Was there on opening, open sign was off but a couple walked in ahead of me. Breakfast burrito is highly recommended, coffee great expresso. Stopped on my return the bagel was excellent too. Met a guy who was riding 48 states, he was happy too.

This place is awesome. You can make pretty much everything on the menu vegan and/or gluten-free which is amazing for a small town like this. The barista working there was super friendly and helpful and she made our drinks in like two seconds. They have oat, almond, soy, and coconut milk too if you prefer dairy-free. Food took maybe ten minutes at most and was delicious especially considering the relatively low prices. I went there at around 9 am on a week day and there were a few other people around but it wasn't packed and I barely had to wait at all. I think it took me a totally of 15-20 minutes from the moment I walked through the door to when I left with all my food and coffee. I can totally see why people love this place and why it has a five-star rating. Definitely recommend!!

We stopped here on the drive from Bryce Canyon to Zion on Thursday, 7/7/2022. I got the Egg and Cheese Bagel ($7). It was very good! The bagel was nice and warm. My husband got the Bacon, Egg & Cheese Bagel ($8) and Breve ($5.50). He said both were good! Great place to stop in between national parks!

I visited this place 3 years ago and was just reflecting about how this was the best vegan breakfast burrito I've ever had. I was on a 2 week road trip and this place appeared like a mirage. I went in hoping for maybe just a coffee with vegan milk options since it's slim pickings in the desert, but when we found that nearly everything on this menu can be done vegan, it was life-changing. We literally bought 2 extra burritos for the road. Don't know if I'll ever be out here again, but if I am, I'll stop here in a heartbeat. I would give it a Michelin star for roadside vegan fare if I could

The iced coffee was good. It still had a strong taste and chocolately flavor despite the ice.My friends ordered the hot coffee and said it tasted watery. The bagel with egg and cheese was good but nothing special. I wish the bagel was slightly more toasted. I dont think they make their own bagels and wish they offered more flavors such as whole wheat.

If you’re from the city, and you need coffee , you gotta stop here. We all love ourselves a vacay out into this beautiful country, but we all love a place we can stop for a quick city element and some great coffee. Who was it that said : “this is the place”? Anywho. This is it. Stop. It’s cute, quick bite and great coffee. So cute!

We ate here twice while staying in Kanab. We planned both our day trips up through Hatch to time up with breakfast. The breakfast burrito is outstanding!!! The egg & bacon Croissant was also very good. Quick service and friendly staff!!!

My mother and I stopped here twice on our drive between Kanab and Bryce Canyon. The young women who work here were super sweet and helped my mom figure out what she may want to drink with her dietary restrictions. The iced vanilla latte that I got each time was delicious. I also got a breakfast burrito one of the mornings and it was very good.

Was driving by on a road trip and stopped - stoked that vegan egg & cheese bagel was an option! Mung bean egg I suspect is Justegg & Follow Your Heart cheese!). Solid coffee and kind staff.

When I visited Sevier Coffee Co. the shop was in an adorable repurposed travel trailer, a temporary situation until the home where the coffee shop will be permanently located is done being remodeled. I had an authentic chai latte. Staff was very friendly.

Great coffee. Yummy hot chocolate ☕. Nice seating area. The bacon, cheese, egg croissant 🥐 was delicious and huge, 2 eggs and lots of crispy bacon. Very clean restrooms. Reasonable prices. Next to the Laundromat so you can enjoy while doing your laundry .Parking: Plenty of car parking in their lot and the street had wide enough parking for our truck and trailer.

Not only is their breakfeast sandwich to die for but the cinnamon rolls are one of the best I've ever had. With a wide variety of food options and unique tastes this is a place to stop on your way.

Was traveling through this area with a family member who had heard that there was a "The Place" in Hatch for breakfast.Mind you, Hatch UT barely qualifies as a "wide spot in the road". There was only one qualified candidate: Sevier Coffee.First and foremost, this is primarily a coffee shop. I think the coffee menu board had between 12 and 15 (more?) items. I like good coffee but have simple taste: I had an Americano (black). The hot breakfast menu had 7 to 9 items (1 or 2 were vegetarian but not vegan). We both had the "Bacon Breakfast Burrito". If you're familiar, it was just a bit smaller than a Chipotle® burrito. (!!!) Scrambled egg, fried diced potatoes, bacon (not really that much - my only criticism?) in a flour tortilla, heated to slightly crispy around the edge, with a side of thick salsa. My relative couldn't finish and took the remainder for later. We were so impressed, even though we had moved campsites, we went back the next day.I repeated my order, my relative switched to the "Bacon (something?) Croissant". We also split an Almond Danish. (Delish! Perfect flakyness [sp?])While we didn't ask, we are both convinced that someone there has attended a culinary school and specialized in baking/pastry. We both believe that both the croissant and the danish were made onsite and not purchased from a supplier. We have no evidence - I wish they hadn't been so busy or I'd have asked. The first day we stopped, we both needed to make use of the "facilities". There are 2. Both unisex. Accessed from outside, not the shop interior - always a red flag for what's behind the door. I have never, ever, been in an 'outside access only' bathroom so clean! I complemented them on it! Minor issue - turn on either the hot or cold tap for the sink and, water leaked from around the cold water handle. I didn't even tell them, they may not know. Extremely minor. For a breakfast, some might find it a bit pricey. The Burrito was $10, the Croissant $9 the smaller of 2 coffee sizes was (I think) $3.50 each. But well worth it. You get your money's worth in quality. The staff was polite. There is minimal seating indoors (a bar with 4 stools); more outside (4 picnic tables).Hours are only 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. (which reinforces my opinion they are baking before 7 and going home to sleep after 2!Seriously! If you are anywhere near Hatch Utah between 7 and 2, stop by for a good coffee, a good, fresh breakfast or (if there are any left) croissant. This is not a made up review. This is either the longest or 2nd longest review I've written for Google. Usually only for the best things I've found. (You have to be really bad to get a bad review from me.) But these people running this place, they deserve your business.Thank you, Sevier Coffee for 2 great starts to my day!

For the best coffe in the state, and some great food, and not to mention the muffins, this is a must stop on the way to or from Bryce Canyon.

Small cafe in small town is open during the summer tourist season. A lot of out side seating with a cover. Bacon croissant used a local made croissant and had a secret sauce on it. God it was good. Coffee was good too.

What a great surprise! We were passing through and needed coffee, but we are espresso snobs ;) We thought we would give this little place a try and O.M.G. It was so good! Nutty and smooth, perfectly roasted. We also tried some of their breakfast items and glad we did. I LOVED the Parmesan bagel with whipped cream cheese. Yum!If we ever pass back through again, we WILL be stopping here again!

Great food and coffee at a reasonable price. Especially for being in an area heavily traveled by tourists. Sydney and the crew that work there are an absolute delight. Even when they're super busy, they get the job done right. I'd highly recommend stopping by and getting your caffeine fix and a bite while traveling along hwy 89. Just get there before 2.

A new coffee shop in Hatch. The drip coffee dark roast was very good. My daughter liked the cold brew as it was smooth and she said puts that big coffe chain cold brew to shame. Wife really liked the iced chai latte. There were food items also. The prices were a bit higher than typical but it is close by in a relatively remote area.

What a wonderful surprise to find this cute coffee shop here in Hatch. Staff, Sydney and Trace, both welcomed me as I walked in the door (as did other local customers who were waiting for their orders). The shop, as well as bathrooms, were clean and maintained. Breakfast sandwiches were delicious. Thank you for starting our day with a smile, caffeine and full bellies.Vegetarian options: Burritos and sandwiches have vegetarian options.Dietary restrictions: Vegan Options AvailableKid-friendliness: Sydney and Trace so welcoming and friendly to everyoneWheelchair accessibility: Lots of accessibility

Delightful little oasis. My wife and I were so happy to stumble upon Sevier Coffee on our way out of the mountains. The veggie/hummus wrap and some homemade chips out on the patio was exactly what I needed! They also have laundry and very nice bathrooms available, which is awesome when you're kind of driving through the middle of nowhere.
