BEST DOLLAR TREE EVER!!!. As soon as we walked in the door we got this big beautiful and brassy welcome from the lovely Kim who was working there with the equally lovely Trace. These two people are by a huge margin the most amazing, friendly, warm and knowledgeable Dollar Tree staff we have come across in any store across the nation.If the management of Dollar Tree don't recognize the awesomeness of these two and pay them heaps more then they are nuts. Kim knew exactly where everything was...even the bizarre stuff like male nose hair trimmers.... she remembered having them in a box from last Xmas.... (now that's customer service).The shop was quite literally immaculate and a testimony to hard working conscientious staff that care about their job. Trace and Kim are top of the top as far as we are concerned. We loved you guys...well done on being awesome people.

Fantastic bargains at this store! I decorated my Christmas tree with red trucks that I got there this year. I also gifted a few to family. Huge hit! Best place to buy cards and crafts.

I love, love, love, the dollar tree, use to work for them, and it was a great experience. Love all the random things they bring in. My favorite time is Christmas. The store is so neat, clean, and bright inside. The girls at the registers are nice. I will be regularly stopping in.

This dollar tree is constantly backed up with trolleys and boxes blocking at least one full aisle, which is weird because they have been fully staffed every time I've been there. Other than that they generally have the selection you would expect from a dollar tree, and their selection tends to be somewhat better than the la verkin family dollar.

The Hurricane store is a wreck. The aisles are a mess with boxes and garbage everywhere and the shelves are empty. Its hard to find what you are looking for (probably because its still in a box waiting to be put on the shelve). Completely disorganized. I suggest going to the Dollar Tree in Washington or St George.

Stocked up busy store, cheap treats, and even reduced items. Never know when you are going to get extra savings. Today, March 4th, there were some reduced treats. Jelly beans for $0.25

This dollar tree has the best customer service. The employees are always friendly, and generally the store is clean and things are put away nicely. I bought $41 worth of glassware, and they neatly wrapped each piece so that it wouldn't break on my way home. I'm sure it's tedious when you have to wrap that many things, but they were really nice and didn't seem to mind. They were quick too, so the people behind me weren't waiting a century for me. I really appreciate their attitudes, and the great service I always receive here! The staff really seems to like the manager here too which I think makes a huge difference.

We normally have a very pleasant experience when we come here, but today, a few after 1pm, we stepped into line 2 to cash out. The light was on when we got into line, and right as we were about to put out items on the conveyer, the cashier said in a bit of a rude and blunt manner that she was closed. She had turned her light off after we got into line, which I do not believe is proper at all.

Mostly good experiences at this location. As a customer I've been treated well. Personal experience seeing a brand new employee treated bad and put on suspension after only 3 days on the job, and not even trained yet because of something beyond the employees control. Left on suspension for 2 weeks with no further communication even after reaching out to supervisor daily. Finally, employee had to give up and find another job in order to pay bills. I would never recommend working for them unless you're experienced in cashier and stocking at the same time. Training won't happen from what I saw. But as a place to buy products, it is what it is, dollar tree.

So many times discount stores like this field dirty and disorganized. Dollar Tree steps up their game and offers overall pretty good products inside a clean and well-organized store. The prices are great. So many times I show up here after having purchased comprable items for three times the price at other stores, including Walmart. I need to remember to check your first for very basic Essentials.

What in the world is happening at this location????This place turned into the biggest dump in the Dollar( twenty five )tree chain.Empty isles and whatever little merchandise they have is still in boxes because the employees are too busy standing outside the store smoking cigarettes...This dump can not keep employees for more than a couple of daysand the new employees that are still there now ( with the exception of two older ladies) are as rude and incompetent as this store's management is.This reflects poorly on the franchise and gives all the signs of a business that is shortly going out of business.Advice to management:Visit the St George Sunset Blvd location to learn how to manage a dollar tree store.

The staff are always so friendly and helpful. The store size is huge but they don't stock as much variety as the bigger city stores as far as holiday decor but the basics are always there. It's clean and the parking is very close.

The store was a very very very very messy. It was not cleaned up the aisles were pretty ugly freight all over the floor it was just a stinking mess you didn't want to be in that store. Your customer service really sucks too because unfortunately they don't care if you come into that store or not but it's a really ugly store.

I have been to many dollar trees over the years this has to be the cleanest most organized store I have ever been in. I came in for 2 items it was so organized i bought so much more. That Staff was also so nice. So great to see these days. GREAT JOB

This place is pretty awesome! Lots of selections from candy and a light frozen food area to cooking and cleaning and it's all a dollar. Hard to go wrong if you're trying to keep a budget. Honestly thier dishes are pretty quality and the same things elsewhere will cost more than here for sure.

Just had an argument with the manager and cashier over $.72 and it was pretty ridiculous. I noticed as I was walking out to my car that the cashier had given me $2.19 change when the receipt said $2.91. The cashier obviously just mixed the numbers up which is an understandable mistake but the bizarre part was when the manager got involved and started saying she would have to do an audit and write up the cashier. I didn’t really care to get the cashier in trouble and it was a fairly insignificant amount I thought, so I just ended up leaving. The whole encounter was just really petty and unprofessional on their part. Who threatens to write up an employee in front of a line of customers over 72 cents? The answer here is the dollar tree manager.

William glad that the dollar store here is in hurricane it's cleaner than some of the others down in St George and the people are nicer in hurricane the old ladies are there in the cashiers there they're very nice they don't mind to get away from the cashier to show us what we're looking for and it makes it really nice

Dollar Tree is the answer to budgeting. It is amazing the items they carry (name brand) that you can really save a lot if money on. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Used to love this place when I was younger... when it was 1 dollar.. now it's 1.25. And it's a dump and unclean.. sorry to leave a bad review just the truth 😓
