I was employed by Fetch for nearly two years. As a professional caretaker/trainer/behaviorist, the only reason I kept this employment was because the dogs needed me for their wellbeing. The owners and staff have no actual interest in the wellbeing of your dog, they only care about how much you are willing to pay them, while manipulating YOU into believing your dog is in good hands. This is false! I would never recommend this "for profit" business to anyone that actually cares about their dogs.

My wife and I got married in Utah in September and wanted to incorporate our dog somehow into the ceremony. Tony came to the rescue and allowed us to have that very special to share with everyone, and then some! He was punctual, boarded our dog the night before and even gave him a bath to make him look extra spiffy for the big day. Best part, Tony blended in so well that everyone thought he was a wedding guest!Highly recommend for wedding services or even boarding!

When my 4 year old frenchie had major spinal surgery this past summer...Fetch was so incredibly supportive and helpful. It was a tough time for my dog and our entire family. We learned how much Fetch was genuinely invested in our little frenchie as well as all the other dogs they care for. This is a very special place.

My husband and I got married in Park City, UT last week and worked with Fetch to include our Samoyed in the wedding! Anthony was so professional and everything flowed perfectly the day of. In addition to the wedding service, our dog boarded with Fetch for two nights and they made sure she was groomed and ready to go before arriving at the venue. Anthony was with her from start to finish and she was a total hit with our guests. We couldn't recommend Fetch (and Anthony) enough!

We had the most incredible experience with Fetch!!! We have two HIGH energy boxer dogs and the entire staff went above and beyond! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and made our dogs feel part of the family from the moment we arrived! We’re so thankful knowing our two dogs were in such a loving and supportive environment! SO grateful we found such an incredible place for them!! After their stay at Fetch, nothing will compare and pretty sure they both would agree! HIGHLY recommend 10/10! The very BEST!!!

Fetch is so much more than dog day care, they are a family that loves my dog as much as I do! The ease of pick up and drop off service is a bonus, the real prize is how engaged my dog is each time he is there. I wouldn't trust anyone else to board with either. Moose, my dog, has boarded there many times in the last 5 years for as short as one night and as long as 30 nights. I have had to call them in an emergency for both daycare and boarding and they were so helpful! I have recommended Fetch to many friends and everyone is so pleased!

Just moved to Kamas from San Francisco where our 4 month old pup had not been afforded the opportunity of socializing in an apartment building (and had not completed his shots until we moved). Fetch was extremely responsive and organized a meet and greet the day I called to allow me to tour the facility, meet each team member, and have our baby meet with some of the dogs and staff. Fetch has been a blessing for the long digital work from home hours when I can’t take him out, socializing our pup, and affording him the freedom to play with 24/7 oversight. They offer a robust amount of services (pick up and drop off+ grooming etc.) and our golden boy has come home happy each time + we have gotten the chance to get some help when we need a few hours or more off duty from chasing around a young pup! The facility was very clean and organized, you can tell the team loves their jobs which makes an anxious pup parent very happy. Looking forward to utilizing fetch more in the new year thanks Tori, Tony, and team!

Have to give a shout out to our favorite Fetch Friends! We have been using their services for about a year now and we couldn’t be happier. The staff is amazing - always friendly, pooch comes home pooped every time, super responsive and ALWAYS looking to better their services and make our lives easier. We are so grateful to have found them and can’t recommend them enough if you are looking for pet care. We have an older dog who can struggle with change and gets very excited. Instead of telling us what we are doing wrong, they go out of their way to work with him and make sure he has the best days while we are busy with work and life. So thank you Fetch, that’s all.

We love this place, and more importantly our pup, Mick, is in absolute heaven when he is there. When the van comes, Mick goes beserk he is so happy and excited. They take such good care and we have such peace of mind boarding him because the dogs are not locked in tiny rooms for 12 hours - they have free reign of the house and to be with other dogs. All in a very safe, controlled and loving environment. We had 10000 questions (crazy dog mom, guilty) the first time he was there - I wouldn't give it a second of doubt now. The day care service is perfect - they pick him up and drop off a happy (and totally wiped out) dog at the end of the day. Very easy to communicate over text. I don't know what we would do without this place. Thank you, Fetch!

8/5/21 - While the service is great, our dog has contracted GIARDIA most likely from his time at Fetch last week. Our vet mentioned that they have had multiple cases of giardia from dogs that have stayed at Fetch this summer and people should be aware that it is actively going around in Park City. In speaking with Tony, the owner of Fetch, their capacity for the facility is 80 dogs and he claims to run extensive cleaning of their water bowls and swimming areas multiple times a day to mitigate risk of contamination. I think the dogs had a great time at Fetch and their pick up/delivery service is awesome. However, I'm left wondering if 80 dogs is far too large of a capacity in an open environment with shared water bowls especially when diseases are known to be actively spreading. Hopefully Tony can share an update and let us know if there are more cases. Appreciate the transparency guys!

The Fetch team goes out of their way to give special attention and care to your pups while in their care. Fetch would pick my pup up from my work every day, and they are the only way Papas stayed happy and active while I was working FT through the winter at the resort. We love Fetch and could not recommend them enough!!! Thanks for all you do!!!

Not punctual when picking up my dog.Update: I was able to talk with the owner and he cleared things up regarding pick up. Human error does happen and I also didn’t have all the facts regarding pick up time. Thank you Fetch for your customer service. You genuinely care about the dog owners and our four legged babies.

We LOVE Fetch so much!! My dog Baloo has been going to Fetch for years and it is one of his favorite places. When the van arrives to pick him up, he can not get in fast enough! There have been times when Baloo is not going to fetch and we are out walking and we see the Fetch Van drive by. Baloo Cries and barks and is soooo mad that they didn't stop and get him - lol. And Baloo is a big boy at 140 lbs - so that is a lot of sad/mad to control. Our new puppy goes to Fetch too and loves it equally as well. Baloo has stayed for several days and is well taken care of. He got an ear infection one time and the amazing people at fetch were on top of it, got him to the vet and got him the meds he needed!!We all love Fetch!!!

Seriously the best facility! Tori and staff are super helpful, and totally understanding especially for scared fur parents. Great open space for the dogs to run during the day and a warm enclosed space for boarding them at night. It is a little out of our way, but we have been using them for about 2 years now and will never be looking for anywhere else.
