Bought a small portable dog kennel for roughly $200 (CASH) a few weeks ago. unfortunately I didn’t grab the receipt from the cashier. Ended up not needing it and I never removed any original packaging or hardware it was perfectly brand new. I went in with certainty they would remember me and that I could simply return it. The employee there however was not going to allow me to return it. Not sure what happened to this store over the years but i’m shocked that I couldn’t return something as simple as that.

I am so impressed with the Heber Valley Tractor Supply store! They carry a great selection of dog food, tools, fertilizer, and work clothes/gloves. I'm always able to find what I need without having to shop around. The prices are also very competitive and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this store!

I love tractor supply for inexpensive but rugged and comfortable work clothing. I also get pest control products there for killing mice rats and other small rodents. The stores are always clean nicely organized and well lit.

We were coming through Heber on our way from Arizona to Montana and needed a new Atv trailer.I called for availability on a 5.5 X 10 trailer and Chip was more than willing to help checking for the trailer I needed.When we arrived Chris (Manager) went out of his way to make sure that we had everything we needed to continue our trip.They hooked it up checked the lights ,tires etc and was on the road in 30 minutes.We loved the personal and friendly service of his crew.. We would definitely recommend this store for all your TS needs. Thanks again guys and keep up the good work!!!!! R&R From Arizona

so recently my last 2 visits haven't been as pleasant as in the past this store is the only place to get the brand diamond salmon and potato dog food apparently its getting popular as it should its a great selection for your dog .My issue is the 30 pound is 36 dollars and the 15 pound is 25 dollars they run out of the big bags often when i ask if they will honor the 30 lb bags price they will not why is it im paying 50 dollars plus tax for the same food in 15 lb bags apparently tractor supply doesn't know how to do math i will no longer be bringing my business for my pets needs to tractor supply on top of it all some of there employees are rude especially when you point the price out to them it just does not make sense

The prices have always been great. When they have not had stuff in stock the manager has ordered it in and called us when the shipment got in and made sure ours was pulled off to the side with our name on it. Ever time I have gone in they have had excellent customer service. Their products have been great also.

Have stopped in numerous times to grab odds and ends. They always have what I am looking for. There was a great selection and staff helped me find a few things. They were willing and directed me right to what I was looking for.

This is an impressive store. Don't let the name throw you off, they sell more than tractor related items. The staff at Tractor Supply is very helpful. They have an awesome automotive section, and many other items from landscaping equipment to tow trailers. Highly recommended!

I would give Tractor Supply a 5-star rating because it is a good store except for the fact that one employee was quite rude. She was very short and unhelpful and seemed to be resentful of any request that I made. She was definitely having a bad day and was not helping the customers at all.

It's a nice place to shop for animal feed along with Lawn & garden supplies. They have a large selection of nuts and bolts. They have a few kayaks and paddle boats. I get my chicken and duck food here. They always have what I need.

Went looking for a cal for a water container. One employee asked if we needed help. Told her what we were looking for she said no you will have to go online. Jamie (another employee) commented well don't go stealing ours. We spend a lot of money here. Not impressed.

Waited 25 minutes for propane ...no one came....went inand asked several times as well as another customer. Manager was aware. Customers who came after us...left before us. Very rude.

This is my favorite place to shop for outdoor clothing, hardware, trailer supplies, tools, and all of my pet and livestock needs. They have everything you can think of and more, and their prices are great.

The manager of the Heber store treats her employees like dirt. I will not shop there anymore. I called corporate and was basically brushed off. I will go to IFA now.
