Awesome customer service! Great selection even though it's a small grocery store it had everything that I needed even propane refill I live up on the mountain and they're only 25 minutes away! I recommend anybody that needs groceries to go here and it's not very busy so you don't have to deal with big lines like you do at Walmart.

My nephew just got back from there mad as a hornet apparently he was accused of stealing tuna fish or at least trying to which is a bunch of bull because I should know he had my card which better will have money because I just got paid if you ask me they did a new manager for someone that will talk what is needed here in helper for others

Nice little local grocery store right off the north exit in Helper, UT. Store was not busy. Staff were very helpful.

This place is a well stocked out of the way market in Helper. It's a must see even if for the view from the parking lot! It's spectacular!!

Pick and Rail is great. They have a decent selection and good prices, especially for a small town market. And that's exactly what they are. The employees are all super nice and exceedingly friendly. It's just an overall great place. And while their prices aren't as low as say, Walmart, they aren't price gouging either. The selection isn't huge, but for a small town market it's at least adequate. So, decent selection, decent prices, friendly staff, that about sums it up. They're open from about seven Am to nine Pm most days.

Summer B was working tonight and the lady she was working with was a complete jerk, not Summer. (Didn’t have a problem with her) I have been going in there for years. Never have I ever been treated so horribly. The lady Summer was working with was judgemental and a complete Karen. She yelled at me over something I have been doing for a while. I will not come back in and neither will my dad unless she is dealt with. Her costumer service was messed up.

I don't shop here at pick and rail market very often. but when I do. you seem to have everything that I need and your cigarette prices. are some of the best in the area. hope u like this review. thank you very much. have a nice day. I love this small town but this grocery store is not this town's strongest feature. I do want to note a strong point of this place before I drop the bashings. Their meat department is quite fantastic and fairly priced, although not always stocked the best. While I want to appreciate this place, it's hard to when it's consistently got poor selection of produce and what is there is often wilted, even the "sealed for freshness" salads/lettuces. Freezers don't seem to be in very good operations as many items I've brought home items that appear to have been repeatedly thawed and refrozen (ie full of condensation or cheesy contents all melted and refrozen to one side of the packaging on a take and bake pizza). Far expired canned goods, condiments, meat, or dairy products are often on the shelf with no price reduction.(Dropped a star for zero response from owner)Consistency is not a thing, it seems top/favored brands don't stick around, they're sometimes stocked and sometimes not, store employees don't pass the word or help at all when asked about stocked items availability.We often joke around and bet on what is going to be available or not or far expired when we are driving across town on the way to this store.I want to love this grocery store but it's more often disappointing than lovable or recommendable to others. It seems to target shoppers that forgot to stop at a grocery store in Price on the way home from work back to helper.

Always friendly and quick service every time. For a very small town grocery store they do have some very good sale prices on different things each week. Convenient when living in helper for sure.

There's a reason people have nicknamed this place Pick Your Pocket.. While convenient to have a grocery store in town, they take advantage of that. Some of the prices can be fair. But I have found items that are double of what you can get it for at Walmart..

It had most of the things we needed. Since it's not in a busy place, there wasn't that much there, or the traffic was very little. All in all, great spot for a stop and go place for something you missed

I like this small town grocery store, it has candy up by the registers with a good variety, it also has bargain sales that can help you save, the manager is friendly and the staff is also friendly

I like coming here your price is considering the spot aren't so bad but they will ban people from the store without any real evidence or a good legitimate reason sometimes just because they dislike somebody they will ban them from the store
