For the most part they keep their prices the same as maceys but they also have the added ace hardware and gun section wich is nice again like maceys a bit expensive but everyone there is super friendly and helpful haven't had a bad experience there yet

Went to Ace/Ridleys in Hyrum to return a tool that I didn’t need, showed up just after 8:00 am and was told ace doesn’t open until 10:00 am even though online hours and all signage at store say hours are 8:00am-8:00pm Sunday-Saturday.

The ace hardware has some of the best prices on hardware in the valley. Lots of specialty stuff for a small hardware store. The people that work there are great.

I get banned from shopping there because I complained about having difficulty getting around the store on a electric cart. There's all kinds of ADA violations in the store. So many things that are wrong with the store it's crazy.

I like the ACE but Ridley's is an old old dirty store .. that building stinks and is beat

The entrance is around the side of the building and might be hard to find if you don't know where to look. They were very helpful in getting what I needed.

We wanted to finish a project Friday night but needed a few things. Already had a bunch of stuff ready to purchase and we needed a couple more things so we were looking for it and the guy right at 8PM said we need to go.. he literally walked behind us to hurry and leave so he can close up. We put everything we wanted to buy down and now headed to Home Depot. Give customers an extra couple minutes if they are ready to purchase.

Though it is a convenient place to shop for people in Hyrum, the customer service is awful. I usually will drive 20 minutes to somewhere else even though I live about 3 minutes away. The manager has rolled her eyes at me more than once when I've asked a question. Some of the employees are helpful but management doesn't value customer service at all.

Great place to shop, and convenient for Hyrum and surrounding communities.Their ACE hardware store had 9mm ammo which was great and a very competitive price too!Overall...a great little community grocery store.
