Fast food joints should never receive 5 stars. They are gross. The workers, untrained. More mistakes on orders than correct orders.... not this place. I have been to churches that don't have the kindness and courtesy that these folks bring to the table. Never once had a wrong order and they treat you like family every time. The lobby is the cleanest and the trash cans are never overflowing. You guys keep doin what you're doin 👌

I’ve been going to the Circle ever since my buddy work there in high school, which was like 20+ years ago. I love their fries. The food is good but it’s never been great. The one thing I don’t get is how the bins always manage to taste day old. Like, do they ever use fresh hamburger buns? I feel like if they did the food would would be considerably better. At least they’re consistent. It’s been that way since I was a kid in the 80’s hittin that AC on orchard drive in Bountiful with the little cowboy/saddle seats for the kids 🤠….. Their shakes and fries have always been bomb.Thanks Artic CircleThanks Travis

This place is… fine. That’s it. Not good not terrible. Just fine. I’ve come here several times over the last 7 years for ice cream and it always takes a ridiculously long time.Tonight I was the only person in the drive-through and inside and it took nearly 5 minutes for a dipped soft serve ice cream cone. When I did receive it, it was the messiest cone I’ve ever had, and the boy that made it, did so without any gloves. The chocolate and ice cream were all over when I received it and the napkins he wrapped around it stuck to the cone so I had to throw the whole bottom half away. This is probably the last time I’ll come here. The ice cream tastes good, but it’s not worth it :/

Believe it or not I would go miles out of my way to eat here. Not only is everyone friendly and food tasty, but the fry sauce is AMAZING. I would eat here just for that alone.

Milkshake ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I stopped at Arctic Circle for lunch last Wednesday. Hadn't been there for a very long time...I ordered 2 pc fish(halibut) & chips with a small shake in place of the soda.I was so disappointed. Looking forward to a couple of pieces of wonderful, flakey halibut, I instead was given 2 pieces of...I don't know what to call it...formed? pressed? fish that were probably smaller than a deck of cards and so dry that no amount of lemon & tartar sauce could fix it. Fries weren't crispy, just kinda floppy.An order of fish & chips was $12.69.They charged me $2 more for the substitution, and then charged me $3.20 for the shake. Can a small milkshake really be over $5 ?Disappointed, to say the least.But hey, that milkshake was really good.

I have to admit I got a sweet tooth and came in tonight for a shake. I did get some food too. Very very slow they took forever. The employees were more interested in getting the ice creams to the drive through than to get mine taken care of. I waited nearly 20 minutes for my order. Keep in mind, I was the only customer inside. The food was prepared and sitting in the warmer for like 5 minutes till they finally gave it to me. Well I'm not too impressed.

I went to Arctic Circle for the shrimp basket. I didn't have a coupon but GAVIN asked me if I wanted a senior discount. He told me that he hesitated to ask me. I found him to be great at his job and very charming. Kudos to GAVIN! Shrimp was amazing.Parking: didn't park

I think there were only two people working here during lunchtime because we waited several minutes for anyone to take our order. It took a really long time for them to get our food out to us and the chicken strips were extremely tough and rubbery and we paid way too much for what we got. The staff was friendly, but the quality of food for price was not worth it.

We came inside to the restaurant. I thought the gentleman at the front counter was pleasant. I ordered my food, and went to sit down. If I had looked at the state of the cleanliness, I would have not ordered anything, and left. This place had two people dining in it, and it was slow. We visited at 4:30 PM. Someone could have easily wiped the tables down and swept. I could tell none of that had been done all day. I won't come back because the place is dirty.

Sort of old-school diner style burgers. They also have chicken strips and fish baskets. Haven’t really changed or updated their stuff and at least a couple decades. Some people may love that. I feel like they need a facelift and updates to help satisfy the demand of better tasting and more nutritious food.But they are a classic so I can’t fault them for that. I do think there are ice cream cones that are dipped are one of the best options out there for a simple ice cream cone.Overall if you haven’t been here it’s worth trying. If you’ve been there before but it’s been a long time, nothing has changed.

Food was delicious. But the experience was ruined when an employee loudly was complaining for quiet some time about another customers confusion in the drive thru. It was embarrassing to listen to and she didn’t stop until another customer called her out and said it was not cool. Due to witnessing that we will not be returning to this location.

I was actually really surprised at how fresh the food was. My brother and I stopped in on our way back to salt lake. The few restaurants we went to check out before this artic circle had long lines that were not moving it seemed. The staff was incredibly polite and really pleasant. As far as fast food experiences go, I was impressed and a bit surprised.

I’ve had multiple poor experiences at this Arctic Circle but my last experience takes the cake. We waited in the drive through for 15 minutes for the order ahead of us that ordered what appeared to be 4 ice cream cones. When we finally arrived at the window no apologies were given for the long wait or even an explanation. We handed the cashier our credit card along with coupons totaling $4+ after yet another 5 minutes she handed us our food and our credit card and we left. We quickly found out that our food had been siting as long as we had it was so cold it wasn’t enjoyable and the shake we ordered needed a straw it had melted so much. The cherry on top when we arrived home I noticed she had ignored the multiple coupons and charged us full price.

If I could do no stars I would. Just had the worst experience. 2 young gentlemen who seem pleasant, but terrible cooks. No line, but food took over 20 minutes to prepare. First of all, my cheese curds were just fried empty hollows basically. Ordered a pastrami burger and my whole burger was cold, cheese wasn’t melted. Just plain disgusting. We also ordered a 2 piece halibut and the fish was cold as well. Very terrible Arctic Circle. Do not go to the one in kaysville. If you want Arctic circle, go to the one in Layton on Fairfield. The only good thing about the kaysville one was the ice cream. I guess the only thing they do right is cold products. Terrible waste of money. Do not go to that location at night. Maybe the day shift is a lot better.

The service here is great and they are patient for you're me. The workers have a good etiquette and the food comes out good just the way you want it. I love the food here and the variety of options are enormous! The shakes they make are the best shakes in town, honestly!

My family and I are so disappointed with this location. We do not eat out often for dinner especially fast food so it was voted arctic circle tonight. We loaded up with over $40 in food get home and sit down to eat without ONE drop of fry sauce. It’s written boldly on your wrappers yet we were neglected to be given any for fries, tater tots, onion rings, nuggets or our beloved added dip with our cheeseburgers. Thank you for once again the disappointment along with nasty big HAIR right on top of the pastrami burger. There has been something over and over with this being the worst time.

First this is the original grey sauce, do you have to have that plus the infamous ranch burger. Lastly, you cannot leave here without getting a shake... Especially during the holidays you must get an eggnog shake.Kid-friendliness: Great place to feed the kids and they even have a little play area.

The fish sandwich was over cooked it was tough. The fries were not great they were barely warm. Even though the fish was not good it tasted like it had been sitting awhile not hot. Very disappointed. The kids meal was ok but not the best.

We stopped passing through. The place felt dirty. The staff were the only bright spot. The food was average. The cheese curds and my wife said the fish was good. It was like a bad version of Culver's. The gyro was trash and their special taco salad is trash. It wasn't cheap either... No wonder it was dead.
