Honestly some things there aren’t worth buying, probably just because they don’t get shopped quite like Walmart so product sits on the shelf’s for longer, but they are a quality place and so friendly! My wife and I went there for 2 things, plumbers tape and 6 3” screws, and instead of trying to charge us for the 6 screws he just gave them to us and said that’s what the hardware industry is all about. Then, I went there to get something for my wife and happened to walk by the meat, and holy cow (pun intended) their prices were half that of anywhere else. I almost don’t want to post this review because I don’t want others to get the steaks before me, but I feel I need to share what a great establishment this is!

I went to Ridley's in Hyrum today and I was immediately impressed with how inviting and refreshing the atmosphere, and the setup was compared to what it has been over the last several years! The display cases are setup at an angle as you walk in so that it has more of an open space as you walk through the door which makes it feel open and inviting and not so claustrophobic and closed off.The produce is fresh and displayed so that it looks amazing, and they had a lot to choose from compared to in the past where it was often shriveled up and picked over. The atmosphere of the associates was very warm and welcoming. You could tell that the new changes that have been taking place over the last several weeks is a huge morale boost, and the associates all seemed happy with the changes as well as eager to help and assist the customers. When I mentioned at the checkout stand how impressed I was with the atmosphere and the changes that I noticed, several of the associates were assisting other customers, and they all gave credit to their assistant store director Kimberly Villalobos for the positive and energy in their store.I wanted to give praise and recognition to Kimberly Villalobos for the hard work and incredibly attention to detail that she has implemented in her store. If you have ever worked in customer service or in any form of production you will know that if you have a supervisor that cares about their work and their employees, then their employees will reciprocate that appreciation and it will reflect in in their attitudes which in turn allows the company to grow in a positive direction. This seems to be the case with all the positive improvements and energy taking place in this store.Great job Kimberly, as well as to all of your associates at the Hyrum Ridley's store. The changes you have made are noticed and appreciated!

Living in Hyrum having Ridley’s is super convenient IF you’re in desperate need of something. Sometimes the prices are crazy and some of their produce is bad but is still sold. If you have their app and apply discounts sometimes they don’t show up when you’re trying to pay. Also, some of their employees are so clueless and never know anything so there’s certain times of the day I avoid going because of who they have working.

1/24. Competitive prices, and I like the ACE Hardware.4/24 has lots of hardware needs.

Living in Hyrum, we appreciate the convenience of Ridley’s, but it’s getting to the point where it’s almost not even an option anymore. It’s so expensive, and you do not get the experience you are paying for. The picture speaks for itself.

We love shopping Ridley’s produce we appreciate the variety and being able to try new fruits and veggies. The rest of the store is nicely organized and clean never have a problem finding things. Appreciate having somewhere close to grab the last quick item.

deplorable. every time i've gone in there the last few years, it's been filthy and much of the food is expired but still on the shelves. there's an employee they have working the registers that clearly never showers or changes her clothes, and just today i went in and looked at the bolthouse farms shakes, and every single carrot one was expired, several of them by a full month. honestly they should just sell this location because they obviously don't care to improve it at all, aside from redoing the exterior. it's only gone further downhill the longer it's been open, and they've never redone the inside since the building was built in the 90s. disgusting, makes me ashamed to even live in the same town as this place. i've walked in before to see modly berries in a display in the front. do not shop here if you can help it. horrid and absolutely despicable

Very nice deli and well stocked store. They have a lot of non-grocery items.

Small town market, they had everything we were looking for. Their prices weren't to bad, very friendly staff. I love doughnuts, but they were out both days we were there camping. Maybe no baking staff, I don't know but that's the only reason I didn't give five stars. Nice store.

It's gotten significantly better here. Had a problem with a rude cashier in the past but I don't think she's there anymore, so that's good. Lines also used to take forever but that's been fixed by the self checkout. Now the only problem is outdated food. I'm assuming it's because of inexperienced workers and rotation problems. Just keep an eye on that and we are good.

I had an issue with one of the employee’s, but the owner reached out to me and it seems not to be an issue anymore, some people are just nasty, and though I have wisely avoided the particular clerk in question and therefor can’t say for sure if he has stop being a sourpuss, I have found everyone else to be very nice and professional.I am both annoyed and at the same time like their deals, some are actually really good, just make sure that you read what the bare minimal purchase amount requirements are! before you buy at Ridley's, to actually get the deal.P.S: Most of Ridley's deals seem to be tied to their free rewards program, so if you plan on shopping here frequently, it's best that you sign up for it.

Staff is always nice and I can usually find what I need. The prices are super high which is why I would rather drive to the South Walmart in Logan. Otherwise if you just need a few things I would definitely check it out. They got a good variety of fishing and hunting gear over by the ACE Hardware section on the right.

I like my small town grocery store. It's a little pricey, thus the 4 stars... but I love the convenience, and it's always got good buys on different meats. If you shop the ads, it's the way to go.

This neighborhood grocer never fails to sell expired products. I bought this yesterday, October 16th and have now realized it expired in September— over two months ago. Check before you buy!!!

Needed help finding something Sunday evening in their Ace hardware. The kid working didn't have a clue. I was told I don't know without any effort to actually help. I hadn't been there in weeks because their prices ring up wrong so often. Even Walmart has better customer service. I left the other items I was going to purchase and walked out.

I was meeting somebody from KSL to buy something. Where was/is a dog out front crying with no water. I have been here for 45mins. I walked in and said something to the cashier, the manager walking by said "Not me dog not my problem."So much for a family store.

its a nice store and i like the overall vibe when you walk in but the prices are way too high. it really sucks when you need to go in to get something quick for a budget and walk in to find out how overpriced everything is.

In response to the owner: I'll provide feedback publicly here instead of calling. The store appears to be a classic case of treating workers badly, paying them nothing, then wondering why you're understaffed. The store is often dirty, associates are spread so thin that customer service is often bad, and the deli ought to fail a health inspection based only on what's visible from a customer's perspective. And that's neglecting the illegal activity I've become aware of as I've spoken with former associates. The store needs to get its act together, and fast.

Not my favorite place the employees seem like they don't care. And the building is starting to look run down. And the prices are too high. I would recommend retraining employees on better customer service and remodeling of the store. Hyrum is growing like crazy its time for a update or a new grocery store.

Easy to find stuff, asked cashier how are you and received no reply … maybe she didn’t hear me… I spoke up and said I’m not from here and asked if a advertised energy drink price was for ppl with phone numbers only she said yes…. Don’t mind paying $5 for a 2 for $4 just felt awkward to not be offered or for the one item I bought to use a store card or number 🤷‍♂️

The main appeal of Ridley's is convenience. They have an ACE attached to the store which is nice so that I don't have to drive as far for some items.Unfortunately, the prices are higher than other stores for a lot of things, so I end up driving anyway.

We head to Ridley's sometimes for their great bakery treats. The cookies are amazing. In general prices are pretty high if things aren't on sale. For example Ben & Jerry's ice cream is about $2 extra than most other grocery stores but you can get it for less if it's on sale (be careful though because oddly not all the flavors were on sale).

Good hours, decent selection of food. Some of the produce (fruit especially) and meat options are a day or two past their Best Buy date. Cheap prices though. The rating could be improved by updating the decor and some good ole fashioned friendly staff. Literally the only thing the cashiers seem to say is “phone number” (for their loyalty program) and “you saved $x”. Make small talk and SMILE!

If you are not white, you may come across unfriendly cashiers and sometimes perceive discrimination from their behavior.

Me and my wife walked in for the first time today since we are new residents in town. The selection of food seemed decent for how small the store was and the prices aren't too bad either. I liked how they have different brand names that you would never see at other stores like Walmart. The only issue I had was when I asked a cashier lady to sign up for a reward card, she was very rude and seemed annoyed by it. That kind of customer service makes us question if we should go back, but we'll give it another shot since it's close to where we live. Also the store seemed a little dirty and the grocery store side could benefit from better organization.

I'm being generous with 2 stars. I like to support local business, however if something else were close I'd go there. I am also in the customer service industry and I must say, they have really gone down hill. Employees (not all) act as if they're doing you a favor (and not willingly). My expectation is that employees are helpful and friendly. Also, produce is bad, this fall, their corn was so old it had moldy gray husks. Truly hope they will step it up.

Honestly, I’ve been going here since I was 2 years old w/ my family. They’ve changed a lot since then. Now, some of the employees are just plain rude. Some throw groceries into the bags roughly, & they get easily annoyed when a price is wrong on their computer. If you don’t like your job, then leave. I’m not coming to where employees are cranky & bitter. Also, they need more cashiers cause one isn’t enough for 4 people behind me w/ tons of groceries in their cart. I noticed also some of the employees yell at each other harshly. Some respect they have. Though, on the good side, it’s a closer convenient grocery store so I don’t travel far. Good deals on doughnuts after 7 p.m.

I actually went to the Ace Hardware that is part of the store. I picked up a new propane tank that I'd ordered online. The lady at checkout was very helpful and made the time to fill our tank for us too. The propane there is a good price.
