What an incredible company to work with. I was thrilled to find lupine sets for my pets that I thought I had completely missed out on. Pet Expectations had such an awesome selection of retired and current lupine items that I was able to get seasonal replacements for all of my pets in one spot for the first time. I was concerned when I received an email stating my order would be shipping later than I expected and more concerned when it hadn’t shipped by the extended date. The original email was signed by the owner Jill, on a whim, guessing it was probably a form email that wouldn’t be responded to, I inquired about the possibility of still getting our items before Christmas and much to my surprise, quickly, I received a personal email from the owner, Jill, confirming my order was indeed still shipping that day. Much to my surprise it arrived only 2 days later from across the country-the week of CHRISTMAS! I was elated. One of the items was a new collar for our sweet cat having surgery, we wanted her to have a fresh one before going into surgery. Our order arrived the day before her surgery, and all of our winter/Christmas sets we’re here in time for Christmas. I would recommend this company to anyone willing to listen. Jill and Pet Expectations, you guys are wonderful. Thank you for brightening a stressful holiday week for our little family. (P.S.: our kitty came through surgery just fine and is happier than ever and sports her lupine “sweet treat” collar just like the little sweet treat she is) You guys rock-thank you again

I was thrilled to find some limited edition Lupine patterns that I had originally missed out on and had been looking for. And then to find actual Swedish Vallhund mailbox decals with our address number?!!! Great company to work with, as well as good communication and prompt shipping.

Pet Expectations / Jill have been wonderful! I am able to purchase “hard to find” items for a great price. I am a collector of everything Lupine & she offers so many wonderful patterns. I have also ordered keychains, greeting cards, etc.....all incredible quality! Her communication with her customers has been on point & I really appreciate the wonderful customer service she provides.

Have ordered twice from pet expectations. They have a great selection and great products. I have been very happy with them. I got my dog a Lupine dolphin print collar and harness 3 years ago and it has not faded or shown any signs of wear. Will recommend and purchase from them in the future!

Had a lupine keychain for years that matched the collar of my dog who has passed. I had my keys stolen and was desperately trying to find a replacement keychain. Luckily they had a few of the discontinued pattern left in stock! Shipping was very fast and I am so happy to have this memory back with me! Thank you!

I just wanted to let everyone know how super the embroidered Lupine collars are. My daughter ordered one for my grand-dog with name and phone number on it. We don't have to worry about tags getting caught on things and the same time all of our "Stella's" info is on it. Thank you Pet Expectations!
