Restarted horseback riding this week. My riding instructor in Peoa, Utah said I had to get new boots that were more appropriate for horseback riding (cowboy boots w/ a proper heel, leather bottom, etc.). I asked her where to go. She said "Bolt." I went into the Bolt Ranch Store and they were amazing. Great expertise. Huge selection. I got to work with Jenny who was over-the-top terrific. This is not a "big box" country store but a very large boutique with top end product and staff. Highly recommend!

Bolt Ranch Store is an amazingly wonderful store! It has absolutely beautiful clothing and even better service. Ryan is THE BEST! He went over and beyond to help me purchase a Christmas gift for my daughter who lives across the nation. When I encountered a hiccup with my online purchase, Ryan was quick to problem solve, resulting in his calling me back at a set date. He was true to his word, ensuring the best price and most convenient shipping. Ryan, thank you so much for your help. I will certainly keep Bolt Ranch in my favorites!

I wish I could give this place a better review. I have been in retail management for 10+ years and my family even owns multiple boutiques. I purchase a pair of wrangler pants for a family member and the size did not work. Unfortunately, the family member does not live in the area so by the time I was able to get the pants back to the store to exchange, it had been several months. Fortunately, these pants are a staple for the store, and they restock them all the time. Sadly, they were unwilling to let me exchange the pants because the time lapse. They lied and said the system won’t allow them to which is not true. With my experience in retail you can always exchange. As long as the store has the product and it’s not affecting the product margins, it is no harm no foul to perform an exchange. The company is not losing anything, however the company is keeping a client happy and satisfied to continue to patronize the store in the future. I never asked for any money back; I was simply attempting to get the product my family member wanted to keep to fit. I used to support the store all the time as I live right up the road. Bringing friends and family as well. I do not appreciate the insincerity or lack of care from three of the people representing this boutique. They told me to go sell these brand new jeans on Facebook. The lack of customer service is unwarranted and unnecessary. I will not be back.

These guys saved us! On our way to a campout (and 2.5 hours into our drive) we realized we'd left the baby's shoes at home. He's just barely walking. New West Country Store to the rescue! They had darling cowboy boots in tons of sizes, as well as comfy slippers and moccasins. I got some in my little boy's size to the tune of $30 (ouch), but they're high quality! And he had shoes while we camped. Success!

This store is worth the trip no matter where you live! The most beautiful, unique clothing, jewelry, boots and so much more! Downstairs you’ll find the coziest nook to get fresh flowers. I can’t wait to take my kids and go back!

This is a beautiful store and you are immediately welcomed in by friendly staff. They have some great finds and a unique boot collection. There is really something for everyone here. It is a western store with modern touches. It is set up in such a way that it moves you through to the next area and you just want to purchase everything if you could afford it. I’ll go back every time I’m in the area, a very neat spot.

NGL, I was a little concerned about going to this store as it's not in SLC, as I've heard some not so plesant things about UT. But this store was AWESOME along with the ladies that assisted me. Shout out to Chablis and her colleague for making sure I got the boot I traveled for. They were SUPER nice and made me feel very welcome. Thanks ladies!!!

This store is sooo fun! I love all the clothes, boots and decor... BUT everything is extremely expensive. I work at a boutique with high priced items, these are triple high priced!

The selection is amazing since this store has changed owners. There is a basement sales room where everything is 50% off. The prices upstairs are considerably higher than going down the road to Heber. But if you want convenience in Kamas you've got a great selection here. Make sure you make your way up the stairs as they have a lot more tack than the old owners.

My favorite store!! I always find something I need, or don't need even. Always glad I stop in. I buy my horse feed from there as well, love it. They are always happy when I walk through the door and very helpful!! Staff is A-1. Thank you greatly, I brag on you & your store all the time!!!

I was having issues trying to find Ariat boots in mine and my wife’s size and style we liked. Until I came to this store they were so awesome ordered us the boots we wanted. My wife’s boots we ordered didn’t fit quite right. They totally took them back no hassle and ordered her another pair. Priced the same as anywhere else. I have gone back to this store for a number of reasons now. But if your looking for great customer service and great western styles this is the place to go!!

The best. We were on our way from SLC to go snowmobiling and stopped in.Owner (didn’t get her name) could not be more friendly. If you want to get some great gear/clothing/supplies this is where you should go. This is an example of a well run small local business. Go support Bolt! You’ll be stoked you stopped in!

The outside of this building is painted with fun Western pictures so well done we just had to go inside. Inside there is an overpriced collection of Western wear, shirts, pants, hats, boots, etc. Pants for $72 anyone? They also have horse supplies. The saddles ranged from basic, for around $900, to stunning, for about $10,000. It was fun to walk around, but not nearly as exciting as I thought from the outside.

Authentic Cowboy equestrian specialty store that also carries fun merchandise for nonriders. Very friendly staff, happy to help. Prices are good. It is located in a hundred year old historic building. Great stop.

I've never been in this store, and I am OBSESSED with small business, and small business owners. Buy local is what I go for. I walked in and thought it was so cute, asked the girl where her bathroom is cause I came from SLC, and I have never been so stunned for an answer to where the bathroom is. She looked at me like I was stupid, waited about three seconds in that 'youre stupid' look on her face pointed to the bathroom next to the entrance. I went to the bathroom, and took my money elsewhere. Which was sad, cause the belts and womens selection of Jean's was pretty great. I hope she wasn't the owner, but the impression I got was she was.
