While driving through a terrible snowstorm, my boyfriend and I found this motel's information online. The check-in process was a breeze! We were able to book a room quickly and pay over the phone. The person we spoke to on the phone even gave us a discount due to the nature of our emergency, which wasn't necessary but greatly appreciated. The beds and sheets were much softer and higher quality than expected! The mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee station in our room were clean and a wonderful perk. The room itself was very clean and obviously maintained with care and precision. We loved the quiet, comfortable atmosphere, the easy access to the motel from the highway, and the safety of the keypad door codes. Thank you for the safe place to stay in our time of need!!

Last minute stop after a long day of travel. Thought about the major chain hotel in Filmore, but then saw this place available at half the cost. I would rather spend my money on a small, family run business than a large corporation any day.Kanosh is a great little town to visit. Took a walk over to the city park and the mercantile. Loved sitting on the front porch with the local cats milling about and listening to the sheep, dogs, and peacocks as the sun went down.

Such a great place to stay! The owners were super accommodating, very close to hot springs and lava tubes. Beds were very comfortable, rooms were very clean, and the entire motel area was very well maintained! Thanks for letting our group of 10 stay, you guys were fantastic!

Really cozy motel off the interstate. Very clean. Heater worked fine. Nice TV. 4 packs of coffee, a couple of packs of hot cocoa for the room drip coffee maker. My kids loved the cocoa. My wife and I were grateful for the coffee. A microwave, a refrigerator with 2 courtesy bottles of water. Standard two towels. Pay attention to any email from the motel. It will have your room detail and keyless entry information. If you need more towels, call or email before you get there. No frills otherwise. Great price! If we pass through this way again, we will stay once more.

Diamond in the rough! If you’re looking for quiet and peaceful look no further! What a great find. The owner is making continuous improvements and is so kind and generous and helpful. I want to take the beds, sheets and pillows home with me lol I can’t remember the last time I slept so peaceful. We definitely recommend this motel and hope to return someday. Thank you for everything.

Nice basic clean room for getting an inexpensive night's sleep. Best towels of any hotel/motel I've ever stayed in. Would definitely stay again.Food & drinks: BYOF and BYOB. Six mile to the C-store

10/10 would stay again. I read Google reviews and picked this as a stop during our adventure due to proximity to geological features. This is a tiny town, a bit off the main highway, and "old school" - you book by calling, not through internet. Bob took down our name and number and that was that. Price was less than I've paid to stay in much worse accommodations. We showed up a little late (around 7pm?) and had to wait a few for Bob to send Kerry down to the Sinclair to check us in (next time, I'll try to call and give an ETA or ask about check in time to try to get in during business hours). But the place is small and quaint, SUPER CLEAN (THANK YOU) and truly does feel like you're in an Aunt or Grandma's guest quarters. They literally used the same sheet brand I use at home. It was the quietest, best night of sleep I had during our travels.The only weird thing was that a loud siren/alarm went off around 9pm and we couldn't figure out whether there was an air raid/nuclear alert or an ambulance/fire right out of view... no one stirred on the street. So there was that, but no disasters ensued so just a passing oddity.Again, can't give a good enough review for the value and cleanliness.

This is a very clean little place to stay. If you show up in the middle of the night like we did, you may need to wait a few minutes for the very nice man to come from his home adress to let you in. The office is in the service (gas) station next to it. You get 2 beds for $59 in a quiet little town. I think they only have like 7 rooms. They give plenty of (nice smelling) towels, a few complimentary bottles of water in the refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, hot chocolate, mints, comfortable sheets, extra pillows, extra blankets, wifi, nice grass and trees out front. They had no problem with our dog being with us, I highly recommend this place, especially for a pit stop along your route, its a ways from the freeway but well worth it for how clean and homey it is, and to deal with these very easy going people.Happy travels!!!

This place was amazing, it's a tiny town that I stayed in due to a snow storm, but the stress of it was gone with such an accommodating place. Bob was amazing and really cared about me as a guest. My dad found the place for me and told Bob I was coming from Fillmore. After I hadn't arrived in the estimated time, Bob even called my dad being genuinely concerned that I had not arrived! The hotel itself was everything I needed at the time and Bob even asked me in the morning over the phone how everything was or if there was anything else he could do for me, even goin as far as to giving me directions back to the interstate. I would definitely go the extra 5 mins from Fillmore to stay here instead!

My wife was stuck in a terrible traffic jam in bad weather at night. I called and reserved a room. My wife went out of her way to get to the motel, but THE ROOM WAS GIVEN TO SOMEONE ELSE!
