We have used Best HVAC three times now and after retiring from the plumbing and heating business we can be very finicky. They have exceeded our expectations every time beginning with their excellent office staff who are knowledgeable and proficient at what they do. The service technicians are always polite and patient with us and very knowledgeable with the trade. They are not pushy or pressure sales oriented but very honest in their recommendations. I was so impressed with the staff I sent in with the tech some gourmet cookies. Thanks for an incredible experience three times…..you really are the BEST.

Remodeled a home and decided to update our air systems. Best HVAC did a good job and am pleased with the results. Austin did the original estimate and directed the crew during the process that took a few days as airflows needed to be adjusted and vents added to accommodate the new high efficient unit.Seems BEST HVAC did just that as final adjustments took some time but they stayed diligent and crossed the goal line. So we’re pleased and look forward to a comfortable home and lower energy costs.

TALK ABOUT TOP NOTCH WORK AND SERVICE! These guys will go to work for you. I had my entire HVAC replaced in an older home and it was not an easy job to say the least! After 2 hard full days of work they got it done! Not only did they replace my system but they modified it and made it function so much better. We called Best HVAC after our neighbor highly recommended them. They came right away, checked our heat pump and expertly found the problem, and gave us an honest solution. Straightforward, knowledgeable, friendly with no sales pitch or pressure. Josh was super friendly and answered all my questions and concerns. Edson was also very knowledgeable and friendly and courteous. Josh and Edson were here promptly and didn’t stop until the entire job was completed to our satisfaction. Best HVAC is truly THE BEST! Long story short, Best HVAC saved the day! On EASTER night, nonetheless!! After arriving at our destination, it was clear that the furnace wasn't turning on and wasn't communicating with the thermostat. The nerve!We made a call or two, and figured it would be a cold, shivering night (Easter Sunday PM) and it would most likely be Monday before things got looked at. The ladies in the house were NOT happy about this. No offense, ladies. In my experience, you really hate being cold! It's true; it does suck.Pretty sure we wouldn't have frozen to death, but it would have been an all night thing to gather wood and not smoke out the house, using fireplaces at Grandpa & Grandma's house that haven't been used in 10+ years. Who knows, It might have been an adventure, but sleep is great too! Haha.We had tried all of our tricks, and it was clear that nothing was working, dang it... Unexpectedly, we received a text that they (Best HVAC) was sending out their Best. How cool!Before sundown, a super nice Tech from Best named Tim shows up and works his magic. Tim used his vast years of experience to awaken the furnace. And also reconnect the thermostat. It wasn't instant, and some goofy wiring from a past hack job didn't help, but he got things rolling! Tim also took his time to get the right voltages for things to work like they should.I almost expected someone to show up all grumpy that we were wrecking their holiday time, for our chilly home. But Tim was great! Didn't act put out at all and was fun to talk to the whole time. He also gave us a lot of good advice about changing the filters often and how to keep things running smoothly.Definitely worthy of a 5-star review. If not more! Made our little vacation with friends to southern Utah so much better. You don't appreciate the modern convenience of heat, until it's gone!Luckily, we were taken care of sooner than later and all was well. Much appreciated. Best heating venting&AC replaced our AC during a severe heat wave and supply chain issues. Also they had to work through our home warranty company. During this time they gave us daily updates, showed genuine concern for our welfare. When everything did arrive they installed everything with such efficiency. Each member of the team knew exactly their job and you heard very little chatter. When the job was done everything was cleaned up and spotless. The crew displayed a pride of work ethic that you rarely see in today’s environment. I highly recommend them for any of your heating and air conditioning needs. They are the very best at what they do

I tried to install a new smart thermostat by myself but it proved to be more difficult then expected in my 1993 built home. C wire adapter was needed to go on the furnace in the attic. I initially called them about my AC not working, they came out and did all the checks and tests and it failed miserably. The tech went over the options for repair or replacement and I decided replacing made more sense because of the age of the unit, he agreed. The next couple of days had the estimator come out and we got parts ordered and made an appointment for install (required a crane for rooftop install). The even offer financing online, which was really handy.Update, this company continues to offer great service. 8-30-2023.Update 4-16-2024.Just got my Spring check and tune up with filter change done. As always, the Tech was on time and got everything done right away.Definitely recommend Best HVAC.Services: A/C system maintenance, A/C filter replacement

I had a visit from Tim B at Best Heating Venting & AC to perform a yearly check on our gas furnace. Tim arrived promptly and was able to quickly diagnose and resolve a minor maintenance item needed for the furnace. All is running in top shape now.Best of all Tim gave me a tip regarding the furnace filters we were using. Apparently, the higher end filters that filter out everything actually end up restricting too much flow within the heating and cooling system, so the heating and cooling cycles are much less efficient, and the system ends up working much harder. He told me we should use the cheaper/low end filters and simply change them monthly. This way airflow within the system is not restricted and it's still being filtered in a reasonable manner by changing the filters much more frequently, which is actually OK because the lower end filters are very inexpensive. So thanks much to Tim for the great tip!All in all, I'd highly recommend Tim and Best Heating Venting & AC for your heating and cooling needs.
