Stopped at Heber Ranch to look at Cumberland prefab buildings. They have a great wide selection to look at, inside & outside. Also found a great deal on a used fifth wheel. And they are very customer friendly and are great to work with!

Would love to support this local business, but how am I supposed to when NOTHING is priced? We should be able to know what we’re going to be paying for a product before we pull it off the shelf. Girl couldn’t be bothered to greet us, the only people in there, when we walked in. And seemed bothered to have to help me with a price of an item since of course it wasn’t labeled. There are also chickens in there which a concerned friend of mine told me about who are probably ten weeks old still in the brooder. They should not be living cramped in your stacked brooder at such an old age!!! Do better.

Poor customer service. I was the only person in the store, multiple employees sitting and standing at the register. I purchased a cart of 50 lbs bags of feed. Employees just sat and watched as wheeled out the product and returned the card. No thank you, I appreciate your business or anything.

I wanted to like this store. I don’t own a ranch or farm, but wanted to “buy local” when it came to things I needed for my yard. I have bought lawn fertilizer, gypsum and work gloves in the past.I bought 5 or 6 pair of work gloves a few months ago for myself and a couple of my young sons. We had scout camp last week, where the scouts were helping to build a barbed wire fence. I packed a pair of the as yet unused and unopened large size yellow deer skin work gloves for myself.At the camp I took the staple and packaging (such as it is) off of the gloves and it turns out the left hand glove was mislabeled or defective. I could barely get by hand in it, where the right hand glove fit fine. It was the one you could try on in the store, the left hand glove being stapled shut. Both gloves were labeled “L” for Large. I figured I would take them back after scout camp (4 hours away), but I had to use them while I was there.I took them back and was told because I didn’t have the receipt or original packaging they couldn’t exchange for a non-defective pair. I was incredulous. The left hand glove was clearly smaller than the right. The lady at the counter wouldn’t budge. No “I’ll talk to the manager” or “I’ll see if the manufacturer will exchange them”. Maybe she was the manager or owner of the store so she didn’t have to consult with anyone.So I’ve bought my last anything from that store. I guess I’ll go to Home Depot.

Formerly Silver Eagle.They sell horse trailer, sheds, and supplies for farm and rodeo animals, but I go here to buy grain primarily for my goats, sometimes for my chickens.I have also bought bailing wire, rabbit feed, scour for my goats, egg cartons, rabbit food dishes and water bottles, baby chicks & turkeys, wood shavings, mineral blocks... The feed is of better quality than those of big box and chain retailers. My goats love the Rocky Mountain Sweet Mix and used to eat Country Acres. They won't touch that Dumor crap that the chain store sells. The service here is quality and friendly. They have people that will help you load your supplies too. Great store. Please support them and not big box or chains. Keep the small business in business.

Extremely bad experience. We communicated very clearly during the week prior to their shipment. We called first thing Monday morning (8am), like they said. We were told to come in at 9:00. We got there at 9:00 sharp and our chicks were sold ??? Really?
