We always get our copies of keys made here because the staff is so friendly, kind, and helpful. They have a wide variety from tools, to paint, to kids toys! I always enjoy looking through their adorable home decor as well!

Very helpful workers, when you ask them for assistance. Shelves were properly organized and full of supplies. Pretty easy to find what you were looking for. They also have a great selection of firearms with helpful and knowledgeable staff to inform you about them.

Went in there to get some iron tone for the plants because Walmart didn't have any. Was immediately approached by the nice employee asking me if I needed help and found me the person in the garden center who helped me find what I need. Ace hardware got all the shelves stocked ceiling to the floor and wall to wall with anything and everything that you might need! I also got stuck for 20 minutes in their cute decor section 😍 I will be coming back soon. I haven't been at that store before and didn't even know about their inventory of everything!!!

I cannot imagine a better Ace Hardware anywhere in the Western US.Besides the great selection of goods you would normally find in a hardware store you will find a surprising selection of toys, games (a crazy good selection of board & card games), crafts & home decor. Plus, the selection of sporting goods is impressive.If you need another reason to visit other than the greatest selection in an Ace Hardware...the team working here can't be beat. Not only are they always available, they are probably more friendly than you will find in any retail establishment. They know their products & they know the right ones for your job. Everytime I walk in this store I get greeted by some 14 year old who knows nothing. It's literally a chore having to find or get whatever I need. They either screw it up or don't have it even though the app says they do! I don't need to be asked 10x by the same guy "Dave" if I need help! Completely obnoxious! I try really hard to not have to go there!

Went to Ace, in Hurricane, as I have the last 25 years or so since moving here. Getting a can of paint matched and employees were accommodating as usual. Went to check on my wife at the car and tell her i'd be a few more minutes. Police officer approached the car and asked if we had been drinking. He stated an "employee" had called Hurricanes' finest that i smelled of alcohol, had slurred speech and was having difficulty walking. Communication with officer and assured him I had not been drinking and really wasn't even driving. I suffered a stroke mid June and do have difficulties with speech, mobility, etc. Not crazy about going public places because of all my deficits I'm working on. Felt pretty safe at Ace...but not anymore. Officer went inside to ask who called and of course everyone was clueless. I don't drink after my stroke and would just emphasize for people to know your customers and don't be so gung ho to call the police on someone struggling to walk "normal" in your store with a knee brace on.

Thank You!!Having ACE as the place with the helpful hardware folks has kept us out of the big box stores for years. We are grateful to have this establishment in our local community. I believe the magic begins with the management. Joe, Store Manager, is always quick with a friendly greeting and knows the store inside and out. Chris, typically at the gun counter, is amazing and always remembers our names!! You can trust if you are a first time gun purchaser that Chris will guide you in the right direction. You can count on Dave, typically in hardware, to have a new joke or story every time you see him. I would hope that upper management would praise all three of these employees as they break the mold and is part of why we keep coming back.

I live fairly close to Ace Hardware, and I stop in when I need fixtures, paint, and tools. Although the store is on the smallish side, they have a good variety of items to choose from, and I usually find what I am looking for.The best thing about Buck's is the people. I am always greeted when I walk in, and every employee makes eye contact, and asks me if I need help. It is rare to find that kind of service, let alone from every single person who works there.I enjoy shopping at Buck's, and I recommend the store to locals and out-of-state visitors alike.

Everyone was so nice! The ladies at the front cashiers were particularly friendly and helpful. They had exactly what I wanted and pointed me right to where it was. After I found what I needed I just strolled around for a bit looking at all the cool stuff. They have WAY more than hardware goods. They have toys, games, crafting, and home goods. Every employee who passed by me asked if I needed help. Thank you!

Best hardware store in Hurricane, Utah hands down.We visit here regularly everything from screws and drill bits to ammunition and fishing licences. I love the gun counter. They have a nice selection and I have never purchased one here but look forward to doing so some day .

I've been going to this store for 35 + years, if you need anything that's weird or different or something you need to invent, this place always delivers! Joe is one of the first people I met when I moved to Southern Utah this place is awesome and Joe is still there. No matter what my kids say I'm still calling it Ben Franklin

I love this place - it's the closest thing to an old-fashioned hardware store that you will find these days.The staff is super-friendly and always greets you with a smile and offer to help you out.They have a great selection of items and always have that hard-to-find item that you are looking for.Sure, the prices are a little more than the "Depot", but the savings in time and aggravation makes up for it. I always appreciate that I can buy the exact number of screws and hardware I need, without buying an entire box of fasteners.

I love this place! My favorite is when they have cute items on clearance... Specifically their apparel. They always give them deep discounts, making you feel like you scored big. :) My kids love the popcorn machine here and the staff is always so friendly. :)

Excellent store, excellent service and there is always something on sale. Sign up with them and they will send you coupons on a regular basis and not just for items they choose. It's usually a percentage off or a specific dollar amount for any item of your choosing. There are no bad employees in this store, I don't know where they get their employees, but they must be doing something right!

We found everything we came for. I'm always surprised by their variety. Everyone is so helpful, whether it's finding something in the store or figuring out how to do it yourself. The prices may be higher than Walmart but I'm willing to support local business. This is always a positive experience. And the grandkids always look forward to the popcorn.
