Super clean and well stocked convenient store. Love the hot turned dogs and things. Staff was friendly. Good parking, with easy access to store. Leaving can be hard with traffic.

I remembered, after the fact why I don't gas up here anymore. After a couple hundred miles on the road, I had plenty of dead bugs on my windshield. While I filled up, I looked for a wiper and some semi dirty blue water to wash my windshield with. There was nothing. All the bins were bone dry, out of 3-4 bays. No paper towels either. I arrested my gas pump and decided to go to the bathroom. Women's bathroom had a dirty thing of water and mop blocking the door but no sign that anyone was in the middle of the job. So I walked into the men's room, which is never fun. Toilet seat was broken, a roll of paper sat on the handicap bars. No paper towels to dry your hands with or open a door with. I won't get into it about the smells.Only true thing was the modified label on the soap machines. Someone with some tech has got to also hate the 7-11 experience as much a I now do, to go out of their way to print and affix these.It was late and I was hungry, but after that experience, I skipped the nasty snack selection.

They don't answer the phone. When I went in, the workers didn't understand me when I was asking when they would get the Pitch Black Slurpee flavor in, and it's still not in the store after being out for almost 2 months. (Makes you wonder how long Slurpee mixes sit in those machines).Edit: 7-11's automatic response sent me a malicious link. Very nice.

Pulled up after dark. I went to use the pump and could not read the screen. It was dark also. pulled to two more pumps and could not see the screen on any of them. i pulled across the street and got my gas.wont be going back!

I've been coming to this store for 2 years now and have always had great service. Monu always has my coffee ready at 3:00 am. It's nice to start your day off with a cup and a friendly face.

Bought a taquito and it had mold inside. So disgusting. They definitely need to keep things fresher & cleaned inside. Will definitely take my business only to maverick.

What an amazing store!. Very friendly staff and excellent customer service. The owner, Sam and his staff at this location are the model of what every business should strive to become. He is very welcoming and makes you feel like family, as opposed to being just a customer. It is very refreshing to walk into a store and be greeted with a smile and feel like the employees actually means it. It is by far, the best 7-11 I've visited. Great job Sam!

Be careful at this location! I've been coming here for years but something has changed. Customer service is bad! I just tried to purchase a few snacks and everything rang up higher than was posted. I told the cashier, he even verified then said he didn't know how to adjust the prices. If everything is 10-20٪ higher than posted they are stealing a lot of money

ALL the Indians that you have running this store are so rude! Multiple times I have bought items that ring up higher than stated. They get ticked when I tell them I don't want to buy the item and that it inconveniences them that they have to re-ring up my order! Sorry that you have to do your job. I myself am Indian-- and they make the rest of us look bad!

After showing up on time to purchase alcohol. At 12:55 the person working the register refused to give us service. He actually pointed to a clock that Said 12:52 at kept saying 1am as though I haven't been there before and have seen him speak English fine. It's illegal to not serve someone before 1Am. Could not be more disappointed in a local service. The chevron across the street found a way to ring us up nefore 1am. In spite of dealing with this trash gas station first.

Super friendly staff! They helped me when my car broke down by helping me charge my phone and letting me park there while we figured out how to pay for a tow truck. One of them even volunteered to help push mycar to a better location.The slurpee I bought while waiting was delicious and the staff where great at taking car of the 20+ teenagers running about the store.All and all, I had a 10/10 experience. 😁

This is the best 7-11 out there!!! WHY, you ask??? SIMPLE!!! cause Desiree has managed the store so well!!! starting with her staff!!! all the employees there are so awesome!!! they keep the store clean and the customers happy!!! i go there everyday to get the best Mountain Dew fountain drink around and if im not thirsty ill stop in just to say hi!!! GREAT STORE STAFFED BY AWESOME PEOPLE!!! check it out😁

No prices are correct. They have old promo signs such as the 4.99 pizza or 3 for $2 cheese sticks that have passed far beyond the date. They refuse to match the prices they have posted majority of the time the hot case will either be empty or look like grilled mummified remains. Honestly the clock's ticking for this location. Several business violations are quite noticeable on the front door and counter without even needing to look elsewhere in store.

Stopped in this gas station in kaysville to fuel up my truck (diesel) since the sign at the road says 3.91 per gallon. Great price right? Well after entering my card for prepay and then my rewards number got 11cents off per gallon!!! Thought wow! That’s great 😁Well while fueling up I noticed the price on the pump said 3.96 WTH 🤦‍♂️ finished filling my truck, went inside to let them know the price is wrong 😑 apparently no one cares!!!! Sucks to be the unexpected that passes less expensive stations to fill here! Needless to say they lost a customer for life!

This location gets a awesome facelift this month I can't wait it's going to be great. It's going to be upgraded to self-service hot food. It's going to be getting the bakery so it will have fresh cookies ect. And all the dispensed drinks like coffee, slurpee, and fountain drinks will be upgraded like the new 7 Eleven locations. It's been a long time coming and as the manager of this location I can't wait I think it's going to be a wonderful deal for the customers and the employees.

I would give them a zero. This morning I went to a pump to get gas. It ran my card, put in my pin, chose my gas, pump wouldnt work. Pushed on the mid grade gas, it gave me $1.50 then shut off. So then I canceled that, pulled up and tried the next pump. Nope it wouldn’t even acknowledge a card was put in to purchase. Drive around to a 3rd pump, scanned my card, put in my pin, then same thing. Says it’s not working. (But no sign was up saying it wasn’t working) Finally I just left and went to a different gas station. Huge waste of time. This was ZERO for 3 in functional gas pumps 711. TERRIBLE!!! And I tried to call 4 times to tell them and ensure my card wasn’t ran, and never could get a person to answer. Maybe they read their reviews here!? I’ll stick with Mavericks from now on!

Went in around 11 to get some Advil. Used the bathroom, it was horrible and unsanitary. Would rather urinate on myself next time, taking the chance driving home than to use that bathroom. The red haired lady with glasses has bad customer service. I asked “Do you have lighters” and she replied “yeah you can buy one” obviously that’s the point, unless 7/11 gives away free lighters smh. She needs to leave her personal issues home and not take it out on customers. That’s just the nicest response she had for me by the way.

Tried to add money to my PayPal here; this service is offered company wide and I have utilized this service many times at many locations.I came in twice last night trying to add the money and was told by Scott, clerk at this location that he didn't know how to do it and so he wasn't going to try. I told him to please scan the barcode generated and his system would prompt him through the process. He refused to try and also refused to call another store and ask them how to do it.I came back in today and he again refused and said that his manager, assistant mgr Dez, said that she didn't know how to do it either and so he shouldn't do it.I Understand not being trained on something I do not understand the complete lack of willingness to make a call to another store to find out how to do it.Unacceptable!!!!

Always favored this particular store. Went out of my way to go there. Employees are very nice but today I went in and a new manager was there. I was treated badly and embarrassed by the manager over coffee. I got no apologies and will never return. I will miss the great people that work there and underpaid.

I love 7/11 but very Unsatisfied employees or vendors need to check the dates on your food very disappointed I work at a gas station and we check our dates I just bought a fruit salad and it stunk and tasted it it tasted sour.

Used rewards program, and the girl accidentally scanned a free drink I didn't get. She didn't know how to refund and neither did anyone else, so I ended up paying for more drinks than I had. All they could say waa "sorry about that."

Pretty decent 7-11 off the freeway, bathrooms are hit or miss and they usually have most things in stock. Day staff are pretty fast considering on how this location can get pretty busy

Posted prices are not the real prices. Checker wouldn't even look at the tag. Very frustrating experience. Go to Maverik if you want a good experience.

The employees are always very helpful and so nice. I love how when the store is slower, they are always cleaning something therefore it's always clean!
