Good selection for how isolated it was (about half of a Kroger/safeway). Prices were a lot higher than Walmart but not unreasonable given the savings in gas. Produce was somewhat aged.

There are a lot of things I appreciate about my local grocery store but for a few years it seems the kids are actually being taught not to provide customer service. Whatever happened to having your groceries bagged? And if I’m expected to bag my own, where is the discount. *Food 4 less. Instead I pay higher prices. These kids are on their phone and act annoyed when a costumer interrupts them.We can do better than this Kamas.

Odin ruined my experience. He was such a rude cashier. Grabbed my product out of my hand and played with it. He ruined my product and refused to clean up his mess. What a disgrace!

I normally love this place and appreciate that they have youngsters working but the last time I went was awful. I was being rung up but then all of a sudden the cashier behind mine walked away as my cashier was pleading for her to stay. This then caused the bagger to leave her post bagging my groceries and left to ring up the other customer. No problem there, they need to be helped, but the lack of communication, friendliness, and professionalism of these kids makes it hard to want to shop there.

I live near Foodtown and I really appreciate the fact that they try to have good service and a good selection of food. My one complaint is the fact that the prices are really high.

Wow, what a clean and reasonably priced store inventory... No dust and excellent customer service! Awesome place to stop on the way camping or boating or just whatever! This place had leashes that light up at night so you don't loose your pet if they run away! Super friendly and clean cut folks! Fishing tackle and bait!!!

A little pricey, but better than driving to Park City for a small savings. The deli is getting better all the time. The produce is fresh, clean and looks good. Meats are the specialty of the house, and always have been. Good checkout counter help and never a line. A solid B+.

I am a Kamas valley resident and I really love this store. They are growing their organic selection and Utah grown produce section. The staff is friendly and they are willing to get special items in for customers. I’m so happy to have such a clean and friendly store in my community.The only place they could improve is their young baggers sometimes don’t bag very carefully and that bond of annoying.

About a year ago, I gave these guys a terrible review on Facebook, but I'm back because they've made some serious improvements! It's the only grocery store in Kamas, so obviously it's a little pricey. But the service from their staff has improved tremendously! I now get warm welcomes when checking out, and I'm actually allowed to use my rewards number. They have a great selection of organic and conventional items for such a small store.

Nicely organized. Great selection. We've found a new favorite Ginger (soda) beer here and the famous "Butter Beer" as in Harry Potter. Has a Nice hot deli food and area.

Way too pricey compared to major chains! If you want to try the Deli here, it will cost 3 times as much as a grocery chain in Park City or Heber and the older women working the deli, move about as quickly as the cows in Oakley. Milk is ridiculously priced at $4 a gallon. Same kind of prices as a gas station would have and same quality of food.

The 5 star was for how they were back when I was living in Utah from February to November of 2000 before moving back to the east. It looks like they're doing great since when I went there, there was only 4 registers back then + that was the only store on the lot. Now it looks like they got 6 registers + a Subway & an Ace Hardware store built right next to them.Keep up the good work & hello from Florida.

Great local grocery store! Have some fishing and camping supplies which is very convenient since it is on the way to head towards Mirror Lake. Staff has always been very friendly and makes you feel like one of the locals.

My opinion may be biased, because I work here, but I still love this place. Despite issues we may have, we still have many more strengths. The deli has amazing food, an amazing staff, and is in general a nice hearted place.

Completely against mask madate : Five employees unmasked, either at the checkout or restocking. It was difficult to pick an aisle to walk down. Many customers also unmasked. I did not finish my shop because I was so unnerved about the lack of care and consideration in this store.I stayed away for three weeks after this same situation played out in mid-December but wanted to give it another chance. I even called the manager in mid-December who seemed not to care very much.I will not be back. The virus is still out there, Kamas Food Town.I did take the time to thank the two women who were masked in the check out line I chose to use.

Great little "supermarket" that has an array of food and drinks and even some limited camping equipment replacements if needed. Prices are so-so, but it is your last and closest chance to get such resupplying this near to Wolf Creek, Soapstone Basin, and etc.

A surprisingly well-stocked small-town supermarket. Kamas is a charming little town in the middle of nowhere. We loved it. So we were shocked when this Food Town had absolutely everything we were looking for. YMMV but we were pleasantly surprised.

Perfect store for a little town especially when you need some grub for your hunting trip, camping trip or just a drive-thru.They offer hunting and fishing license is here too. You're running low on ammunition they have some. Tgey also have a gas station and liquor store next door.

Kamas Food Town is a great place to shop on your way to the high Uinta Mountains. Food Town's prices are good. They have a great selection of Fresh produce and meats as well as canned goods, ice cream, beer, fishing must-have, chips, frozen food, etc. Whether you're going camping or hiking or fishing or just going for the beautiful panoramas from the tallest mountains in Utah, stop by Kamas Food Town first. Did I forget to mention their Deli? Fantastic foods, snacks, and employee characters. All are nice in this store!

Expensive but convenient full size grocery store in Kamas. Great deli and excellent pharmacy. This is a perfect "Last Stop" for your trip to the Uintah mountains.They also have a gas station.

You need to try the Deli. Lunch specials Monday through Friday. Hot case several items. Cold Case great selection of cold salads. Best place in Kamas for lunch. Open for lunch specials from 11 - 1. Hot Deli case & Cold case available from 10 am to 7 pm.
