This was so great. My Great Dane is hard to give a bath at home. He normally is hard to give a both to he hates them. This made it so easy. He stood mostly still. I didn't have to wrestle him. Will be coming back again. I just wish the blower dryers air was warm. That is my only complaint.

I highly recommend taking your dog here for a bath! It was very easy to use and so nice not to have the bath mess at home.My 90lbs Labrador was a very good sport. I liked the high powered sprayer and dryer. The raised tub made it easy to thoroughly clean him up.

I used this dog wash for the 1st time and LOVED it! So easy to use. I usually take my dog elsewhere to get washed monthy but now I am going to start taking my dog here every other week. To be honest my dog smells better than he ever has after being washed! My dog weighs 41 pounds I have washed him in my tub before and hated it. This is a life saver!

My first experience was great, I loved all the options of shampoos/treatments and I loved that they had the treat vending machine. I appreciated the door that could be opened for ventilation. I liked that I could lock both doors from the inside so that I could feel safe being there at night. My only suggestion would be to maybe stick a grip/non-slip pad to the step since it can get wet and my dog slipped getting out. I also think a ramp would be more ideal for older/nervous dogs to make it easier to get up.

Nice and convenient. Water was warm but not hot, I added 3 min to have extra time, as it was our first time here. Paco doesn't like baths much but was much better here than at home in the tub, maybe because the water isn't running in the background. Definitely will be back to use this next time for the dirty pup.Only things I'd change would be an extra hook for the dryers hose and maybe a squeegee to use on the floor and/or walls to save power and users clocked time.

I loved my experience at the Pampered Paws Pet Wash! My dog is usually really hard to bathe but this made it so easy! Special thanks to Travis. I accidentally let my time run out before I had the chance to clean out the tub. I just paid the full price again and cleaned it but I got in touch with Travis who responded almost immediately. He was more than willing to reimburse me the extra expense. Thanks so much for going the extra mile. I will be back! My dog has never been more fluffy!

I love the idea of this business and we really needed it today but we were so disappointed. The minimum cost is $10 and the time goes fast because there is absolutely no water pressure on the hose until the rinse cycle. This experience was horrific for our dog because it took so long to wash the dirt off her underbelly because of NO water pressure. We didn't even wash all of her, only the underbelly. On top of all that you're supposed to clean the tub, again with no water pressure. Very upsetting for all of us. We won't return.

Highly recommend! Tried the pampered Paws pet wash today and LOVED it! Our dog is slightly aggressive and high anxiety so we are not able to get him professionally groomed anywhere. Awesome experience!
