Love having this beautiful facility available for use. Makes cleaning my Malamute a breeze. Wash tub, great selection of shampoos and conditioners, grooming tools, etc. I don't have to clean up all her fur that blows out everywhere, either. They do all the cleanup for you! Fabulous!!

I recently moved to the area and not many groomers were taking new clients. I drove by Mountain Dog Lounge, stopped by a couple of times with my senior girl and decided to give it a shot. Rose, Libby and Paris were great! I couldn't be happier with everyone's level of genuine care, professionalism and friendliness. Our first time, sure not the last. Highly recommend. Thank you!

I have a 13 year old shitzu with arthritis that doesn't handle being handled rough and nips if he's hurt. We've never had an issues with any groomers here. I absolutely love Sydney, she's so good with Puddin and he always looks amazing when he's done.

I am thrilled that I recently found Mountain Dog Lounge!. My rough collie (like Lassie) has been groomed by Breah both times. And each time I was there, Breah would review with me what I wanted to have done that day since they have so wonderful options! Breah has been so kind to my dog and always makes him feel so loved. And is so happy to be there! Grooming a collie is not an easy task since they have so much fur. But each time he comes out looking like a show dog! His fur is incredibly soft and his cut is just perfect. Also, they have a small store there with high quality pet products at a good price. Plus they do training as well as many other things. I highly recommend this MDL!

Libbie, you are amazing. I've brought my dog to this groomer twice now, and she has given my dog the best cut I've ever seen on our Shepherd/Husky mix. I've been getting my dog groomed for about a decade now, so that's saying a lot. On top of skill, they obviously treat my dog kindly while she's there because she has no anxiety being there. I would reccomend these groomers!

Great service and attention to my dog. They take into considerations what health issues the animals have. Honestly the best cut my dog has had. It is not inexpensive however! But worth it.

I have had my dog for over 1.5 years and have had her groomed every 1-2 months. Discovered MDL and she has never looked better! Their blueberry face scrub-- worth every penny. She smelled like a Pez for 2 days! She's half golden retriever and half Aussie. They do the SLIGHTEST shaping trim and now all her hair lays flat. It doesn't actually LOOK cut but the fur looks so much healthier and seamless. 10/10 recommendPhoto: happy dog with a happy haircut

Mountain Dog Lounge is fantastic! Skylar grooms my spaniel. Her skills are on point. No matter the dirty condition of my active and digging lovin’ dog. Skylar always makes him into a beautiful beast. She is careful to ask about goals, concerns and always delivers. The front desk staff is friendly and accommodating. I love that they will communicate via text. Which fir me us confirms. Trumie, my dog, has had a few set backs and the staff is always respectful and helpful.The store itself is clean and gas good energy. They offer more than grooming too. I am grateful we found Mountain Dog Lounge. They were recommended to me via my vet. At one point the wait was 9 months long to get in. They have since hired additional staff. Still, worth the wait!

UPDATE 2/25/21:The owner, Tracy, reached out to me and was very apologetic for my first experience at Mountain Dog Lounge. She was eager to make things right and restore my faith in her business. She did not offer any lame excuses, she took responsibility for what happened and offered reasonable solutions. Further she wanted to take the information gained to provide better training to her staff and continue to improve the customer experience. Also, during our conversation Tracy did mention that the groomer showed me a size chart. In all fairness, this did happen, I was shown a size chart and for whatever reason it didn't totally register with me what the groomer was asking in reference to the size chart. I thought she was asking how short I wanted to go but she was showing me how short it would be. My fault here for not asking for more clarification. I must say I was very impressed with how this was handled - very professional. I do believe that everyone has an off day. I also believe in second chances. I will certainly try here again and see how the next visit goes. I bumped the rating from two stars to four. Thank you Tracy!What they did to our poor dog is appalling. We have a one year old Shih-tzu who we have brought to the groomers every month. She loves our groomer. After her December appointment our groomer did not have availability for another 6 weeks, which is what I made the appointment for (six weeks out). Well as fate would have it, my youngest got sick on the day of the appointment and we couldn't bring our dog to the groomers. I rescheduled but the groomer was out another 4 weeks and we took the next available appointment. Before that appointment my poor dog was getting shaggy. It was getting harder to brush her and her hair was covering her eyes - irritating them. My lack of patience got the best of me and I decided to check around for a local groomer who had an available appointment. Mountain Dog Lounge was able to get us in sooner than our usual groomer. Getting the appointment was good, the receptionist was super friendly and everything seemed to be okay. I dropped my dog off and the groomer said that there was some matting and it would need to be cut shorter - which I expected for as long as her fur had grown. But when I picked her up I couldn't believe what I saw. My poor dog was shaved down so much that her skin shows. My dog had long eyelashes before the appointment and now she has long on the right side and trimmed short on the left. Then they just cut the end of her tail almost straight across. This isn't okay. This was our first visit to this place. Our dogs fur wasn't matted so much to justify a total shave down. My opinion is that this business is getting too busy and the demand is too high in the area that they just cut some serious corners and my dog happened to fall victim to it. It was quicker and easier to shave her down rather than spend a little extra time to brush her out. I would have paid the extra money to properly brush her out. And, just like the other reviewer who had a similar experience, I ended up paying full price plus tip ($82.99) for this literal hack job. There are tons of great reviews for this place but I feel like they are specific to one or two groomers and the groomer I got was not one of those.

We love this place!!! Our dog comes back smelling, looking, and feeling amazing. Her coat feels like silk. My dog has anxiety and they are great at working with her on that. We have taken our dog to several places to get groomed and never got results like this.

I had the pleasure of working for Tracy on and off over the past 12 years. She is truly one of if not the best in this industry. Her love and care for the animals and their owners is outstanding.Her staff at Mountain dog are so kind and do a wonderful job. You can be assured your pets are in good hands here. I found Tracy by calling another grooming business that was overbooked, but I've never looked back. Tracy is amazing! My dogs are overly bonded to me but she is fantastic and patient with them. When I got them back after a large service they looked and smelled better than me! She is worth every penny.

Tracy is the SWEETEST and hands down BEST groomer we have ever had the privilege of going to. Her prices are super reasonable and you will never find any other groomer that will love and respect your pet more than Tracy. She is also fantastic at creating the cut you describe to her for your pet. The products she uses work great on my sensitive pup and the smell is fantastic!Also, my pup is a rescue and has terrible anxiety. I've always picked him up from other grooming appointments with him so completely terrified... it broke my heart. However, when I picked him up from Tracy, he looked like he'd be ok if he never left haha. He was so happy and relaxed! Love her! Thank you Tracy!!!

We brought our dog Zoey here for a bath and nail trim. Zoey came back super happy and smelled great. I'd recommend verbally giving the staff the option to use CBD to calm your dog if your dog may be a little stressed. We will be back.

Tracy was amazing with our dogs. We have a chihuahua with Cushing's and a Cockapoo. They're both 10 and have their individual needs. She was very patient when we dropped them off and let them take their time in coming to her. She did exactly what we asked on the grooming and they both looked great when we picked them up. We'll definitely use her again.

My former bichon Hendrix & current bichon Henry love this place! Bichons are difficult to groom well. Mountain Dog Lounge always makes them look white & fluffy regardless of how dirty they are from hiking, mud puddles, & sticky burrs.

My dog looks like a shaved rat. Shaved my dog down to nothing and charged way too much for what probably took 15 minutes. The groomer was not friendly either. Just because you are the only groomer accepting clients in Heber doesn't mean you need to rip people off. I'll drive to another city next time before I ever take my dogs here!!
