Someone named Paula just hung up on me when I called to collect information regarding an incident with my daughter. It is both disrespectful and unprofessional to hang up on anyone prior to getting an understanding of why they are calling. I will address with corporate. Clearly she was unaware she was speaking to a Senior Human Resource professional. She didn't allow me to speak at all which was a show of the lack of business acumen and emotional intelligence within her. Thank you to David who answered the phone when I called back after Paula hung up on me before I could get two words out. I will be trying to connect with Management ASAP please reach out with viable contact information. I am told Sherry is the proper contact however I'd like corporate as well. *Update. Sherry was not rude but extremely condescending so I'll try corporate if I can get a hold of anyone. EEOC may be not appropriate will see

“Natural Grocers” is probably one of the cleanest grocery stores I have ever been in. Their selection is fresh and they are well staffed. A small detail, but I was particularly impressed by their reading corner to keep children busy. What a great idea! Over all, it is a wonderful place to go shopping alone or with kids. I would highly recommend!

Absolutely the worst. I am over 700 pounds and they called me obese and that they're "food" was to healthy for me and they didn't have my favorite treat sour patch kids and they made fun of my pride community shirt! Not cool never go hear!

Thank you so much for being such a great and friendly store. We just love the staff here, especially Barb who is often the greeting person. She is very personable and we feel very welcome when we come there. This is the main store where we like to shop. We also appreciate that the mask policy is followed and we feel very safe there. Keep up the great work!

If I could pick only one store to go to for the rest of my life for groceries it would definitely be this store. High quality and fresh ingredients that went through some testing from independent and commercial grading companies for checking food. They offered me free education on health with my personal concerns I had with muscle pain and tension from a section where you can find paperwork on every vitamin and mineral in the body for free in the back of the store. Very genuine people as well love this place thanks for everything! These kind of stores have saved me from a serious infection and muscle pain. Thankful for your guys love and support! :)

Nice store with all healthy items. Great addition to the choices in Heber. I left behind a purchase by mistake and after contacting the store by email, the manager made sure to let me know they were mailing my item to me. Excellent customer service! I will be back to shop at this store! In addition to food, there is a nice selection of beauty and body products. Also some nice things to buy for gifts.

I love Natty's! It's the best place to get gluten free, dairy free and other allergen free goodies. Fresh produce. Animal products produced without hormones and in humane living situations. The employees are helpful, friendly and make you feel at home.

For those in the valley who drive up to Whole Foods for those specialty brands, health food items, and organic produce…drive no more! This place has it ALL. Prices are comparable and often better. Staff are SUPER friendly and helpful. So happy to have this store in Heber!

Wow, Wow, Wow - I would not have expected an organic health food store in backcountry Utah but here it is. Filled with all the things you expect from a natural grocers in a more densely populated area this particular store has amazing people who keep everything clean; the shelves stocked and looking immaculate. Thank you to all who work there for making each visit a joy!

I’m so sad that the one health food store on the hover valley has a poor customer service model. 4 out of 5 times that I shop here I am overcharged on sale items. When I have returned with my receipt for a correction of the charge I have been questioned and denied the refund. I definitely do not feel valued or even respected as a customer. Unfortunately I won’t be shopping here anymore.

Dear People That Feel That Feel They Are Entitled Not To Wear Masks,Just because they dont have someone at the door stopping you from coming in without one doesn't mean that sign that says "masks required" doesn't exist. Don't act surprised either when I and/or others glare at you either. You're not better than me or any one else.About the store. Love this place and the staff, hate the prices. They simply don't care to understand that if they were more like Trader Joe's and sold stuff at a decent price, more people would come and move more product. But alas, we will forever have to put up with it because they want a certain type of people coming here. Regardless there is a lot of stuff here you cant get anywhere else in the valley and it makes it worth it.

Nice clean store with many options and reasonable prices, though costs seem high you'll find some great deals buying items marked down on sale. We will be back to shop here again and have been frequenting more often.

This place is by far my favorite organic grocery store! It's like Whole Foods on steroids meshed with Trader Joe's prices. You can't beat it! Let's start - everything fresh (fruit and veggies) is organic so you don't have to double check the labels. I was really surprised they only carried organic. Everything else from dairy, meat and packaged goods are as organic as they can find and locally sourced. They have a huge array of alternatives for those who are looking for gluten-free, dairy-free and anything free. I keep going back even though it's a drive for me. I'm waiting for them to open up a location in Park City!

I ordered a holiday turkey from Natural Grocers--it was good quality, but, while there I made the mistake of buying celery and garlic. When I got it home I found the celery was covered with remnants of insect infestation. 50% waste. After opening the garlic, I discovered that it was sprouting. 20%+ waste. I will never buy "fresh" fruits or vegetables at Natural Grocers again.Worst produce I've ever encountered.

Whole foods is great and all, but if you want organic produce so beautiful if might induce a tear or two, go to OG. Nearly the whole store is organic and wonderfully curated. Staff is wonderful and always helpful. Ditch Smith's and Whole Foods and test out Natural Grocers.

I go here periodically because I love your soaps and colognes so I drop a lot of money in this section .I will not wear a mask and have always been treated the same ( very good ) until my last visit when an employee I have not seen before made me leave Wich lost you a lot of money that day not to mention lifetime .you have the option to kick me out or let me stay ...once you kick me out I will never return !!! You have lost my business for life .

I used to have to go all the way to Park City or Orem to get the soaps, detergents, supplement, vegan sauages, bacons, burgers etc. I always treat myself with, and to get some great organic fruits and vegetables. But now it’s just a mile away. The staff is also very friendly, very easy to talk with, and the environment is just very relaxed.If you haven’t been shopping here, you’re really missing out.
