install, I’ll be calling Custom Fence.Services: Custom fabrication, Chain link fence installation

Friendly staff that is great to work with and trustworthy. When I had any questions or issues arose, I received a quick response and quick service. On top of the great service, the fence looks amazing and was quickly installed. Also, their prices were very competitive when compared to other businesses in the immediate area of Kaysville.

Custom Fence did an OUTSTANDING job on my fence. The gentlemen who were installing our fence were super helpful. They communicated well and asked me questions I never would have thought of, i.e. about directions of gates, leveling, heights, etc. Awesome crew... glad we used Custom Fence for our yard. They were very helpful and flexible with our landscaping needs, as we had other contractors installing our sprinklers and extending our driveway. Called this company 3 times to talk to someone about getting an estimate for a fence. Nobody would ever return our calls. We finally called and pressed the issue. Turns out, because we live in Wanship they don’t want to even come give an estimate. Would have been nice if they would have said that the first time we called. We will be glad to give our business to someone else that wants a large 1 acre area job. Your loss.

Beware these guys are 30-40% higher than the competition! I recently was working on getting bids for some fence at our local business. My goal as always is to keep the business in our town and work with local contractors. They where professional and easy to work with, but the pricing was extremely higher than the other local providers both North and South. I asked them to take a closer look at there pricing and they where not interested. If you want to get the same work done at a much higher price...go to this fence contractor! We can't afford to pay a 40% premium to work with you!
