These officers deserve a reward!! We have severalFeral cats living in the open field near our home . Bailey has been fantastic! She responds, quickly, she's so helpful, and caring. They are a great asset to our community! I really appreciate how hard these people work, and how genuinely concerned they are for the welfare of the animals!Thanks Bailey 🤗

Called about reclaiming a dog that belonged to my wife's uncle before he died. My wife's cousin had just barely surrendered the purebred golden retriever before we found out about it. They told us a lie that the dog had to be spayed the next day before being adopted and then had three showings the day after that. And that if nobody adopted the dog then we would be called back. We found out a few days later that the dog was already committed to be adopted out before we had even called. Why the lie?I know the dog was surrendered, but we are constantly hearing about how the shelters are full and here you had an actual family member who wanted the dog within mere hours and you turned them away. We constantly hear about adopting fixed animals to help control the population, but it turns out if it is a purebred dog worth money, getting the animal fixed can be skipped. I wonder how much the breeder will charge for the dog's puppies.

This is an extremely nice shelter and the animals are very well taken care of. I adopted a cat and she was kept in a big, clean, safe room with plenty of beds and play areas for the cats. The staff there were very nice and I will definitely go back again if I decide to adopt again. Keep up the awesome work Ivins shelter!!

After having an unpleasant experience with the St George shelter I came here to get a bunny. The staff was very nice helpful and the facility was great. Instead of the bunnies being in tiny crates and scared (St George shelter) this place had a nice enclosure so we could actually go in and sit with the bunnies and see their personalities. I left with a bunny who was abandoned on one of the trails about a week prior. I can't even believe people do that!! Overall I was so happy with my experience and will definitely be returning there in future.

These people are some of the nicest I have ever met.They have very beautiful animals as well and take great care of them. They don't put them in tiny crates like most shelters do, they give them more space to move around. Fantastic place

Happened to be walking by, thought I would peek in, and saw the most adorable black Lab puppy, sadly separated from its owner. My heart breaking, I spoke with one of the employees who explained that Ivins has a "No kill" policy; they keep the animals for 5 days waiting for the owner to show up. No owner, the pets are sent to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary in Kaneb. Okay I now felt somewhat better about the pets - but terrible for their owners.If that adorable female black Lab puppy is your dog, please hurry and retrieve her. I will feel better, and so will she.

Amazing shelter! No kill policy, so all animals have an equal opportunity for love. Ive volunteered here several times and the animals are treated really well. With plenty of space to roam and explore, animals here are never neglected or bored.

From the moment we walked in we never smelled animals. It was so clean. The animals were healthy and happy. We could tell they were treated very well.
