Incompetence at its finest at this pharmacy! I talked on the phone with them yesterday and they said scripts ready tomorrow. I call next day and they "put it on the shelf" which means not filling. No plans to call me to tell me but luckily I called and found out. I told them to fill the scripts. They said in stock and done in 40 minutes. I drive down 15 miles and they say they don't have one of them. Incompetence!

Please avoid this store these people are rude and un professional. That includes the manager. They stole 10 dollars from me basically the store is getto and so are all the workers today. I think their out to take advantage of seniors by not accepting insurance for OTC products.

Website often doesn't work. Last order I asked specifically for shipping and it was changed to Door Dash without my permission--no one was available at my home to accept parcel. Shipping was important to the order as that USPS and UPS will leave secure in mailbox. They also cancelled a portion of my order--website was very clear the nearby store didn't even offer my items--which was fine because the website offered the items with shipping. The Manager at store was frankly rude and unhelpful when I called to try and unravel the problem. It will be awhile before I attempt again to use website/app or recommend to a friend.

This past weekend, my Rx was redirected to Walgreens in Hurricane for coverage reasons. Arrived 30 minutes prior to closing. Very impressed by staff friendliness and efficiency during check-in. The female pharmacist (didn't get her name) was quick to fill the order and even left the counter to locate and bring to me an OTC ointment I had inquired about. Instead of telling me what aisle to search, she went and retrieved for me, never in my life have I received such kind service. Thank you!

I'd like to thank Walgreens pharmacy, Pharmacy and technican Christy. This group of professionals is the most helpful and kind of staff that I've ever worked with, so many other big box pharmacies treat you like you're bothering them, but this group goes out of their way to help you and make sure that your given the best price possible. We're so lucky to have them in our community thank you Christy and staff.

After waiting in line behind people who were talking to the employees like it’s their fault insurance isn’t covering things and complaining about their prescriptions being sent to other pharmacies because the phones and computers are down due to the weather and things out of their control, I was impressed by all the employees kind, calm, and patient demeanor. They responded respectfully and let the customer think they were right. They’re almost NEVER right when they’re rude and obnoxious. So, thanks pharmacy employees for still filling our prescriptions!

Kristy the Pharmacy Tech and Jenny the Pharmacist delivered exceptional and courteous service to me when I was having a glitch occur between my doctors system and Walgreens. They absolutely made my day and I will always make sure to come to this Walgreens in Hurricane whenever I can!! Thank you ! They saved me hassle, time and effort

My wife and I. Me a disabled Vet, her a cancer survivor. Made appointments online for flu shot and covid boosters. When we showed up they said I could not get either vaccine shot. Because "I had no insurance", even though I showed my Medicare and VA Id's. Instead of offering me to just pay the $30 for the flu shot and then give me my free covid booster they denied me both shots. The clueless woman at the counter even went back and asked the pharmacist. My wife and I waited 20 minutes (with nobody in the waiting room but us) for her scheduled covid booster. While we sat there we observed this pharmacy's staff running around and failing customer service to other customers. Customers on the phone (the phones rang constantly with no attempt to answer the calls). Customers at the drive up window being neglected. And walkup customers being treated like dirt.End results? I never received my scheduled Covid booster or flu shot. And after waiting 30 minutes past her appointment time we walked out.A complete failure of this pharmacy at all levels. We then went down the street to Family Pharmacy and received all 4 of our shots in 15 minutes. Avoid this place like the plague.

I made an appointment in advance online for a booster shot. When I got there the technician was talking with a friend and looking at photos on her phone etc before assisting me. Then when she turned to me and I told her what I was there for, she let me know that Walgreens in fact did not have any pfizer booster shots available and hadn't for a while, and people had been making appointments and coming in only to be told this. I'm not sure why they couldn't send out a timely reply email letting customers know this. And when a customer is waiting in line, it's extremely unprofessional to social for several minutes before offering assistance. Complete waste of time.

I have been going to this Walgreens in particular for about 2 and a half years and I've kept my self silent for too long.First off Wyatt and several other employees are very nice, well mannered. The exception being an employee named Billy, he has Been treating my mother horribly to the point she is in tears. This all stemmed from an incident where Billy misplaced a bag of narcotics (Pain pills) that day we were threatened with the police showing up, which never happened. Well ever since HE misplaced them about two years ago, he has been truly awful, snarky, and harsh to my physically disabled mother who lives in a state of constant ptsd and this time, the way he immediately assumed we were their for pain pills and we weren't AT ALL! I have made a formal complaint. Billy has the absolute worst customer service attitude, I am sick of seeing my mother cry and have an anxiety attack, she is afraid of going there now because she doesn't want to be treated like that. We are currently looking for a new pharmacy cause of Billy, and his horrid customer service attitude. I now have to inform you also, they keep getting the dosage on my VERY IMPORTANT psyche medication wrong. If this is removed, I'll post it again.

If you're going to have a FedEx location and maybe your employees see someone sitting at the counter for 2 or 5 minutes waiting patiently maybe make contact.Not having people around is worse than people seeing you and ignoring you.

I understand the occasional mess up, but with this particular store, it's a neverending battle. Nothing is in stock and nothing ships quickly. If there's an issue with insurance, these lazy pharmacists never call the insurance to iron things out, and never call you with updates. You won't find out that they haven't done anything until you drive there to pick up the prescription they had no intention of filling. And then, it won't be in stock and will take 4 or more days to arrive. Every single time. Every single prescription. Dave, when you were at the other pharmacy, everybody always spoke so highly of you, but you should be ashamed to be involved with such a horrible establishment. This reflects very poorly on you as well as Walgreens. I'm currently shopping other pharmacies because this establishment refuses to change and do their job.

CHRIS NEEDS AN ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT!! The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because Wyatt and Ryan genuinely cared about my frustration and actually made me feel calmer. Without that in store interaction I would've done 1 star, 0 if that were an option courtesy of Chris. Life has enough stresses without being talked down to, lied to and dismissed by a rude, uncaring employee. The first time I experienced Chris I brushed it off as an employee who hates his job and was having a bad day but this time I had to say something. Based on what I heard in store I am not the 1st customer he has been rude to and won't be the last unless management steps in.To the managers at the Hurricane Walgreens please give a kudos to Wyatt and Ryan in the pharmacy. They really made me feel good about continuing to use Walgreens. It's employees like that that keep your customers coming back. In contrast PLEASE address the attitude that Chris has. I know I'm not the only customer that has had to deal with his rude demeaning lazy behavior. It's employees like him that will drive (probably already have) customers away.

The pharmacy staff, including the pharmacists, were extremely helpful and friendly. As a traveler needing to fill a prescription before I entered the national park near the store I was treated like I was member of the community! Kudos to the staff and a big “Thank You”!

Today I was in Walgreens in Hurricane, Utah. They had stickers that posted if I bought two No7 products I got a third product free. The skin care program has three pieces, so I thought awesome--I'll try this product.The store personnel literally ripped off the sale stickers infront of me. When I asked her if she would honor the sale sticker she said, "No. Mistakes happen," and walked off. She clearly had no concern for customer satisfaction--I feel she was abrupt and rude.

I'm from Maricopa, AZ and I was on a hunting trip at the Kaibab Plateau 10/27/18. I get really bad migraines and I had to drive an hour to Kanab hospital to get a prescription, then drive another hour to Hurricane to get it filled. Once I got to Walgreens, the two ladies there really helped me out big time. They were both professional, nice and really wanted to help me. Although I had deer blood on me, they never treated me like as if I did not belong there. Two thumbs up for the ladies that helped me out, they will never know how much it means to me that they were able to help me out.

I booked an appoint for a COVID booster. Drove all the way out from St. George. I got there and they told me they didn’t have any. Why is it possible to book an appoint for a booster if they don’t have any? What a waster of time, gas, energy. Fix your system.

Needed a PCR test to travel. Walked to Walgreens and they won’t administer test. Must have a car and go through drive through.Time to hitch hike through the drive through lane. Unbelievable.

Don't waste your time at this store. Either. Fill your prescriptions at a different pharmacy and hurricane or just go to St. George. The store has the worst customer service of any Walgreens I have ever been in.

Just another Walgreens. Standard fare on the shelves that you'd find at any one of their stores. Pharmacy... did not have my Rx in stock, -on a Thursday- was told it was on order and would be in by Tuesday. I went in the next Friday and it was STILL not in... Had to wait three more days for my Rx...

Called in thinking I was being helped but put On hold for 15 mins. Two other employees answered and then put me on hold for another 7 mins. Manager gets on the phone and tell me she can’t help. I ask why did you put me on hold this whole time? Her reply was “if you want to buy something come in and purchase it” then she hung up.Wow just don’t answer the phone people I would rather not get ahold then to be pushed around and hung on.
